Name: Cardun Vrek
Faction: Sith Brotherhood
Rank: Sith
Species: Human
Homeworld: Naboo
Age: 28
Gender: Male
Force Sensitive: Trained in the use of the Dark Side
Apperance
Cardun is 6ft tall and has short dark brown hair. His eyes originally were Green, but as he further studied the Dark Side of the force they turned yellow, the first sign the dark side was beginning to corrupt his appearance. He is lean, and looks rather weak, he does have any muscles that show. His skin is pale, and his face is defined. He keeps himself clean shaven. He has a long scar down his chest, where as a boy a local bully slashed him with a knife.

Personality
Cardun is self assured to the point of arrogance. He believes himself to be an exceptionally powerful Sith, and believes that no one could defeat him. Cardun is not a social person, he is much happier in solitude where he can explore his study into the force. He dislikes people in general and tends to avoid them when able due to the only people he knew during his childhood psychologically and physically abusing him, only socialising with others when necessary. Cardun believes himself to be superior to all non force sensitives, and tends to treat these beings with disdain. He enjoys being in positions of power, something he developed as a child. He does not like being given orders, but accepts them from those above him. He is secretive, and will rarely tell anyone any facts about himself, and hides his personal projects and studies from others to ensure he gains maximum benefit from them. Cardun does not trust anyone, believing that other Sith would kill him if he gave them a chance. He is also manipulative, often trying to play people off against each other to gain an advantage over both. He has an innate fear of knives due to being slashed with one as a child, and lacks social graces.

Biography
Cardun Vrek was born on the planet of Naboo. His family lived in an area filled with forests, and his father worked as a craftsman. From an early age Cardun had a passion for learning and reading, and his father would often give him new holobooks as presents. Cardun's world changed when more families began to move to the area where they had been living. Where before Cardun had been free to explore the forests around his home, now the other boys that had moved to the area with their families began to pick on him. The local bullies regularly taunted and tortured him, and Cardun withdrew into solitude, escaping by reading his books. One day, a bully slashed him in the chest with a knife, as a 'joke'. The pain he felt along with the anger awakened something inside him, and suddenly the bully's laughter turned to screams as he was lifted off the ground and thrown into a nearby tree. Cardun had tapped into the force for the first time. Terrified, he had run home and locked himself in his room, unsure what he had done. Calming down he realised whatever his newfound powers were, he could use them to get his revenge. Cardun trained himself to use basic force abilities, trying to recreate the exact feelings he had when he lifted the bully. He soon had his revenge on those who had abused him. Using his gifts, he became feared throughout the village he lived in. He was finally able to be at peace once again. But that was not enough. He wanted to learn more about his gifts, to master them. This required experimentation. Cardun began regularly testing his powers out on the boys that had once bullied him, realising he could influence their minds to ensure they never revealed what was really happening to them. This continued for 4 years, up until his 13th birthday. By that point he had alienated himself from even his parents, who were seriously concerned about their son. They confronted him, asking him to stop his slip into darkness, but the boy refused, declaring he would master his abilities to become all powerful. His father grabbed a stun blaster and attempted to stun him, saying Cardun needed help and that he could take him to people who could 'fix' him. Cardun grew angry at his father rejecting him and in a rage, snapped his father's neck with the force, killing him instantly. His mother cried out in terror and ran out of the house, Cardun chased her, trying to apologise, saying he had lost control. But his mother kept on running, and in the darkness, tripped and fell off a cliff, dying on impact. The loss of his parents left Cardun with nothing but his studies. With no one holding him back, he made the people of his village his slaves, using them to test his powers. This did not go unnoticed by the local authorities, and eventually Cardun's experiments were discovered, and the local officers arrested him. Seeing that he was force sensitive, and too dangerous to hold prisoner, they summoned the Jedi to deal with him.

However Cardun was not imprisoned long. One night a man arrived at the security station, dressed in black robes. Cardun immediately sensed the man was like him. The man introduced himself as Delus Praven, a Sith. He said that he had been visiting Naboo in order to gain information for the Sith, and upon hearing security officers discussing the arrest of a boy with otherworldly powers Praven decided to find the boy and take him to join the Sith, rather than lose him to the Jedi, who would have surely imprisoned him. It was pure luck Praven had been there, if he had not Cardun would most likely have been locked away by the Jedi. Cardun demanded that the man prove to him that he was stronger than he was, and the Sith consented, unleashing a wave of force lightning that killed the security officers that had arrested him. Cardun was awed by what he had seen, and demanded the Sith taught him these powers. The Sith agreed, sensing the raw potential in his pupil. The two left the planet and travelled to the Sith Academy. The Jedi sent to arrest Cardun arrived too late, and they realised the Sith had found him first.
At the academy, Cardun outshone the other students of similar age, showing a great aptitude for the force. He soon was accompanying Praven on missions as the Sith continued their war against the Jedi. Cardun soon realised that he had become more powerful than Praven, and when the chance came and after Praven had taught Cardun all he knew, Cardun killed him to prove his strength to the Sith leadership. Raised to the rank of Sith, Cardun began to study the force even deeper, determined to unravel its greatest mysteries. In truth, he cared little for the Sith cause, believing that the Sith were simply a group whose vast resources he could exploit to further his own power. His main motivation in life has never changed since he first discovered the force; achieve power over it like no other being has before. He continued to follow the orders of the Sith leadership and became a useful and powerful servant, but continued in secret to study ancient dark side techniques and abilities to further his knowledge and gain an edge over all the others.

