Especially people who didn't do something important or even something worth any funds. Like really the funding for cyber bulling should be an empty 5 gallon water bottle with a sign on it reading "Cyber Bulling Fund. We are desperate donate please :(".
Really if this gets through I see a massive protest where tons of people go spam someplace that would be highly regulated and these millions of People will go fight this as un-Constitutional. Which it is.
