"Swoogle Maps says there's a 24-hour store around the corner," Maura called out to the group, black eyes glued to the datapad. There wasn't a sober one among them, and the padawan was having to take very deliberate steps. If she didn't think about it - or she forgot to - she found herself taking steps off to the side, stumbling a little more than she wanted.

"Oh, score! They've got all sorts of stuff for dyeing hair!" She could feel excitement bubbling up into her slurred words. "I've been dyeing to dye someone else's hair!" Maura paused to giggle. "Get it? Dye-ing?"

"It's right up ahead." She pocketed her datapad and began leading the group toward the neon-lit building. Through the windows, she couldn't see more than one or two people inside. She hurried up, eager to get out of the drizzle too.

Lia was still ensuring that Dim didn't fall, but she herself slowly began to sway while walking. "Maura! Careful!" She still worriedly warned the other padawan as she, too, staggered around and sped up a little to take her hand.

She was the one navigating them through swoogle maps and it seemed like they had actually found the perfect shop! "Ooooo, sweeeeet!" Lia was still in her highest spirits despite being a little worried about her friends, but the prospect of dyeing each other's hairs still excited her greatly.

If they all hadn't been in their current state, maybe one of them would have noticed how damn sketchy and shady this 24-hour store looked, but it seemed like the adventure group was completely oblivious to that fact. Instead, Lia just loudly giggled over the joke Maura had just made, finding this particular pun wayyy too funny.

She hurried in with her, immediately narrowing her eyes as the bright, cold shop light hurt both her eyes and her head little. "Oooh! Over there! Over there!", she excitedly exclaimed as she finally found the isle they were all looking for and after releasing her grip on her friends, she dashed towards the shelf. Maura was right! They had all the colors she could imagine and actually choosing was hard!

[Sigtryggr Thorite]

Siggy was tipsy, carefree, and adventurous as they walked along the road. Sticking together was the only way to ensure they wouldn't get lost, after all, he didn't know how to contact them if he did! Even if most of the shops in the area were closed for the night, the lad couldn't help but be mesmerized by all the pretty, colorful neon lights that dotted the landscape.

Each was trying to draw you in, Siggy found himself wanting to visit everything in one night. He couldn't help but chuckle at Maura's joke, wondering how he could top that before inspiration hit him. "Hey Maura, Why did the hair stylist skip lunch? cause they were working on a dye-it!" Perfect, he giggled to himself.

Following everyone into the store he couldn't help but get overwhelmed by the many choices and it would be impossible to know which would look the best on him. Luckily he was in good company and that probably wouldn't become a big problem with a resident expert in tow.

[Dimetri Unduli]

Dim had been hobbling and wobbling his way with Lia helping him out. He honestly had no idea what he was doing, but he was here and getting ready to get it done. Something about Maura's hair or something he didn't remember. "W-where we headed?" Dimetri asked with a drunk voice and a confused face.

Then when Lia had ran into the store with Maura, Dim had to make his way inside on his own, but luckily he was a champ at this. Or well he thought, pushing the door open, it had swung open a little faster than he expected. As he leaned into the door he fell forward and couldn't help but laugh at himself for falling. Getting up he would make his way over to where the others were and began looking at the color options for his hair.

Finally remembering why he was here, he would make it known as he couldn't control much being drunk, "Oooohhhhh, I forgot we were dyeing our hair. Okay.. well how about this one?" Dimetri grabbed the first red he saw, it matched his eye color and would accent it well, but the reason he grabbed it was basically 'ooo pretty red'.

Maura giggled at Siggy's joke as the group found their way to the hair dye aisle and began looking at the various options available. Lia was looking through all the different options, while Dim immediately grabbed a red. Siggy didn't seem to be searching on his own, and Maura wasn't particularly interested in her own hair at the moment.

"Yes, red would look so cool!" she exclaimed, agreeing that the red would look good on the green-skinned Mirialan. "Only problem is we'd have to bleach your hair, 'cause its so dark," she added, making sure Dimetri knew what such a bright red would entail. Otherwise she wasn't even sure if it'd show up!

"See any colors you like, Siggy?" she asked, turning to look at the blonde beside her.

Lia absently hummed a song from the party, her vision slightly blurry and her spirits high as ever as she went for Maura's advice. Bubble Gum pink! "I found one!", she excitedly exclaimed, grabbing the dye and wiggling it it around. It even said it smelled like strawberries on the wrapper so Lia was more than satisfied.

The teeniest tiniest bit of alcohol was already enough to make her laugh manically as Dim grabbed the red dye. "YES! LET'S GET THE BLEACH", she giggled, tipsy as she was. "Red and the green are complimentary colors, right?! So this will be fun!", with that, she turned to Siggy, her look suddenly all focus and scrutinizing before she rummaged through the shelves.

