The smallest and faintest hint of a smile crept across Sera's lips as she heard the blaster discharge and kill that asshole. She stared faintly towards Neri's face for several seconds in part because her tired mind was slow to switch from subject to subject and well she just liked looking at the lady's face. Then the Zabrak had to go moaning about something that didn't matter other than some vague mentions of a ship which meant a quick way out good then she started hollering about a Bg droid, odd didn't she zap one unintentionally... Oh kark.
Feeling the hairs stand up on the back of her neck she just put two and two together. She looked around and then saw that the BG unit was hidden under a chair in what looked to be a shutdown state. Sera just simply walked over to where she saw and rolled it out under the chair. Realizing that she was already cast in a bad light with this Zabrak and that she really needed to get off of this scrap heap of a station she decided to do the only logical thing to do: Lie.
"Looks like he took a bad hit during the fight... The casing looks intact even with the scorch marks here. Probably just a few fried fuses and maybe some needed resoldering nothing that can't be fixed. If you want I could take a closer look on your ship and see if I can get him up and running."
She hoped that just leaving out the fact that the scorch marks were caused by a bolt of lightning that came out of her hand rather than a blaster bolt would work. Granted in all the chaos being able to remember and then guess as all the shooting start what hit where would likely put Sera in the clear. Hell it would take being at the right angle and an eidectic memory and maybe some sort of magical meta cognition to figure it all out. Plus well she was going to fix it as a silent apology, normally she would try to awkwardly charge someone for that kind of work. All she hoped was that they could get out of this place before arguing.
