DESCRIPTION​

The booma, known also as boomer or energy ball, is a traditional weapon used by Gungans on Naboo. It consists of plasma extracted from the depth of Naboo's ocean that has been pressurised and forced inside a spherical shell that will burst if thrown hard enough. The weapon is great against droids and vehicles as the plasma inside it is electrified, giving it an EMP effect. Alongside that, the weapon can burn biological matter and leaves a gooey plasma trail once it explodes.
The weapon comes in two sizes. The smaller one, around 7,6 centimeters in width, can be thrown by hand or by using throwing weapons like the atlatl and the cesta; the larger version, which is rougly 2 meters in diameter, is instead hurled by catapults.

LEGALITY​

Illegal outside of the Gungan armed forces, despite being considered a traditional weapon.

INTENT​

To give the Gungans their traditional weapons, so they can at least try to defend themselves against the invaders!

ADVANCED TECH​

Yes. Being a traditional weapon of the Gungans, it cannot be found anywhere outside of Gungan settlements on Naboo, and in the possession of Gungan Warriors. Gungans may start with this tech, but other species will be required to complete a 2-3 thread tech plot to obtain one.

This looks good, however, one quick note (and same goes for the Atlatl write up you did) for cultural tech, it is commonplace for the Advanced Tech section to say something like:

Furthermore, I would add that for Cestas, a 4-5 thread plot is needed to obtain them, as these things can total vehicles.

Fixed, but imo the thread length for the cesta (which is a larger version of the atlatl) could have the same thread length as the atlatl to be obtained
