Dantooine was a hotspot of activity.
Pretty weird that the sleepy little farming world had become something of an unofficial hub of activity for rebels, Imperials, Jedi and Sith alike but he supposed places only had meaning when people gave them it. If enough people believed that Dantooine was worth fighting, and dying, over then it became something worth fighting and dying over time and time again.
Case in point?
He and his rebel friends didn't want one of the local landowners to be executed by the Empire because of the assistance he had given the rebels and Jedi in setting up in the first place. The Empire disagreed and that was the precise reason why they had sent troopers to the man's main farmstead to try and capture him, to kill him later. Crix, meanwhile, did not want that to happen. So he was going to visit upon the Imperials the same violence that they intended to bring onto that man to protect him and his family long enough for one of the few remaining rebel cells to get them off world with some of their liquid assets.
A small convoy of Imperial forces was moving from their staging point in the small town square off out toward the man's homestead, two treadspeeder bikes and a fully manned APC by the looks of it. As they started to make their way through the streets, Crix jumped down from the rooftop he had been waited on, landing atop the APC.
The turret atop the APC spun to face him in response to the sound of his landing but he interrupted it, stabbing his lightsaber directly down into the top of the turret, gutting its controls. When the treadspeeder behind the APC noticed, the rider drew a pistol to open fire and Crix waved a hand, flinging the man off of the speeder with the Force to slam violently into the side of a wall.
Already there was chaos. A lone Jedi, recognisable from his experiences across the Galaxy and even the line of action figures bearing his likeness, Crix stood brazenly atop the APX... a perfect distraction, really
