Charno Taranto
To the best of my knowledge, and digging around on the internet, the Harch are a fairly underdeveloped Star Wars species. There is little in terms of both their biology and fan art. Thus Charno Taranto has been made using what little we know about the Harch, and substituting the remaining information with real life Tarantulas.

HAIR/SKIN: Pale Gray around the head and torso, cobalt blue on the arms, shoulders, and legs.

DISTINGUISHING MARKS: A single long vibroblade scar running from the bottom edge of his left shoulder to the bottom-right of his back.
FORCE SENSITIVE: Yes
STRENGTH: Charno is of more or less average strength. He keeps himself in shape, but is by no means a bodybuilder. 5/10
DEXTERITY: Charno possesses a predatory speed and agility, able to maneuver circles around the average sentient. 8/10
CONSTITUTION: The Harch species has a reputation for being incredibly durable and tough, Charno is no exception to this reputation. He is able to take a beating and keep on fighting. 7/10
INTELLIGENCE: Charno isn’t well learned. He knows enough to not be considered an idiot, but leaves the book-reading to those who care to waste their time 3/10
WISDOM: Charno possesses a great amount of imagination and insight on scenarios. He is a quick thinker on his feet, and can occasionally outwit others. 6/10
CHARISMA: The average galaxy-dweller would find a large man-spider unsettling at best, and terrifying at worst. Charno isn’t exactly the friendliest of figures anyways, and thus has little in the ways of Charisma. 2/10
PERSONALITY:
Charno firmly believes that the galaxy has a grand destiny in store for him. While this isn’t always blatant overconfidence he carries a great amount of self-worth and pride in everything he does. Patience isn’t his strong suit either, tying in with his dreams of grandeur he wishes to always make the most of his time. Charno only gives respect to those who have proven themselves worthy of it in his eyes. He is often abrasive and rude towards those who haven’t yet earned his respect; constantly receiving taunts and jeers from the Harch. Relationships and attachments are subsequently hard to form with Charno; as he constantly pushes others away.
Charno approaches many situations with a sense of wonder and excitement. He is incredibly inquisitive of new experiences. Once he was warmed up to a person he is found to be quite jovial in his everyday life. Constantly making jokes and witty observations on things that he sees and notices. Once someone has earned Charno’s respect he becomes a loyal friend. Charno is always up to a challenge, and will constantly make wagers whether or not he feels he can complete the task he says he can.
BIOGRAPHY:
The Harch species has shown to be a very introverted people. Few rarely travel beyond the Ando system. However the soul of adventure will occasionally creep into the heart of a young Harch. Charno Taranto was born to a moderately successful manager of a small business selling scrap metal to other businesses. He lived comfortably in his childhood, but he never felt truly content with his surroundings. When Charno came of age he took what money he owned and left his home planet of Secundus Ando and found a freighter ship willing to take him somewhere, anywhere in the galaxy that wasn’t home.
In his travels amongst the stars he heard tales of the immensely powerful, albeit highly intimidating Sith. Charno was intrigued by the tales of these conquering masters of the universe, and decided that if he was going to become important that he needed to be a Sith. The more he learned, the more horror stories he heard, but he cared little; his destiny may come with a few unsettling actions, but it was all a part of the ride.
Charno began to plot a course for Korriban, where he was certain his destiny would unfold. After taking several passenger vessels and shipping freighters across the galaxy he finally arrived at Korriban. When he arrived, asking about how to join the Sith, a pair of acolytes laughed in his face for his impetuousness. They began to strike at him, in which he promptly began to fight back. He had been able to get a solid punch in one of the acolyte’s faces, causing him to stumble backwards into a Sith. The Sith stopped the fight, and gave Charno and the remaining Acolyte vibroblades, and told the acolyte to prove his superiority by killing Charno.
Charno was far faster than his opponent, but his opponent knew how to wield a blade, which the Harch did not. Charno had taken several glancing blows so far, blood pouring from various cuts across his body, while his opponent hadn’t yet taken any damage. Charno had rushed his opponent in a rage, which was promptly dodged as the Harch was delivered a crushing blow to his back. His entire back was split open, blood flowing like a faucet, but Charno pressed on; knowing he could very well be killed here and now. While the acolyte was raising his blade from Charno’s back the Harch grabbed at him with lightning speed, five arms pinning the acolyte in various places as his sixth arm began wildly stabbing and slashing his stunned opponent.
Charno dropped the now lifeless corpse and looked up at the Sith who had a cruel smile on his face as he said, “Well done, alien. Welcome to the Sith.” Charno never did learn either of the Acolytes or the Sith’s name, but they gave him the start to what he knew was his grand unfolding destiny.

Strengths:
Harch Physiology – The Harch species has 8 limbs in totals, 2 legs and 6 arms. The sets of arms give the Harch a wide variety of combat options, as well as day to day utility. The Harch species also possesses a highly durable exoskeleton, making them incredibly resilient to battle damage. Harch have a heightened sense of smell and touch, the latter being supplied by their body hairs, making attacks, techniques, and environments which hamper vision less effective. Furthermore, they possess 8 eyes, allowing them a wide field of vision. The Harch are a carnivorous species, and were once predators on their world. This killer instinct will give Charno a further edge.
Charno’s Passion – Charno has a passion, in the form of becoming something great in the galaxy. This self-determination and pride shall be a powerful tool in his path down the dark side.
Charno’s Imagination – Charno has a penchant for improvisation and outside-the-box thinking, making him a rather unpredictable foe in combat.
Weaknesses:
Harch Physiology – While the Harch species has advantages, they also carry disadvantages outside their home planet. The Harch’s eight eyes all work in unison to deliver the depth perception and vision the Harch are used to. Compromising even one of these eyes will have disastrous effects on the Harch’s vision as a whole. Furthermore, the Harch species’ eye sight is sorely lacking; excelling in dim light and darkness; they rely on their other senses to function well.
Charno’s Inexperience – Charno is more or less oblivious to much of the Galaxy’s history. He isn’t well learned, and borders on the level of foolishness. His naivety may cost him in his rise through the Sith.
Charno’s Pride – Charno will rarely back down, he feels as though he is destined for too much to just give up. His overconfidence will undoubtedly land him in unwelcome scenarios.
GEAR:
Clothing – Charno has two sets of everyday clothing, and a pair of black acolyte training robes. These offer no defensive capabilities.
Charno’s Lightsaber – This Lightsaber is a single-bladed saber with a red synthetic crystal at it’s core. The hilt tapers down into a pointed end, and has an array of downward spiraling grooves made to fit Charno’s three-fingered hands.
