Aturdokht had slept very little all night, either she'd spent it in alarm of what might be lurking or crying to herself.
Her hair was pulled back into a low ponytail and she was torn between feeling like either total **** for having to kill her family, or content for at the very least being able to kill them instead of letting them wonder for all eternity eating other people.

She entered into the city and she wasn't too happy to be riding a loaned unicycle, but a car was too loud and walking sounded like a bad idea overall. She could ride a unicycle better than she could run, or at least it felt like it. The city seemed ominous, it was different from the bustling streets and people going through the sidewalks playing on their gadgets or rushing to work that she recalled seeing so many times and had gotten use to seeing. It was emptied and dark. People were no longer people. The feeling of total **** settled in again and she spotted a gas station.

Good enough.

Leaning her unicycle against the side of a car near the station and she took a look through the window for sight of anything that might be alive or sort of alive before the girl entered in through the broken glass door. Opening the broken door could still set off an alarm and that was the last thing she needed, or wanted.

Food, water, bathroom, get out. Easy enough.
