International message to the Heads of State:

RE: Georgia

Gentlemen,

I have decided to respond to you all in this message after the message from Korea was forwarded to me, a message speaking of something that's been voiced by many other nations. So as not to have to repeat myself over a large number of times, the decision is this: Whilst Russia still hopes to maintain cordial relations with you, Russian troops will not pull out of Georgia. Georgia will be made a Russian province, although we do hope to keep down the loss of life. However, that is in the hands of the Georgian people. We will not be pulling out from Georgia.

Regards,

Dimitri Kraznicikovic.

Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

Message from the Repubblica Italiana to the Prime Minister of Russia

Sir,

Before I begin, I would like to extend our apologies for not being present at the meeting you called for several days before.

While you have the deepest condolences of the Italian government and her people, our sorrow also reaches out for the Georgians that have been killed in your recent and unexpected assault on their country. We disagree with your vigorous attempts at expansion and revenge, but we realize that little can be done about your current occupation of Georgian territory - what's done is done. However, we would request that you attempt to hold diplomatic parley with Georgia and her leaders in an effort to work out an agreement between you both. Surely more violence is an unnecessary tactic; peace through diplomacy shall save more lives and preserve the stability in the region.

I would like to ask that China's involvement with the current occupation be minimal at best. We know that their only desire is to assist the Russian people, but Georgia's military pales in comparison to both your own and China's. Italy is appalled by this unnecessary show of force and humbly requests that Chinese troops be removed from Georgia within 48 hours.

SPQR,
Prime Minister Lorenzo Stefanelli; on behalf of President Marco Lombardi

International message to the Italian Head of State:

RE: Georgia

To whom it may concern,

The Russian people would like to extend our thanks to the Italian people for their care, and will be reducing the Chinese presence somewhat within fourty eight hours, with the Chinese moving back to China, although they may not have left the province by then. We will be happy to hold negotiations with Georgia, when Georgia is in Russian control, and not until. Otherwise, it's been deemed too great a risk for the Russian people. No negotiation on this matter will occur with anyone.

Regards,

Dimitri Kraznicikovic.

Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

Message from the People's Republic of China politburo to the International Community

To Whom it May Concern,

Per the Russian joint command, we are pulling most of our forces commited to Georgia, but will still commit a small force of aid distributors and paramilitary peacekeeping troops to provide any necessary asistance to the Russians in restoring stability to the reason. Let this not be taken as an imperialist venture on our part; we will merely be taking a backseat to the Russian mission, and are in the process of retracting the vast majority of our taskforce.

Regards,

中华人民共和国

Changes. That was what had occurred in Georgia in the past few days, with many things that were once one thing now being another. As Vladimir Tolyan reclined in a chair procured for himself in what had once been the center of Georgian parliament, he smiled to himself and reminisced over what had occurred over the past few days. The Chinese troops had been removed almost instantly; some international wrangling over the number of troops in the province had been discussed, and the Prime Minister had managed to keep Russian troops in, at the expense of the Chinese. Tolyan smiled. Extra troops were always wanted, but it was just the attitude of the Chinese troops and their General that had irked him. Leaning back, he listened with satisfaction to the creaking sound the chair made, the expensive material soft upon his reclining body. The Russian Prime Minister would be here soon to deal with the administrative side of things.

A large, ground assault tank piled over the stony surface of the streets of Georgia's capital, Tbilisi, the swivel turrets silently strafing the surrounding buildings around without firing, as another tank piled on ahead, a third one behind. Armed soldiers jogged along on the outside of the tanks, keeping clear of the heavy traction wheels that would surely crush them should they stray just a bit to the wrong side, out of carelessness. Georgia had been secured, and the convoy housed the Russian Prime Minister, Dimitri Kraznicikovic, protected from any of the Georgian terrorists who may have otherwise tried to take his life, in an attempt at revenge against those who had, rightfully, taken matters into their own hands and repossessed a country with a government that couldn't even control its own people.

