Hail and well met. This, dear friends and mortal enemies, is where I'll be posting character concepts for the First Sith timeline. Gaze upon them, and despair!

"I am by no means prepared for any of this!!"
_Frex Kalix.

Frex Kalix is a young Tintinna female, hailing originally from the planet Corellia. Frex's family had come to Corellia at some point in the forgotten past, and many generations of her kin had been born and raised on the planet; Frex's parents, indeed, were at least the third generation of the family to work for the Blackrow Hyperlogistics corporation, serving as loadmasters in their vast freight sorting yards above the planet. The yards mainly dealt with droid ships, and hundreds came through daily.
Both parents performed roughly the same job, directing the loading of the countless barges which were processed daily by the yards to feed the engine of interstellar commerce. It was a job which, when she came of age, Frex took as well; she had never imagined having a choice in the matter.
But poor Frex was indescribably bored in her job.
Day in and day out, the young Tintinna watched the gleaming hulls of starships roll by. Droids they may have been, destined for simple, boring duty back and forth along the major hyperlanes, but unlike Frex, they would get to see the stars up close.
It was something Frex was sure she would only ever be able to imagine.

Frex knew her job and her life; rigidly scheduled, uneventful, safe. She in no way anticipated the accident that would seal her into a departing drone barge, taking her further from home than she had ever been. At a stroke, she found herself on the far side of the Galaxy, and in the company of a people and a culture of which she had only heard stories.
And through them, thrust into an adventure that would change her life forever.

"Long ago in a distant Galaxy, I, Shrim, the Force-wielding master of darkness, unleashed an age of fire and conquest! But, a foolish upstart warlord wielding twisted science stepped forth to oppose me. We battled long, but, before the final blow was struck, I fled into hyperspace, only to find that a mechanical failure had flung me into the future, where my power is no more.
Now I am trapped in the present, and strive to build a future that is Diktat Shrim!"

_Diktat Shrim.

There is an obscure body in what is now the SK system, SK-3, a sterile world on the fringes of the sector which archaeologists believe fell victim to intense orbital bombardment at some point in the distant past. The blasted, radiation-scarred surface of SK-3 holds nothing of value today, but long ago, it is believed to have been a verdant, prosperous world, one of many in the region.
SK-3 was united by a tyrant at some point in its history, who instituted far-reaching infrastructure projects - as evidenced by the rubble scattered across its surface - and apparently conducted a campaign of military conquest and colonization which forged a minor star empire encompassing a half-dozen nearby planets. This minor empire was known to have resisted the advance of the despot Xim, and was subsequently overrun.
Though every planet in this small empire was at least renamed and required to give enormous tribute after being conquered, SK-3 was chosen to be made an example of. The dictator of the planet, apparently defiant even in the face of a superior foe, put up a brave final defense against Xim's Automatic Conquest Corps, fighting almost to the last man in the defense of the capital. Unfortunately, the dictator's own organic troops and less advanced war droids were no match for the cutting edge technology of the ACC, and the planet eventually fell to invasion.
History does not record the name of this empire; it was intentionally redacted from all Xim-era records. Nor is the fate of its leader absolutely clear...

Although history does not record the identity of this nearly forgotten ancient dictator, the Galactic wanderer Shrim knows very well.
Few know that the first part of Shrim's name, Diktat, is actually a title of leadership from a long-vanished government. Diktat Shrim is indeed the lost dictator of SK-3's vanished empire.
Forced to escape from the final battle which ended his empire, Shrim's ship sustained damage to its primitive relativistic shields, ripping the deposed leader from his own time and depositing him thousands of years in the future.
Unable to return to the past, with his enemies long dead and the grandeur of his empire have long ago turned to dust, Shrim is forced to make a new start.
A start he is certain will lead to greater things...
