Following the public damnation of both the Jedi Order and all Force Using societies in the Galaxy, the Leader of the Rendili Anti-Force User Society, Augustus Shaw has galloped into the lead as the bookies favourites to become the next Senator for Rendili.
The post vacated after the death of the previous Senator Martha Stern, two months ago has been hotly debated between the leading parties of Rendili. However, Mr Shaw's stand against the Sith, Jedi and Imperial Knights has garnered support from not only the people of Rendili but across the Core Worlds.
We contact Mr Shaw’s offices for comment, but have to receive any official reply.