Attributes
INTELLIGENCE- 9/10
Cardun studied keenly from an early age, and his intelligence is his strongest asset aside from his force abilities
STRENGTH- 4/10
Cardun never cared for building up his physical strength and was born weaker than most, and prefers to use the force to perform feats where strength is required.
DEXTERITY- 7/10
Cardun trained himself to be highly mobile in order to counter his lack of physical strength and gain an edge over his enemies.
STAMINA- 6/10
Cardun's preferred fighting styles mean his stamina will drop quickly as he will try to end all conflict quickly, believing none could match his skill. The longer one can last with him the better the chance they have of beating him.
CONSTITUTION- 5/10
Cardun's arrogance and perception of his abilities means that he has never bothered putting the effort in to ensure he could take a prolonged beating, he assumed he would be handing them out. As such if one can overpower him he will not be too difficult to kill.
OVERCONFIDENCE
Cardun believes he is all powerful. As such he will rush into battles and dangerous situations he may not be able to handle without sufficiently planning.

Skills
TELEKENESIS- 9/10
Cardun learned this ability at a young age, and has developed mastery over it, able to manipulate large objects with only minor difficulty.
ENERGY MANIPULATION- 8/10
Cardun can use force lightning, and is also able to shape force energies to his will after studying ancient techniques, though the effort required means he usually only uses force lightning in combat. He is also able to create a shield to deflect energy blasts, but as he is still devloping this ability he cannot keep them up for long without severely tiring.
MIND MANIPULATION- 7/10
Cardun learned this ability growing up, and is able to exert his will on the weak minded with ease, though beings with a sufficiently strong will can resist him.
OTHER FORCE PROFCIENCIES
Cardun has demonstrated an ability to drain the life energy of another, and is also able to tap into the force to heighten his senses, though it normally requires minimal distractions.
LIGHTSABER COMBAT- 6/10
Cardun is moderatley proficient with the weapon, though he prefers to use his knowledge of the force to subdue his enemies. He prefers forms II and IV, though a skilled duellist should be able to better him.
MULTILINGUAL
Cardun studied alien languages after arriving at the Sith Academy, out of a desire to travel to distant locations where alien beings may practice different force techniques and study them.

Equipment
Red bladed Lightsaber
Black Sith Robes lined with light protection
Communicator

Seems like a great Sith to me.

However, Naboo has historically been light-side aligned, and is currently ruled by the Jafan Dynasty. I believe that the royals of Naboo are allied with the Jedi since that is the way it appears on the faction territory map. It is unlikely that the disappearance and torture of citizens within a village would go unnoticed.

This would fall under @Sangga 's jurisdiction more than the Jedi's though since I'm not entirely sure what kind of relationship the royals of Naboo have with the Jedi at the moment.

You can either change the planet to one with less authority making Cardun's rule over the village believable, or edit his background slightly to Sangga's liking.

I hope I'm not coming across as tyrannical here, it's just nice to know the history of your character's planet.

The Inquisition armor is very close to your description of Cardun's apparel and would be a good choice. If the style doesn't quite fit what you like, send me a PM and I can show you how to add an image of the armor you would rather have without having to submit a new armor set to the tech board.

These are both minor things and it's always nice to see another Sith join the ranks.

Ah, I see. Perhaps maybe instead of him ruling the village undiscovered I could have him arrested then broken out of prison by Praven, then continuing as before.

That might work if Sangga is ok with it. It took me forever to find Agamar on the map but it turns out it is also in or very close to Jedi space. (m-5)

Almost any rural planet outside of faction territory would be a good substitute as well.

At a first glance, having just woken up, I would say that if he was from somewhere not in the Dynasty's control. That would be easier. The Deeja Peak Alliance, who are enemies to the Naboo faction' control about two fifths of the planet. Mainly in mountainous, or forested terrain; so a change of scenery might be needed.

However, @Dark child makes an excellent point in that the Jedi woukd get to him first. Naboo is a Jedi story world, all of the factions on Naboo are diplomatically aligned to the Jedi, the Jafan Dynasty being the closest due to efforts by its Diplomatic Corps. So if they get caught, take reports of his power, the Jedi would be called in as it is their jurisdiction.

Ah. I'll make some more changes then.