An old mansion, from the time of the old Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, had been taken as the base of operations for the Russians, the iron-wrought gates swinging upon soundlessly as the convoy approached, guards positioned around the walls to stop anyone unwanted entering. As Kraznicikovic stepped out of the tank, shaking his stiff limbs to reinvigorate them, he looked around and smiled with victory. The assault had been a total success; there had been just four casualties, the victims of a car bomb, and very few wounded. Yet Georgia still lay under Russian command. Moving into the spacious lobby of the mansion, Kraznicikovic paused for a moment, to send a message to the United States of America, as promised.

International message to the Head of State of the United States of America:

RE: Georgia

To whom it may concern,

Georgia now lies under Russian control and, as promised, we are interested in establishing where the funding for the terrorist attack actually came from, as clearing the name of the United States of America is something I'm sure is in the interests of both our countries. The Russian Prime Minister would like to invite a small team of agents, high ranking officials and anyone else you'd like to bring with you in order to ensure the correct, efficient and easy completion of this investigation. The Russian people will also be putting their full efforts into the investigation, if you accept the invitations we now proffer to you. If you choose to come, your safety from Tbilisi airport to our base of operations shall be ensured by a convoy of armed forces.

Regards,

Dimitri Kraznicikovic.

Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

MESSAGE FROM CANADA TO RUSSIA

Canada does not endorse these actions. While your loss of life is terrible, and you have my condolences, we do not support your military actions in Georgia. Canada however, would like to stay on good terms with your country and would like to offer the Georgians medical aid for those injured, along with contractors and construction builders to help with the rebuilding. Please see this as a token of good will.

Signed,
Isaac "Ike" Borden
Prime Minister of Canada

International message to the Head of State of Canada:

RE: Georgia

To whom it may concern,

Your opinion upon the matter of Georgia has been duly noted, and a team of aid workers would be welcome. However, as part of a routine safety check, they will undergo rigorous searches and investigations before being allowed to enter. A lot of countries do not favour what we have done and I'm sure you understand the necessity of such an action. It isn't intended to be an act against Canada, it's people or it's government, and is just routine safety procedure. However, no Canadian troops will be allowed into Georgia.

Regards,

Dimitri Kraznicikovic.

Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

MESSAGE FROM CANADA TO RUSSIA

Thank you, Mr. Kraznicikovic. I do not object to searching Canadian aid workers before entering any lands occupied by Russia. I understand your position and will condone such searches. I do not see this as act against Canada or the Canadian people. No Canadian soldiers will be deployed to the region. Also, Canada does trade with Georgia for energy sources and goods made in Georgian factories. Is it alright by your government to trade with occupied Georgia? We sell merely furs, food stuffs, and furniture to the Georgian people.

Signed,
Isaac "Ike" Borden
Prime Minister of Canada

Message to Russia.

The Government of France wishes to remind Russia that the Government of Georgia was responsible for maintaining the important Caucasus Pipeline. The European Union will not tolerate that an outside Power can control European oil access to the Caucasus. France thus demands that Russia withdraws its troop from the Pipeline zone and allows a joint international Force to continue to maintain it and assure that the oil from the Caucasus can continue to flow freely to Europe.

Signed.
Félix Rimbaud.
Président de la République Française.

International message to the République Française:

RE: Pipeline

President Rimbaud,

Your interest upon the matter of the oil and the Caucasus pipeline is duly noted, however Russian troops will not pull out of their own land. Georgia has since been incorporated into the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, and so what was Georgian land now belongs to Russia. Because of this, the Caucasus pipeline also lies in Soviet lands, and so complete Soviet control is over the pipeline. Russian troops will not pull out of their own lands, despite any such 'demands' made by your institution or the European Union. The demanding tone in which such a thing is voiced insults the people of Russia. Whilst there will be no change to the number of troops in Russia's own lands, Russia is happy, however, to maintain it, and allow oil to flow freely into Europe.

Regards,

Dimitri Kraznicikovic.

Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.

International message to Canada:

RE: Contractors

Prime Minister Borden,

There is no longer a Georgian state; Georgia has since been incorporated into the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic, however the Federative Republic would be willing to allow trade between Canada and the Federative Republic to continue, if both parties were willing to continue it and if the Federative Republic would be entitled to deny the right to Canada at any time. If such things are accepted, the Federative Republic accepts.

Regards,

Dimitri Kraznicikovic.

Prime Minister of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic.
