Lady luck was Asturias's on and off girlfriend. And now she was giving him a present, and just what he needed. In the darkness he spotted a large freight speeder, which Boone used to carry his....not so legal Merchandise from dock to dock. The perfect cover from an explosion.

"Behind the speeder, and blow this thing up already!"

Boann and Josy followed quick at his heels. As all three dove behind the speeder, Boann wasted no time in detonating the charges. Bright flashes broke out the glass and sent debris flying in several directions. The sound of the charges was deafening in the night air as smoke billowed from the large structure and what portions of the building were not blown out began to topple inward. It was a sight to behold.

Boann and Josy both watched the explosion with pride, eyes bright like a child on his birthday. They truly enjoyed their line of work. Those who had been following were knocked to the ground by the concussion of the blast. All eyes beheld the great structure meeting its end, the owner still inside. Immediately, Boone's men forgot about the perpetrators as they rushed back to the building, wanting to aid those trapped inside.

"No sense in standing around waiting for them to come back for us, or for other authorities to get here. I am really hoping that you have a ship, or it's going to be a looooong walk." He said, looking at the smoking heap that was once Boone's Estate.

His words seemed to knock them both, well, ok, only one, out of her revelry. Boann was the first to move as she looked to the stars, trying to locate just where they were.

Finally, she pointed, "Over here," she said, leading the way back to the ship, debating whether she wanted to really help him or not. Afterall, both she and her sister knew nothing about the man, minus the fact that Boone didn't like him.

Josy, however, continued to watch the chaos that had ensued as a result of the explosion. Had she the macrobinoculars, she would be watching more closely. Yet, tearing herself away from her handiwork, she followed after her sister and the they had saved.

"So, handsome," she started, focusing on his buttocks as he walked, "what's a guy like you doing in a torture room of Boone's? Are you a naughty boy?" she asked with a low chuckle.

"I stole weapons and credits from him, ended his mining operation on Kessel, ruined the plans for a prototype ship he was having built, got rid of several of his business partners, and cost him a grand total of around 5,000,000 credits in costs of media cover up. I may have gotten on his bad side."

He eyed the ship the girls were using in their ventures. Wasn't anything marvelous, but it would have to do.
"Oh, your ship has stealth systems right?"

Boann turned around, walking backwards as she smirked at his question. "Stealth systems? Like what? A cloak or something?"

Josy quickly rushed forward, eager to answer his question as well. "What we can't outrun, we blow up. It's that simple," she answered with a satisfied smile. Turning around, she linked arms with her sister and leaned in close to whisper something in her ear. Whatever was said caused both girls to laugh aloud. It seemed as if all of this was a game to them.

A large Cruiser pulled into view behind them, hovering above the wreckage that was Boone's compound. Daddy was home.

"Can you blow that up?" He said, starting to run forward as fast as he could manage, trying to get away from the cruiser before it notices them.

OOC: Sorry, dear. I haven't forgotten about you.

Both girls turned their heads at the sound of the engines, looking at the massive ship that Boone called his second home. It didn't take long for them to realize they needed to hoof it out of there. The weapons on that baby could make craters the size of, well craters! They were easy fodder if he found them. Boann and Josy only hoped the shock of losing his estate would be enough to make him forget about the ground, unlikely, but they could wish couldn't they?

"If we got inside her belly? Sure," Boann huffed back at the man, running with all that was in her.

Josy just laughed. "You think we can shoot her down with our ship? A small freighter taking on a large cruiser? We ain't Jedi, you know."

It seemed Daddy wasn't happy at all. Over the sound of the cruiser, the whining of landspeeders was heard. The hunt was on and the foxes were running.

"Your ship, right now." He said, increasing his speed, no longer looking back at Boone's cruiser. He did not know about the girls, but he did not have such power that he could somehow stop the cruiser with just a stare. And after reflecting on how the girls go about things, they didn't either. They had to get off planet.

As Josy and the rescued man ran for the ship, Boann stopped and with one swift movement pulled her blaster out of the holster and swung around to face the approaching landspeeder. A man in the side seat opened fire, but with the speeder bumping along the uneven ground, his shots were going wide.

