Ah yes, welcome to the great planet known as Botajef. A rather large shipyard planet that has been serving it's purpose since the days of the Old Republic crafting ships and various other vehicles for their superiors. In this case now the superior would be the Sith, but it seems there is trouble afoot. The production line is stopped and the workers are disobeying the Sith alongside the management of the shipyards. How foolish. It seems to be that they have chosen treason, and that just won't do for the Sith no no. In response the Sith have sent two of their finer marauders to handle the situation. One half being the Half-Blood Chiss, Lucifer Starck, who was certain he could bring the management to their knees.

Upon arrival to the planet the Half Chiss Marauder would wait in the docking bay and outside of his ship. He was waiting for the arrival of Jaikus Altaris. A fellow Marauder looking to bring the production of vessels back online. Leaning against his ship, Lucifer would enjoy a quick smoke and study the layout of the area. It was rather trashy but what could you expect from a place like this. Massive shipyards all over the planet. Lucifer happened to find himself at the headquarters for all production. It was time to complete his mission. Pulling up the holo, as he would flick his smoke to the ground, he called Jaikus to get the ETA from him.

"Hello Marauder Altaris, hope you are finding your travels safe and sound. I did want to inform you that I have arrived to the beloved location of Botajefs working management, and might I say.. It's underwhelming. I do hope someone of class will be in attendance today.. aside from the two of us."

Lucifer would keep his holo up and stand awaiting the counter parts arrival.

After the recent battles on Felucia and elsewhere, it had almost come as a relief for Jaikus to be assigned to a more diplomatic mission by Lord Stolas. It was certainly an environment where the Axxilan felt his skills were best utilized, his polished mannerisms and penchant for manipulation proving far more valuble in places like Botajef than they ever were on the battlefield.

He received the transmission from Lucifer just as his starfighter punched down below the cloudbank. “Mr. Starck,” Jaikus greeted the holographic face of the man with a nod of his head. The Axxilan had opted to don his usual armor for the job at hand – his fine features shrouded behind the featureless visage of his mask. “Good to finally meet you. And as much as I would like to believe to the contrary, I doubt there will be an abundance of class amongst our counterparts. Thankfully, it isn’t a necessity to achieve our objective here.” The objective was simple. Either the current corporate leaders would capitulate to Sith demands and resume production, or the pair of Marauder’s would ensure that their successors did. How they went about that task was entirely up to them.

Truthfully, Jaikus was not the type of man who enjoyed getting his hands dirty unless absolutely necessary. Blackmail, intimidation, flattery – all of them could be weapons just as effective as a lightsaber, if one had the patience and finesse to utilize them. If they were lucky, the industry leaders of the planet would return to the fold without the need to

It didn’t take the Axxilan much longer to arrive at the rendezvous location, his BD-626 Starblade gliding down and finally coming to rest on the docking bay, near where Lucifer was standing. A ramp extended towards the ground with a hiss, followed shortly thereafter by the sight of Jaikus marching down to join his Half-Chiss colleague.

“I do hope you’ve done your homework,” Jaikus spoke towards Lucifer, folding his hands neatly against the small of his back. “Tell me, what do we know of the industry leaders here? Anything that might prove particularly useful for these negotiations?”

A ship appeared from the sky as it came in for a landing, Lucifer watched. It had to finally be the other Sith Marauder assigned the task at hand. Jaikus Altaris. He walked out wearing a unique armor. It fit him well, as it looked like it was meant only for a man of his stature. Surely that was what it was made for but it was the observation made by the Half-Chiss. Then other Sith had begun to speak, asking of what Lucifer knew of the problem. It wasn't a whole lot unfortunately, mainly just that the people of Botajef have stopped production of vehicles for the Sith.

"Well, it seems to be that the people here on this uncultured planet have decided they no longer want to produce the equipment they have been producing for the Sith. Now the management here is the way to get the rest of Botajef in check. I can bring us to see the Cheif of Operations on this planet. He can whip these people back into working or.. he can die and we will replace him with someone who will. I know just the guy too."

Lucifer took one last drag from his smoke and then nodded to the plant as he exhaled the smoke from his lungs. Beginning his walk he would flick his smoke to the ground and head towards the very plant that he had motioned his counterpart towards.

"Now how do you wanna go about this? I prefer speaking as opposed to brute strength and ridiculous actions. Killing them would be too easy. And take all the fun out of it."

Lucifer gave a few short chuckles before looking towards his fellow Sith. Shortly after a group of men in mechanic gear walked out before the two Sith. There were five of them, two were Human, one Trandoshan, one Rodian, and one Quarren. Could the Sith defeat them all at once in the blink of an eye? Yes absolutely. Fortunately for those lucky bastards Lucifer wasn't in the mood to kill them right away. Plus they hadn't caused any problems just yet.

Jaikus listened attentively as the Half-Chiss began speaking, slowly continuing towards the facility without ever stopping. There was a subtle pang of disappointment from the Axxilan as Lucifer rattled off the situation, slowly coming to the realization that he didn’t know any more than Jaikus did. The information they had was more than enough to get the job done, but anything additional would’ve only made their job easier.

