TUND~
A near barren planet bombarded with radiation where people live within Bio domes which forge a protective atmosphere.
But, within the depths beneath the surface a crypt of the old Tundian sorcerers have been discovered by an uprising cult revering the ancient gods of the Sith race.
The artifacts in the crypt are said to retain the advanced knowledge of the Sorcerers of Tund, which until recently have been all but lost. Including their practices, their methods, and their enigmatic history.
Tund, being so close to the battle of Boonta, has allowed A sith ship to slip past the radar undetected at large. Tunds' climate allowing for horrible defenses, but they did not move without a trace. A distress signal was sent out by several hermits sitting in the underground crypt. Though cut short, the distress signal merits investigation.
-Shink, schink , shkink.- The sound echoed through the decaying hallways and echoing caverns of the crypt. Alceus Vox Archbishop of Typhojem strode into the great space where over a millenia ago the sorcerers of Tund had hidden their knowledge. Filled with gravemarkers , sargophigi mausoleams and statures the area was nowhere near what one would call an easy place to fight in especially if one was used to more open spaces. The dead flocked everywhere, spirits filled the air (invisible to those without knowlede of the necromatic arts) while corpses both skeletal and mummified lay both in their tombs and buried just beneath the earth.
Alceaus himself presented an imposing figure well over six feet in lengh with a great beard. He looked as would a saint from another age. His robes covered in arcane runes of defence did little to conceal the massive metal claw that had replaced his left hand, which had before been producing the metallic noise. The Arm of Typhojem - a mark of favour from the dark powers that the Jedi wished to forget in this age of reason and progress. A sign that the immortal gods and their ways were never gone and that chaos and old night lurked just beneath the surface of the galaxy ready to burst forth and claim countless lives in it's wake. Aside the claw Alceaus's bastard sized force blade clasped in his right hand seemed rather insignificant though otherwise it would be thought a fearsome weapon.
Though the knowledge Alceuas wanted was so close he could feel the presence of others - Jedi heretics to be precise, upon the horizon. He turned to the two accolytes who had accompanied him in the mission. Rareth - the Barabel, and Kyra - an aspiring necromancer. Two useful people to have beside him in this mission. Taking a fleeting back step he stood upon a sarcophegus, turning to the two, and spreading out his right arm and adulated.
"The two of you, enemies come, prepare for battle, we cannot allow this crypt to fall into the hands of the Je'dai. Dark ones, let flow the power of the dark side. Summon your spirits now, as well as your strength, we must fight as one. The Je'dai have yet to feel the power we command as sorcerers of the Sith order. I will blind them with the power of true darkness. Though do not fear it, it is your ally!"
With that he began to summon the powers of the dark side of the force, they were in a dark, semi enclosed cavern to begin with, so feeling the pull of darkness he began to chant;
"Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era."
To those untrained in sorcery, they would feel, even see musical ripples in the force eminating from him as a central point. The dark force power that was building up was subtle, but magnetic. The attack welling up within him, wasv dark sorceries' answer to battle meditation. Revealing the hand of Typhojem and wearing his protective robes, the power was coming quickly, Though not strong enough to cast over an entire battlefield like the Sith of old. He was potent enough for this. Taking a step back behind the sarcophegus for protection in a pinch. He opened his eyes continuing to chant. Getting louder and louder.
"Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era, Rammere' Ras'era."
