While Captain Gideon Outridge can sometimes be a complete ass, he is also fairly charming; however, he is outrageously selfish and a profiteer at heart. Yet, he is still a good guy way down deep…
HISTORY:
Captain Gideon Outridge earned his self appointed title around the ripe age of 17 when he commandeered his first ship from a Alliance merchant on his home planet of Mindor. He was never too fond of the man and he had no one at home to tell him what not to do so it was only a matter of time before he decided to get off the lily pad and into the sea that was the galaxy.
Gideon’s parents disappeared when he was around 10 years old; they were off “doing some business” for the Alliance and they simply never returned. Gideon figured they had probably been attacked by a wayward ship, he had heard of the Sith and knew they were against the Galactic Alliance. Not that Gideon was necessarily for the Alliance, he was mainly for himself if anything.
Since then Gideon has earned enough money smuggling to buy a decent ship and named her Phoenix. Gideon has also continued to do private work for individuals he found worthy of his help or who had a fat enough pocketbook. He even picked up a few droids and a fuzzy fool of a wookie.
Currently Gideon is cruising the galaxy with his robotic crew. While he has had to kill a few people, he doesn’t brag about it and he never kills without a reason. He stays out of the way of most of the warring nations and only gets involved when he has to.
