Are Ithanians able to speak basic?

Just as the title asks, I really must know before I can start roleplaying with my first character.

I think most species that I have seen can speak Basic. I once thought that the Hutts didn't speak Basic but it turns out they did so I don't think it is over the top for Ithanians to be able to speak basic.

Probably. Ever since the CW cartoon, it seems like most species can speak Basic if they feel like it

Are you guys sure Ithorian's can speak basic? Due to their anatomiy I'm pretty sure they cannot. Wookieepedia only mentions they speak ithorese I believe. I've never seen them talk on the Clone Wars either