Biting her lower lip, Boann just waited, grip tightening on the blaster as she waited....waited....blaster bolts flying around her, some getting extremely close...then fired, shooting straight at the driver. Was she mad or something? or did she have a plan? Whatever it was, she was pulling a stunt that not even Josy would have ever dared to do.

He spun on his heels, Running back towards Boann, who was firing away at the speeder, trying to hit the driver. He had seen and done such a stunt before, but he was not sure if her shots were accurate enough to do the job. He jumped at her, pulling her out of the way of the approaching speeder, as she fired off another shot...which indeed hit the driver. the speeder skidded to a halt, the other man in the gunner's seat jumping out and pulling out his blaster. But before he could prime the little toy, Asturias had already fired a bolt straight at the guard's head, knocking down to the ground, lifeless and motionless, save for a few involuntary twitches.

"Into the speeder"

Boann hit the ground hard letting out a grunt as her shoulder was jarred by the ground rushing to break her fall. Josy only then realized what was going on as she turned around, wide-eyed, seeing what they both were up to. As the handsome stranger shot the gunner in the head, she let out a cry of victory.

Rushing toward Boann, helping her to her feet, the two sisters scrambled into the speeder as the sound of the others began to echo across the plains, growing louder. Josy went for the driver's seat, leaving Boann and Asturias to fight over who would take the gun.

"Take the gun, we need to get out of here!" He did not see the point in arguing at this very time. The sooner they got out of there, the better. This speeder did not have anywhere near the firepower necessary to take out a cruiser. Did any speeder have that kind of fire power?

As soon as they were seated, he nudged Boann's back, urging her to push this little vehicle as much as she could, and put as much distance between them and Boon as possible.

Boann didn't need much more prodding as she immediately reached over and revved the engines of the poor, whining speeder's engines. Josy taking the hint grabbed the speeder's steering and shot off with a vicious jerk, demanding much more out of the vehicle than it was willing to give.

Completely leaving the stranger to do the shooting, Boann slammed her fist against the plastic console, hiding the wiring beneath, hitting it over and over again until it was knocked loose. Ripping it off the speeder, she flung it over the side, hoping it would smack into one of the faces of their pursuers. Kneeling down, she began to play with the wires, trying to get more juice routed to the engine. If worse came to worse, she could overload the thing and turn it into a firey bomb for their attackers to drive into.

As Josy went over a large bump, Boann knocked her head on the console and let out a curse and glare to her sister.

"Do you mind?! I'm working here."

"Sorry, sis, but we've got incoming!" she shouted over her shoulder to the rescued man. "Three o'clock!"

Priming the mounted blaster was like second nature. As soon as the small computer screen gave the signal, he opened fire, creating a sweeping line of fire, leaving no escape for their persuers. However, nothing could ever be this easy, and Boone would make sure of it. The cruiser was following them, and would not likely hold its fire forever. They had to make it to the woods...Only there would they be safe from that cruiser.

They had staved off the attackers for now, but they all knew they would regroup and mount a stronger offensive. They had to get to the ship before Boone figured out who was behind the attack.

The roaring sound of the large cruiser could be heard gaining upon them, as Boann turned to look up at the ship, growing larger every second.

"Um, Josy, not to rush you or anything, but we've got trouble. Biiig trouble."

Josy didn't have to look to know what the trouble was. "Hang on," she urged them as she sent the landspeeder into a hasty right turn that almost sent the speeder end over end. Up ahead of them was the dense forest. She didn't know how far the landspeeder could go into the forest, yet she did know they were only a few clicks away from the starport. Boone would know this as well and mount an offensive at the port. Still, it was their only option.

The ground shook as the cruiser began blowing craters into the planet's surface, trying to take down the speeder. The feeble speeder's weapons were like gnats to the large ship.

The forest line grew larger and larger as Josy showed no signs of slowing at all. Was she on a suicide run?

"When I say jump, you jump," she yelled over her shoulder as dirt and rocks rained upon them. "1, 2, 3....JUMP!"

As the twins jumped out of the speeder, a big blast hit the ground just behind the speeder, flinging debris in their faces as they hit the ground hard and began to roll. With a firey explosion the speeder was no more. The billowing smoke from the ship's weapon firing and the explosion, blanketed the area, providing a cover as they ran into the forest.