"Midnight blue! You should do blue", she eagerly said as she handed him one tube, all satisfied with her choice.

Siggy walked around a smidge bemused by the large collection of colours that he had never even heard of before walking in there. He wondered if there was any trick to finding the perfect one, or if it was better to simply pick one at random and be done with it. Maura was by far the best eye for such things, he imagined, followed by Lia and Dimetri.

Sunflower Blonde, Sparkling Amber, Ruby Fusion, Chocolate Cherry?! Part of him liked the idea of a new look, the alcohol and the others egging him on likely contributed to the decision also. He couldn't help but smile at the idea of showing back up to his clan with a bright blue hair. His mother would probably be shocked the same color, but his siblings would be hella jealous to hear stories of his adventures far and beyond.

Taking the tube from Lia carefully, and with full confidence, he opened it and squirted some of its contents into his mouth. The brave boy was mortified by its taste, but after all, Maura had obviously done it a million times already so naturally, he couldn't back down now at the first discomfort. With the most contorted face he attempted to ask, hoping for the latter, "Do I have to finish the whole thing or will this be enough?"

[Dimetri Unduli]

Dimetri looked at Maura with a drunken smile and would giggle before speaking up, "Yea let's do it!" Then when Lia had spoken up in excitement, Dimetri nodded and let out a "Yuh," with a bit of laugh at the end, "But just the tips I don't need the whole thing red." He was aware enough to not his look be altered too much.

When the focus shifted to what color Siggy should get, Dimetri had seen the dark blue they were talking about and he grabbed it, looking at it then holding it up to be right next to Siggy's head trying to decide how it looked. After squinting his eyes a few times and letting out a few "Hmm"s he would smile and say, "Yea, I think this work for him. Maybe some streaks." Now the questions was what would Maura and Lia get?

"And for you two? What do y'all think?"

[Maura Starwalk]

Maura's eyes nearly bulged out of her head as she watched Siggy squirt the contents of the hair dye into his mouth. She immediately reached out to snatch it from him, but accidentally squeeze more of it out onto his face in her attempt to get the tube of chemicals away from him.

"No! You can't eat it!" she exclaimed, fussing over him like a dog owner whose dog just ate something he wasn't supposed to. "Spit it out!" She was about to shove her fingers in his mouth, but she was interrupted by the shop owner barreling over to see what was going on.

"What are you damn kids doing?" He paused at the scene, stared blankly at Maura and Siggy for about ten seconds in stunned silence, then began to get even redder in the face than the Zeltron already was. "There will be no damn horseplay in my store!" he shouted. "You better be paying for that after the mess you've made!"

Maura stared back at him like a deer in the headlights, then slowly moved her hands away from Siggy's face to behind her back. "Ahaha, yup! We were just about to come up and pay!" she laughed awkwardly, shot a glare at Siggy, then grabbed a pink off the shelf for Lia and a nearby violet for herself and began following the pissed-off Zeltron toward the counter to pay.

"It goes in your hair, not your mouth, dumbass," she leaned over to whisper to Siggy. Despite the situation, she didn't sound upset, and her words were followed with a lopsided grin.

Lia was very happy with her choice and briefly directed her attention towards the mirror that was placed at the side of the isle, trying to imagine how the pink would look like and even smiling more as she was really excited to do this. "Tips it is! You'll look like a little fireball!", she happily replied before starting to giggle again.

It was about then when she turned and witnessed how Siggy literally squeezed the contents of the dye package into his mouth and for a moment she thought she was hallucinating, until she realized she wasn't. "OMG SIGGY NOOO", she cried out in panic, staring at the young man in sheer disbelief. "THAT IS POISONOUS! I...UH GUESS". While she blurted that out loudly, frantically glancing around and looking for some bottled water, the owner already walked up to the wasted deep squad and he didn't seem very amused...

Lia froze up for a moment while there was completely silence. The worry immediately kicked back in and she hated over to a shelf with drinks and grabbed something before racing back to Siggy while Maura payed. "Spit it out! All of it! Then we'll wash out your mouth!", she already grabbed him by the elbow and pulled him out, wanting to do that outside after all in order to avoid more mess. She grabbed Dim with her other hand and started dragging him outside too. "Don't swallow! We gotta get that out quickly!".

It was very lucky that the girls were very experienced with this kind of stuff, otherwise Siggy might of actually dyed! fr. His stark look of panic as they appeared mortified by his actions, caused his mouth to open up releasing a blue bubble. If it wasn't for him immediately cupping his mouth after their reaction he would surely have puked then and there.

