Can't Add a New Planet or Technological Profile

On the Planet and Technological Profile forums, it says I have "insufficient privileges" to post anything whether it be under the standard forum or unapproved submissions

This is very odd considering new threads have been created in the "Unapproved Tech Profiles" and "Unapproved Planet Profiles" forums very recently. I verified your permissions and you should be able to post in post these forums. Try again. If you still can't make new threads, take screenshots.
