Sol spent an inordinate amount of spare time reading about one or the other subject, absorbing knowledge at a ludicrous pace. His tendency to leap down the rabbit hole of whatever subject he'd last latched onto was precisely what lead him to being spurred into actually doing something with another Sith. It wasn't that he avoided others so much that he didn't really think of overt socialization in the midst of everything else he did.
Luckily, the young acolyte was fairly shameless when it came to interacting with others. Sol'd thrown out a message to another acolyte with very tempting language about finding some kind of long-hidden treasure he'd discovered a trail to. Which was why he was waiting in a hangar for the purpose of getting to the first step of a quest of sorts. He'd already arrived in-system as a secret stowaway.
The young Acolyte had both an oversized black hoodie and a well-worn backpack of stuff ready, prepared to go off to who-knows-where. As much as Sol enjoyed what he did around Dromund Kaas to some degree, sitting around the temple until the heat death of the universe wasn't on his to-do list. If he didn't go of to do something he might actually die of boredom. A Kubrik's cube twisted about between his fingers while he waited, idly trying to get all the coloured sides to match.
He and Ashla had met only rarely, but she seemed reliable from the rumours he'd heard. People seemed to forget Sol was around because of how quiet he was and blabbed away about anything and everything. Tales of a ballet-dancing Jedi causing an avalanche during a battle Ashla'd survived convinced him to invite her along. Maybe he'd even hear about it first-hand!
