With the skin of a mirror, I gaze out at the world with ruby eyes.
With a icy heart, I fool the world with my innocent guise.
They don't see that snow blankets everything, even darkness within.
But I, not fooled by appearences, see your every sin.
Think of me as jewels, not fragile as a glass.
Young though I am, I do not need a past.
I am the cold death you dream of, the fear hidden in your heart.
I look like the light, but am the comfort of the dark.
I am the shine on the edge of a knife.
I am the very absence of life.
But you'll never know, because the last thought in your mind,
is I am the shiver crawling up your spine.
