Cadan waited with great anticipation for Bria Tsuani, a prospective new customer and leader of The Accord. An up and coming military force in the Outer Rim, Cadan knew The Accord would be in dire need of new ships and technology if they wanted to stay relevant. He had scheduled this meeting with the DSS CEO and CFO mere days ago, and had finally managed to get them together long enough to meet with Bria. Now that it was all coming to fruition, Cadan could hardly keep his hands from shaking with excitement. It seemed that he'd be doing his senatorial duties as well as acting on his plans for security, even for non republic worlds.

Jensil Aanseb took her seat at the head of the long, sleek conference table, scrolling through articles on her datapad about the 'Accord'. They had seemed pretty busy recently, especially on Mon Gazza. Certainly, such extensive and expensive battles would be taking their tolls on The Accord soon enough, and DSS would be there to step in and supply them with the military hardware they'd be needing. Cadan seemed insistent on securing their business though, so Jensil was in a slightly more...negotiable mood, concerning prices and expenses. She pulled out a datapad with their catalogue of ships, and prepared to present DSS' services to this Tsuani character.

To Jensil's left sat the DSS CFO, one Lomy Kreeg. A good friend of Cadan and trusted contact within the ranks of DSS, Lomy sat patiently waiting for Cadan's contact to arrive. He had arranged for a small detachment of Duro Security to escort her from her ship at the docking port to their conference, hoping for no interruptions or interference. He had done his research on The Accord already, and while he trusted Cadan's judgement, he wasn't sure The Accord hadn't made any enemies in their time as the watchful protectors of the weak.

All three turned their heads as the elevator's distinct ding was heard just outside the doors. Cadan rose from his seat and opened the door to the conference room, smiling and nodding as Bria entered. As the guards went to their stations around the building, a protocol droid standing idly by the door had pulled out a chair for Bria, and was waiting for her to accept. After she took her seat, Cadan went back to his and began introductions.

"Greetings once again, Ms. Tsuani. I hope you find our accommodations acceptable. It brings me great pleasure to introduce you to the CEO of Duro Star-Shipwrights, Ms. Jensil Aanseb, as well as the CFO Mr. Lomy Kreeg. We are happy to have you here and eager to talk business."

Bria landed her modified Guardian-Class Gunship on the awaiting landing pad, setting it down easily. Techs rushed forward to connect fuel line and diagnostics to the ship, refueling and checking the ship for damage or misalignment. As she stepped out of the ship and descended the ladder, a small group of security awaited her, who she greeted with a nod as they escorted her up into the DSS building.

She wasn't sure how she felt about DSS. They where a mega-corporation, but the Duros that she knew where kind enough, and maintained some of the nobility their position as founding members of the republic afforded them. If any company would be willing to work with them, it might just be DSS.

As the lift arrived at the conference room, Bria stepped through the awaiting doors into the conference room. "It's a pleasure to meet you both."
