(I'm doing this all from phone, so this may be a bit sloppy, but here goes nothing.)

Background: One egg starting at a little shack on the streets of the black market on Nar Shadaa traded hands several times without any knowledge of what was inside. The egg flew from ship to ship, going from spacer to spacer each time for a bit of credits and some curiosity that would fall quickly when the egg wouldn't hatch and didn't show many signs of doing so soon. Not until it fell into the hands of Masef Ka, an old human mechanic working simply on the planet Burnin Konn. Looking for a meal, instead he got a baby hatching a few minutes after the incubator was put in his hands in exchange for a few credits.
Masef was Bysk's father growing up, his own family having left without interest in his business and losing contact years ago. Now he had a second chance and a new son. He taught the lizard everything he knew from power converters to legal (and not so legal) engine coupling modification. Masef couldn't call himself the greatest mechanic in the galaxy, but his knowledge spanned much further than the average repair shop owner's. And out of the environment of the warmongering trandoshan homeworld, Bysk was the son Masef had always wanted: eager to learn, and interested in anything involving mechanics.
Soon enough Bysk grew tall, even by Trandoshan standards. He had the trandoshan bulk, but wasn't thick. He was lean but muscled from his work in the shop. However, customers never saw a trandoshan working on there vehicle, Masef having to keep his son and only employee hidden to keep those less caring for his kind from showing their hatred. And admittedly, Masef was a business man who didn't want to lose customers. But in the end, he cared very dearly for his son. He even learned Dosh with the alien he raised in case Bysk ever wanted to go to Trandosha. And on his deathbed, he left everything to the trandoshan, who decided to close the shop down in order to take the business with him as he travels through space, collecting scrap and building droids, as well as offering his services as a mechanic.
Personality: Due to the condition of his upbringing, Bysk is no regular trandoshan. He doesn't care to get into fights, even with those wary of his kind. Despite this, he carries a blaster and isn't nervous to wield it. Far from a killer, but ready to defend himself as he learned from his adopted father. However, he is in fact rather friendly, which catches the few who bother to associate with him off-guard, as well as him sometimes being a bit awkward, not having many experiences with others to be confident in his skills or others liking him. However, he's always up for trying, and has to be in order to get what jobs he can out in the fold clutches of space. At least with war there are many things always needing to be repaired.
Gear:
- Ship - Modified D5 Mantis Starcraft (Laser cannons on engine wings have been replaced with arms to use for collecting scraps.)
- Droid - QU-BR ("Cuber") First attempt at building an 'intelligent' droid, made from gonk and astromech parts.
- Fusion Cutter multitool- based on setting can be used from a welding tool to a beam cutter, with a modification to become a blaster rifle.
- Arkanian Blaster Pistol- A much quicker option to adjusting the settings on the Multitool.
