How I would unwind after a bad day depends on the situation, but I can tell you that this is the way I would not unwind after a bad day.

This is what I do on after a bad day:

Put your favourite comedy show (something like Gavin and Stacey) or some really up beat music, have a few nice beers, have a very nice but easy dinner (either microwaveable or home delivered) and then eat lots of crisps and ice cream...All from the comfort of bed or comfy couch. Failing that I'd play some piano or guitar too.

Hmm..when gas prices weren't high, I'd go for a drive in the country and crank the music up.

Now, I tend to grab a few beers (if I don't work the next day...blasted state jobs) and watch some TV, movie or play a game. Just be careful if you're getting trashed...don't answer the phone or get on TS/Vent or you might regret it...lol.

'nother good way is grabbing a tub or two of Ben & Jerry's and pluging in a movie. As I'm not 21 [ :'( ], I'm not sure about the beer and such, but I'm sure that'll fit in there pretty well, depending on your choice of ice cream :P