The mention of a potential replacement in the wings, though? Now that was interesting. It was for enough for Jaikus to pause briefly where he was standing, turning his head to face Lucifer. “Is that so?” The man would not be able to see it behind the mask, but Jaikus had arched a brow toward him. Either Lucifer was overexaggerating his connections, or they would have a loyal replacement should negotiations go sour. “Useful. Even if they are not needed to fill the role, perhaps the threat of a ready replacement looming over their heads will cause the men here to bend in their defiance.”

When the Half-Chiss began to inquire as to Jaikus’ preferred methods, a bit of amusement played across the man’s face. He paused for a long time before he responded. “You’ll be pleased to know, I would prefer to solve this problem without dirtying my hands in the process. We will do what is necessary, but with their knowledge of the facilities, the men here are more valuable to us alive than they are dead.” It was perhaps a surprising answer for Lucifer, given the way that Jaikus was dressed as if for battle.

Of course, what good diplomacy was ever conducted without some level of intimidation?

Jaikus’ eyes then flicked from the Half-Chiss to the band of five mechanics who had begun to approach, citrine eyes narrowing upon them from behind the mask. Based purely on the way that they were dressed, Jaikus could guess that no one of any importance was among them, nor was their arrival of any particular concern to him. Jaikus did not pause his casual sauntering forward, fully intending on walking right through the men if they didn’t move out of his way.

“We will speak with the Chief of Operations. Immediately.”

As the pair walked forward Lucifer listened to the words of his company in Jaikus. The Half-Chiss Sith was thankful their idea of how to handle the situation was on par with the other's. Though how to get these men to bring them to their Superior? Lucifer was smart enough to know that simply asking for it wouldn't go well. Though for the sake of avoiding bloodshed on Sith soil, he would try talking at first.

"The hell did you say pal? You ain't going anywhere. This is far as you go y-"

The man was interrupted by the force coiling around his neck. Lucifer wasn't fond of people talking back. So now punishment must be dealt. The man would try to gasp for air but Lucifer gripped tightly in the force, snapping the neck of the man who defied Jaikus and himself.

"Anyone else care to say no? Anyone? Good now lead us.."

The men were clearly terrified of the situation. As they swiftly started to turn around and walk them into the building. It was a shame a man had to lose his life, but the Sith needed to speak with the one in charge, and they needed to now. He was in the way and will be deemed a necessary casualty in the mission.

"I suppose if they always start off rude then we should perhaps place someone else in charge of Botajef's production."

The mechanic with exceptionally poor judgement was hoisted into the air and summarily executed, and Jaikus never broke his stride. The Axxilan Marauder never so much as slowed down or spared a cursory glance towards the other men, moving as if they were entirely beneath his attention. He kept his arms folded against the small of his back, his posture perfectly straight and refined by years of upper-class discipline.

Only once the men had turned and began to make their way towards the building did Jaikus tilt his head ever-so-slightly in Lucifer’s direction, the empty sockets of his mask fixating upon the half-Chiss. Behind the featureless visage, it was impossible to discern whether or not Jaikus approved or disapproved of Lucifer’s methods, or if he even cared at all. The Axxilan was not one who enjoyed getting his hands dirty, that much was clear, but the man was in their way and Lucifer had done the courtesy of handling the situation without the Axxilan needing to be involved.

After a few seconds, Jaikus’ head tilted back to the path ahead, his attention returning to the building where the Chief of Operations was undoubtably waiting. Unlike before, the men practically tripped over themselves in the path of the two Sith – frantically punching in the security codes to the main entrance and opening it for Lucifer and Jaikus to stride through. The path through the executive building was cleared of all obstacles, men and women who had witnessed the scene outside making a concerted effort to move out of the way, allowing them to enter without any further incident.

Only once they reached the office door did Jaikus turn to look back. “Thank you for being so cooperative, gentlemen.” His voice rang out from behind the mask, directed towards the mechanics. Despite the polite and debonair tone of his voice, there was something unmistakably unsettling about the way the Marauder spoke. The men did not linger long after that.

Jaikus’ attention briefly fell upon Lucifer, giving the half-Chiss a brief nod before he opened the door to the Chief of Operation’s office.

Walking through the building, the Half-Chiss would look at the grimy architecture and think to himself, How do they ever stay sane in a place like this? I wouldn't be able to deal with the filth everywhere. Perhaps if I can come into ownership, this place can get a rework. Then again.. do I want to be tied down to a place like this? After a long walk through the building, the group finally made it to the destination. Jaikus seemed quite composed, as did Lucifer, but there was definitely something within that needed to be let loose. For the both of them.

"Run along, or suffer the same fate as your friend had."

Once the men had ran off in fear, the Half-Chiss would look at the door to the Chief of Operation's office room. It seemed fairly easy to make here so quick then again, wouldn't fear drive others out of the way? Of course it would. It just did. Now it was time for the two Marauders to meet with the Chief. Entering first was Lucifer. He walked in and noticed a desk with two chairs in front of it. Behind the desk was the Chief of Operations himself Nigel Garrison.

"Good evening sir. Do you have a moment to speak about your work lines? They seem a bit... dysfunctional.."

Lucifer had an evil smirk on his face and his red eyes would pierce through Nigel as he awaited and answer, standing behind the chair in front of Nigel's desk. It was unsure whether Lucifer was to start chuckling or if he was ready to kill the man. Either way, it wouldn't be a good situation for Nigel.
