The Mandalorians have ravaged Duro. The planet is almost razed to the ground. After their swift victory, the Mandalorians have pillaged the surface for raw materials to fuel the war effort. After loading, the Mandalorians attempt to leave the system, only to be brought up short by a Republic fleet led by the infamous Jedi Revan.

In this battle, the Republic decisively crushed the Mandalorians, denying the war effort vital material needed to conquer the Republic. Attempt to correct this injustice through any means necessary. Only total destruction of the Republic fleet or escape will be accepted.

This is a simulation, but it will not be easy. I have studied the Republic offensive, and have found it nearly flawless in its execution. Repeats of this simulation are allowed.

For you groundpounders, you're in space, so 360 degrees of movement is completely possible, and expected. A fleet that stays on a level plane will be slaughtered. Orders for movement have three parts. The first part is a coordinate on a horizontal circle. That is the first part of your direction. The Second part is a coordinate on a vertical circle. These make up your heading. By using this system, you can move any direction in a 360 degree environment. The third element is speed. I sure hope I don't have to explain speed to you. Orders should be called in a manner similiar to "Heading 347 mark 215, quarter thrust. For this battle, the Republic fleet faces 0,0 on the coordinate plane, while the Mandalorian fleet faces 180, 180. Keep this in mind during the battle. I will disallow any movement that does not fall correctly.

You begin in orbit around Duro, and a Republic Fleet has come out of hyperspace 200,000 klicks away, blocking the only way out of the system with their gravity well generators. They have deployed starfighters, and the 68 cruisers and capital ships, and 4032 starfighters now stand between you and freedom.
