Yes and no. The Count Vertigo from the first two seasons is dead. A new player comes in and takes the name Count Vertigo. Whether he's a long-running villain, I don't know.

I don't know why, but for some odd reason I think Tommy's going to come back as a villain. Oh well, it's nice to see that Caity Lotz as Black Canary is going to be in this season as well.

I don't think Tommy will come back, but he will be in the flashbacks in episode 3x03.

They call him Raz and Raysh. The American characters generally say Raz. His daughter, Nyssa, says Raysh.
