Brawl Among the Books

A flash of light may have been enough to blind, but it certainly wasn’t enough to disorient, especially when performed so quickly and under pressure. As the flash went off, Zanna closed her eyes and continued the applied pressure to the Jedi. Nothing he did was enough to actively throw off the hold she had on him as he hadn’t used the Force to push her attack out. As a result, his ribs were bruised and beginning to crack. He would be in no shape to launch an attack and would become incapacitated while he moved towards Baal.

 

[Baalryc Ysirath]

As his saber cleaved through the Jedi's lightsaber hilt, Baalryc noticed the Jedi close his eyes as the lightside coalesced around his hand. Too late to do much, he was caught halfway to closing his own eyes by the flash.

Stepping back and withdrawing his extended hand as the world strobes before him, Baalryc would thrust forwards with a pair of fingers on his left hand, a swift defense against an attack he was sure would be coming from directly ahead of him. A hasty force push would batter against the Jedi's chest and force him back a few stumbling steps, enough to give Baalryc some breathing room. Something that Baalryc was unaware the Jedi was having a hard time doing due to the efforts of his ally.

[Tynian]

Tynian’s attempt at distracting the other Sith didn’t do exactly what he had hoped.

Instead of feeling relief, he felt a rib crack under the tightening pressure from the dark sider’s grip...
Gritting his teeth through the pain, he sent a desperate yet still potent force push at the Sith, trying to get her to let go...

At the same time, he was pushed backwards from the Sith in front of him, which made the pain in his chest hurt even more... but it also put some space between them, which helped Tynian in the long run. It gave him a split second to renew the attack.

His body was beginning to weaken from the pain, but he wasn’t going to give up... Clutching his side, he again reached out with the force and grabbed Baalryc, swinging his entire body around (like a pitcher at a holoball game) and following it with his right arm, he lifted the Sith into the air and threw him at the other Sith.

[Baalryc Ysirath]

Blinking the stars from his eyes, Baalryc regained the use of his eyes just in time to see the Jedi reaching towards him. Feeling the force begin to wrap around him, Baalryc's anger flared as he brought the darkside to bear, wrapping his own layer of defenses beneath the jedi's grip, forcing himself free before he could be flung at Zanna.

 

[Tynian]

The tightening around Tynian’s rib cage ceased as the female Sith was slammed up agains the wall from the Jedi’s force push. She slumped to the ground unconscious.

The other Sith resisted being thrown across the room somehow, which left them both standing and facing one another.

Tynian brought the force around him and quickly closed the distance attacking the Sith again.

His strike was aimed at the Sith’s right shoulder, but it would be a feint. Tynian’s real target was the Sith’s right hip.
If Baalryc doesn’t block it, then he would be crippled by Tynian’s blade.
