The Executive of Trump Productions on Chandrila, Markus Cohen was an incredibly secretive man, spending what time he was away from the office in his expansive manor. Finding any other avenue of blackmail had been for naught, meaning that whatever incriminating information they could find would be located on the grounds of the man's home. With all the possible surveillance involved with the staff and security of the home, Rowan considered if he should have come along for this one. His good friend Saorise Kellig had convinced him to go through with it, as if they could perform at their usual level of skill they should have no worries.

For his part, Rowan had did what he could to help his friend and himself to get in as easiest as they could. He'd gotten a list of employees who worked at the place along with their observed vices, possibly to exploit. He'd also managed to get a copy of the original building plans from the archives in the nearby city where this manor was built. It didn't have any details on what each room held, yet at least they wouldn't be going in totally blind. Now all Rowan had to do was wait for the good news. He had yet to be disappointed by the people he called his friends.

((OOC Note: This is a restart of the Chandrila Covfefe thread, as approved to do so by my FL due to previous character death. I will create a new Dice roll thread for this one as well.))

Somehow her and Rowan had managed to make it through more than a few scrapes together, with similar goals in mind they seemed to be brought back together. And their continued assistance to eachother was more than a little lucrative for the both, when got each got better it only helped the other, and here was Rowan's latest venture, one she was more than ready to help out on. Even if they weren't fun, or to help a friend, they got her out of her office and force she needed that some days. Leading a House had many benefits, that wasn't one of them.

Cohen's manor was as expensive as it was garish, Saorise couldn't help but smirk at the damn thing when they came upon it,

"Somehow I'm still surprised at it, even though he's just the sort of man to have something like this" she said, looking out at it's vast grounds. And yet still, they had to go in their, find something incriminating (the mans sense of taste notwithstanding). At least Rowan had done his homework for it all,

"Rear cellar, doubt it's watched very well" Saorise looked over the plans, pointing to a little opening at the mansions rear, one that would let them in nicely if her instincts were right,

"Then its up from there until we find what we need, thoughts?"

"My dear Saoirse, you read my mind. Let's see if we can get there without being seen. We can see the guards, though I'm unsure of the cameras..." He trailed off as he watched a speeder bearing the markings of the security company maintaining the system in the manor drove up, the man driving talking to someone on staff before going to a box on the outside to start working. The lights on the cameras turned off, obviously having been taken down for maintenance. It was a pure stroke of luck, as the guard rotations had already been memorized and they hadn't changed them to compensate for the downtime on the other security. That was a mistake, though in their defense it was impossible to have planned for this. With a wink and gesture to Saorise, they tailed one of the guard rotations and strode right past the cameras, ending up in a blind spot next to the rear entrance. He bowed to his companion and gestured for her to take the lead for the next part. So far, so good.

Shadowing Rowan as they snuck between patrols amongst the estate, the pair moved easily between them as they approached the mansions rear entrance,

"Off to a good start" she whispered, patting him on the shoulder as she slunk across to the cellar door. But they were both too experienced to think their luck could last forever. With a shake and a shudder, the door to the cellar opened, a short angled staircase leading down into a dimly lit, low ceiling room, wine racks covered in webs and dust.

While they managed to close the door behind them without any trouble, it seemed they were not the only ones down here. Saorise locked eyes with them, a servant it appeared, trying their darnedest not to be seen as they stuffed a couple of bottles into a satchel. A petty little thief, one Saorise wouldn't have troubled herself with if it had been any other time,

"Damn" she cursed under her breath. The servant seemed paralysed by fear as Saorise approached,

"Don't speak a word, don't move, alright? We don't want to-" any further attempts at diplomacy were cutoff rather abruptly as the servant cried out, though Saorise managed to muffle it in time. What she didn't manage to do was catch the bottle bag as it clanged on the ground,

"You hear something? I'm taking a look" came a muffled voice from upstairs. A guard, presumably, just who they were hoping to avoid.

Still, they could recover from this yet.
