While it's inception was still very recent, the Imperial Academies hosted a relatively saturated cast of characters and students, all of whom were next in line to bring greatness to the ever expanding net the Sith cast over the grateful galaxy. All the same, a lot of them were still only people, and intense studies and training could be pretty damn stressful for a lot of them. Shore leave was a godsend for many, and a lot of them liked to flock to clubs and bars, one of the more popular ones located on the Hub of Imperial Activity: Serenno. The Shady Sands Nightclub was a good place to go, not only to take the load off and relax, but also to potentially connect with future co-workers, subordinates, and superiors. A lot of people liked to visit these places at night to take the lay of the land and do some long term networking so that they could emerge from the academy in as advantageous a position as possible.
Rinoa was not one of those people.
"Ok, ok, so dust...then shot...then fruit?" She slurred, her face muscles twitching into mildly confused shapes. She had to have looked like a complete idiot to all the kiddies, though she couldn't exactly blame them. She wasn't the most up to date on things like drinking games or the latest dance moves, whereas everyone else kept fresh on the take with almost religious fervor. Perhaps it was a symptom of not having as much to do as the people who were in active service, oooor maybe they were just better than her at functioning without sleep.
"No no, other way around!" The fresh faced cadet corrected, swapping the shot glass and Aurilian Fruit in her hands around so she could properly take her licking. Rinoa took a deep breath, steadying herself in the bar stool, and chomped on the fruit, her teeth sinking deep within it's flesh as she began to draw in, sucking all it's deliciously sour juices into her mouth. Immediately following that, she threw the shot down her gullet and inhaled the dust as a top off. It was like her whole body was set on end, the juice and shot burning down her throat while the dust sent electricity coursing through her brain, the entire club exploding in the most spectacular lightshow.
"Ok, I see why you like it!" She chuckled drunkenly, patting the cadets shoulder before sliding off the stool and stumbling into the mass crowds.
Life was good...
