Description: The Vane-TECH Blaster Sniper Rifle officially "Sniper Rifle, System of C-TECH V Seres Model is a semi-automatic sniper/designated marksman rifle with 20mm beam, x8 power night vision capable scope good out to 1000m with a folding stock and it was developed in the old republic.
The C-TECH V Seres Blaster Sniper Rifle was designed as a squad support weapon since, according to Scout and Army derived military doctrines, the long-range engagement ability was lost to ordinary troops when sub-machine guns and assault rifles (which are optimized for close-range and medium-range, rapid-fire combat) were adopted. For that reason, it was originally named V-long rifle

It was selected as the winner of a contest that included three competing designs: by Serg Sim, Alek Konst and Vane Rowan. Extensive field testing of the rifles conducted in a wide range of environmental conditions resulted in C-TECH proposal being accepted into service in last part of the war. An initial per-production batch consisting of 200 rifles was assembled for evaluation purposes, but the order was stopped when the old republic fell. Since then, C-TECH V Seres Blaster Sniper Rifle has seen only small number perduced.

The personal experience with an original C-TECH V Seres Blaster Sniper Rifle. While the weapon has grate workmanship, it still functioned flawlessly. We shot extensively out to 500 meters. The rifle is extremely deadly, even with cheap surplus power pack's , out to about 300 meters. After that, your pressed to hit consistently. We easily were maintaining close group of shots. The C-TECH V Seres Blaster Sniper Rifle is a true sniper rifle in today's terms, but it performs exceptionally well for what it was designed for, a weapon to extend the range of the average rifle squad for a heavy support weapon.

The unique bi-pod helps stabilize the large weapon helping in accuracy and recoil.

Intent: We need a real sniper rifle, this unique rifle is for Rowan Vane for support roles.

No rifle can exceed the range of 500 meters, not even sniper rifles. Also, I'm not sure I see what distinguishes this weapon as unique, as opposed to generic. Elaborate on that

easy it was built by Vane there are only a few out there it is in the history. honestly I am not sure what to do I would like a a super Heavy Blaster for anti light armor or light skin vech like a 50 cal to day. I did some changes I would like more input.

also the beam is tuned to a none viable light spectrum. it is easy to change a laser to a different fecundity not to be seen by the eyes but it will still make a nose you just have to see in the Infra Red or Ultraviolet range to see the beam. No one has thought of the none viable light spectrum Part so far no one has the their rifles tune that way and as I said be for He built it. it has a power Pack not a mag.

Hmm. That pretty much flies in the face of...literally every blaster we've ever seen. I don't think that will work. Also, please expand on the power pack thing.

power pack most of what I have seen power supply for blasters are small now pitcher some thing like a motor cyclical battery the wight would be about 5 pounds there would be a heavy cable that would attach to the weapon. you would have to change it out after five shots it would take 2 min to do the change. This weapon would not hide well at all.

Ok, I gotcha. You will have to change the bolt spectrum, however.

Why is this unique to your character if it was a (albeit limited) production item? It seems like this would be better suited as an open use weapon.

Please remove the 1000m night scope- that's significantly more powerful than much more modern handheld scanners we see in Star Wars.
