Z.S.F SUMMARY AND ASSESSMENT FILES #887P
[SUBJECT SUMMARY]
__Attom Dral'Tracen was born on a medical station between Rhen'Var and its closest moon while the civil war between the two planets Zelton and Mattri subsided. His parents were both of great importance to both their own home worlds. His mother, Dralia Byron, was a pureblooded Zeltron ambassador and cousin to the royal family. She is still alive and is an occupant to the royal house as it's handmaiden and cleric. Dralia did not stay with her previous husband, leading Attom to being raised in the Zeltros academy on Rhen'Var while his mother continued her relations with the planet. Attom comes into contact from time-to-time, but he has been quiet these last few months. His father is another story. Kabur von Tracen. He's had a record and a colorful on at that. He's an ex Mandalorian mercenary and a true scum at heart. Up until his death he had built a small, but noticeable, crime syndicate in the lower levels of Coruscant. He employed deserters, mercenaries, bounty hunters and even crooked security forces in an attempt to expand his little operation. He had quite the business in high-jacking as well and had a base of operations on Mattri for freighting until he usurped by his right-hand man, Vaanes, who threw him over and continued the Tracen freighter business for only 3 months before their discovery and Vaanes fled. Attom and Vaanes keep in close contact, however. Vaanes trained Attom mentally and physically. Though this time Vaanes was not in the freighting business, instead he was teaching Attom how to hunt...... hunt people. A special branch that Attom was specifically taught was how to track and kill force sensitive beings across the galaxy. Which, as you know, are worth quite a price to the right people and we think that's how he is able to keep a stable income, but we're not sure. We ARE sure that Attom indeed is a "Bounty Hunter", but who his targets are always seemed to be a mystery, even to us. He has been a suspected killer in a numerous amount of murders and bounties, but we've not been able to find solid evidence. |
[PSYCHOLOGICAL SUMMARY]
__He surrounds himself with all kinds of shady characters, from both factions and other organizations. He has a moral standard, however, if that is any consolation; though in times like these even the smallest of consciences can tip the fate of us all. We have noticed that he keeps his attire on most of the time, we're not sure if that's a defense or what, but it's definitely something to note. The attire he chooses also has a "medieval" tinge to it, possibly something he acquired from the Zeltros on Rhen'Var. Nevertheless, he is dangerous and armed at all times with a Zeltron Cleric sword and a DC blaster, model is currently unavailable. Attom is highly intelligent and it's no wonder he is able to elude us so craftily. His only weakness is he lacks charisma and charm and thus makes more enemies than friends. It really is difficult to understand what side he is on at times and whoever can get his support would be a lucky one at that. He is currently not under warrant or watch, but the mere fact that he's been missing raises the question as to where he has gone. In recent years Attom employed himself to Mandalorians to assassinate and capture officials of opposing factions. The sith, however, have since then crushed the Mandalorian clans beneath their boot, leaving Attom to flee the Mandalorian cause and become un-employed while he lay low and wait for the aftermath to settle down. It's been rumored that he now his running with two new players in the game. We don't have files on them yet, but we know he is the leader of the group. In earlier years Attom has organized and partaken in attacks on slave ships and spice operations, most likely to seize the cargo and sell it. In each of the attacks he has been able to escape without a scratch and even landed one of the burning freighters and seized it's cargo before it exploded. He's been in contact with the Hutts on Tattooine, buying ship; particularly the now-known Knight Scream star ship that came up on the records just yesterday, and recruiting mercenaries to his crew. The man is definitely good at getting people to follow him, despite his lack of connections. He's even gone after some of the Mandalorians he served with before deserting and recruited them. Who knows, this guy might just be the next Cartel. Only time will tell. |
[FORCE SENSITIVITY]
Attom is a Zeltron Cleric, a religious scholar of the Temples of Zeltros and Rhen Var, both of which Zeltron's live and practice their belief system. Upon being taught to hunt force sensitives he came to his own conclusion that the force could not bind everything together if it could be bended to the will of himself and others included. Therefore, the force, in his mind, is just the measure of how strong your will and mind are in order to take control of the universe itself. |
[APPROACH ASSESSMENT]
__Do not engage with hostile intent. Target is highly coördinated in hand-to-hand combat and extremely dangerous when provoked. He tries to keep a low profile so he won't go looking for trouble, but doesn't accept any either. If given the order to question call on local security force for help. You're going to need it with this one. |