After being dragged just outside the door and into the curb, the young boy let everything out at once. A stream of blueish vom blurted its way out and into the gutter below, stopping and starting a few times before it seemed to end. A muzzled groan escaped his lips as he stumbled in place, feeling a little dizzy from everything happening so fast.

On the one hand, emptying his stomach might have helped with the coming hangover, but it did nothing to fix the horrible taste in his mouth which only seemed to worsen.

"uuhhh I don't feel so good Lia." His eyes caught a glimpse of the bottled water she held, taking one if offered and shortly after washing his mouth out, away from their view. Next, he took a few drinks of the refreshing liquid before turning back to them with a sour look on his face that turned into a small smile as he thought of something funny despite his state.

"Maybe you should be in charge of this, I still wanna do my hair but I swear by all the gods that was the grossest thing I've ever put in my mouth." To anyone watching they'd notice that his tongue was stained a bluish colour for the time being. With any luck, it'd go away with time but alas for the time being he was cursed.

[Dimetri Unduli]

Dimetri nodded at Lia with a smile as she mentioned him looking like a little fireball. The Mirialan was having a good time with some fun friends. He may need to hang around them more often. Holding onto the hair dye he walked with Maura to counter with while Siggy was having his hunger issues.

"Tryna make a rainbow tongue my guy?" Dimetri asked with a laugh, then he heard the clerk speak to Maura. "I don't see any horse, haha, here I'll pay for it." Dimetri set his hair dye on the table and pulled out his wallet, "How much you think this will all be big guy?"

Dimetri laughed at Siggy and waited for the clerk to answer the question.

[Maura Starwalk]

Lia took Siggy outside while Maura and Dimetri followed the shop owner up to the counter to pay for the hair dyes. The green-skinned Miralian was at ease with the clerk, cracking drunken jokes and adopting what Maura thought was a pretty relaxed demeanor. It seemed to help smooth over the man's frazzled nerves. A little bit, at least.

"Let's see," he grumbled, eyes surveying the group's haul. Four dye boxes in total with values ranging between ten and thirteen credits each. "Forty-seven creds," he finally answered, staring Dimetri down.

"UhhHhHhHHHh-I have fifteen creds on me right now," Maura said, pulling the loose change out of her pant pockets and placing them on the counter. She looked over at Dimetri, hoping he would be able to cover the rest of it. Otherwise they were going to have to pool together with Lia and Siggy too.

Liana's soft expressions turned into a worried frown as Siggy uttered how bad he truly felt. She opened her mouth and closed it again, pondering on what to say exactly as she absolutely did not intend to worry him even more. Did they need to bring him into the hospital? Has he swallowed something after all? After drinking a few sips, he seemed better, yet she was still afraid what a possible mixture of alcohol and dye could do to him.

If he was a Jedi, he might have been able to cleanse himself with the Force. She had learned about that in healing classes, but that was when it dawned her! She could do that! "Don't worry, don't worry, I'll help you", she proudly declared as she softly placed a hand on his stomach, closing her eyes and trying to focus, but the truth was that the alcohol still made her damn dizzy.

She tried her best to stay on task, but kept staggering and couldn't even keep her focused centered around what mattered. "Oh come on come ooon", she muttered quietly, the alcohol forcing her into giving up though without knowing whether she had managed to help at least a little.

Finally, she sighted, however the sigh immediately turned into a laugh as he said something quite unexpected. "Weeeell okay. Fair enough. But if you don't mind me asking, what else do you usually put in your mouth?!". She was giggling loudly, relieved that for now he seemed stable, but she'd still keep an eye on him. For now though, she glanced inside an noticed that Maura and Dim were already at the cashier so that was fine as they'd soon be able to continue!

It was funny how quickly things escalated from dyeing to almost dying and no about of cyan was going to make him feel better about the situation. He was simply blue in the face and embarrassed about making such a silly decision in front of his new friends, hoping he hadn't bluen his chances yet.

Lia was the kindest soul he'd ever met and she warmly tried to offer help, although he had no idea what she was doing patting him on the stomach like that. Was it the booze or was she trying to massage the pain away? In any case, he blushed slightly at her line of questioning.

"Thank you for the belly rub, I feel better already. I think most of the dye is on the street now but I uh put lots of things in my mouth, why?" He was completely caught off guard and unsure how to hold his hands.

After a little bit, he caught a glance of Maura in the shop having what looked like a stern talking to from the owner, piling on a little more guilt than what was already weighing on him. "I hope I don't get Maura in trouble, she's been so nice to me tonight. And so have you, Lia, I don't know what I'd have done without your help."

Siggy's little blue tongue kept wagging in the air as he spoke under the reflection of the streetlights. Across the street, he saw a huge neon sign over a burger joint and his eyes widened. "Do you think food would help? I'm starving!"
