The Asylum
Medical Bay
House's Office
The Office was, for the most part, clean. Clean enough to handle an emergency, so it was definitely clean enough for the situation she was about to handle. Three days ago, one of the younger members of GALAF, one Arkanian named Hareth, had lost her temper over a relatively small issue. While this was nothing to make note of, the situation did reveal a good amount about the girl that wasn't documented. Her connection to the force gave way to a decent level of destruction, before House had managed to calm the girl, who burst into tears upon being comforted. As the ordeal completed itself, House had given her a card with how to contact her, and urged her to do so.
Three days had passed and she hadn't received a word.
Now, considering the situation and what she knew of the girl, it had little to do with her not wanting to reach out. She appeared starved of affection, with very few people she considered close. It was more likely that she didn't want to intrude, in a way, trying to prevent herself from being a bother. So, she had a simple solution to draw the girl out. Sliding her wheelie-chair to a button next to an extended microphone, her finger pushed down on the light blue trigger. It was currently set up to reach all public halls, as well as the general living quarters. It could be set up to reach the whole ship, if the situation required it. But for now, she simply zoned in on the locations most likely to catch notice of the young Arkanian.
The intercom gave a brief buzz as a turned on, bringing noise to the otherwise quiet halls and already noisy living quarters. "Hareth, please report to the medical office of Doctor House. I repeat, Hareth, please report to the medical office of Doctor House." Removing her finger from the button, the device quietly shut itself off, the microphone sliding down into its desk-bound holster. By now, her voice calling for someone specific to her office wasn't uncommon. It was practically a daily occurrence of her calling someone in, either for a favor, a checkup, or something else.
On its wall, her Holonet monitor was playing rerun of 'Tribunals Affair' softly. It was an episode she had seen before, though she did have to watch it twice. Ironically it was the same episode that was interrupted by the ordeal that introduced House personally to Hareth. Even though it was the third time she was seeing (or in this case, listening) to the show, she couldn't help but enjoy it.
