Function:Armoured Inertial Dampeners
A defensive unit superiority design concept researched, developed, and funded by the the Pyke Syndicate, and manufactured by the collaborative effort of the same as well as Outlaw Tech Groups. Armoured Inertial Dampeners are an armourweave underlay built in beneath the armor, providing the same degree of protection typical armourweave does, as well as the typical absorbing property of Inertial Dampeners. This function adds additional protection to the wearer from the blunt force from weapons or other concussive damaging effects sustained, as well as the penetrating effects of shrapnel from explosives and other unpowered high velocity impacts to all areas covered by the armour, areas outside of the armour coverage are needless to say not covered by this effect.
It offers no additional protection against energy weaponry, lightsabers, or similar powered weapons.
Restrictions?: Restricted and are exclusive to the Five Syndicates faction members of at least rank two(2) or higher(ie Enforcer or Ring Leader or higher).
Force User Compatible?: No
