Assault on Naboo

Although the Sith's ancient enemy has returned, one of the Jedi Padawans was captured. Having given up the location of multiple Rebel bases, the time to strike down these terrorists has arrived. Sith Lord Varyn Rask is leading an assault to bring these bases under the control of the Empire. A formerly unknown planet, Naboo will be the next target of Imperial vengeance. Although the Rebels have evacuated the base, it is time to seize control of whatever they've left behind. Expect resistance from any stragglers in the area.

OOC Intent​

This is something between missions and battles for the Old Empire to seize control of Al'doleem. Although the Alliance has already mostly evacuated the bases, anyone who is interested in defending is welcome to do so. This is open to any members of the Old Empire, and members of the Imperial Republica who are considering defecting or interested in a little bit of revenge. These threads require each person to post within 48 hours (or to follow PvP rules if combat commences).

The Assault​

1. [OPEN/PVP] First Blood: Several small patrols have been identified along the perimeter of the terrorist's base. Find them and eliminate them as quickly as possible so that they cannot alert the main outpost to the coming threat. @Azog Vang @Tasha Blackwell - Full

2. [OPEN/PVP] Rear Guard: None of the terrorists should escape to fight another day. A company of troops has been deployed to the rear of the base to intercept and either capture or eliminate anyone who is attempting to flee from the battle. 3. [OPEN/PVP] From the Skies...: The "main assault" will be a forward attack at the front of the gate. Although a strategy as old as time - particularly when one side outnumbers the other - the Empire's position will maintain a respectable distance... your mission is only to draw the attention of your enemy. @Sabrina K @Pierre Lindegaard - Full

4. [OPEN/PVP] ...Bring the Rain: With the majority of the stragglers distracted at the front gate, a small team will make their way around the rear and plant beacons to guide the heavy canons of our warships. Then sit back and watch the fireworks. @Harren Skaalvarg @XT96 - Full
