Chris is introvered , intuitive, thinking, and judge-mental. Looking at it positively, Chris is a natural leader who is very driven. He enjoys challenges and achieving his goals is what drives him. He is very rational, and has a unique perspective on the state of the galaxy. However, he comes across as dominant, domineering, and unforgiving. His rationality can come across as ruthless. He is a natural leader, and can inspire - or strike fear - into those around him. He is driven to expand the Exchange's influence to the far reaches of the galaxy. At any cost. He cares deeply about company loyalty, and does not handle insubordination well. Generally perceived as eccentric, Chris struggles in social scenes. He is charismatic in the sense of him being able to convince and speak well, but as to social cues, he is odd.
biography
Freedom is founded by order. Order is founded by power. Power is founded by money. Money is the most important resource in the galaxy. Chris was raised as the only child of a very successful business man, who started Rose Syndicate, a group of banks and credit unions. Chris was groomed from birth to be the heir of the fortune, and the company, and wanted for nothing. For most of his childhood, he was kept in the dark as to how his father made money, and only understood the face of Rose Syndicate, giving him a fairly normal childhood.He excelled in school, largely due to the private tutors that his father hired. Fascinated by social order, he had wanted to study political science, but his father would not allow it. Instead, when Chris turned sixteen, he was introduced to working for Rose Syndicate as his father's aid. It was this time when he learned the true nature of the family business - money laundering and support of less than favorable individuals. At first, he was confused, disturbed, but was swayed over. He trusted his father implicitly. He soon learned just how powerful his father was, and how powerful money was.
Years of tutelage numbed him to the darker side of life. Instead, he learned that the darker side of existence was more honest - and were willing to do most anything for money. His connections lead him to Pierce Allemn and their friendship blossomed. Both having means and had a similar view in life. It was through their relationship that Chris was introduced to the Exchange. The sense of adventure and the ability to make a lot of money, gain power and prestige thrilled Chris and he immediately began to help fund and support the Exchange.
Chris has been a proponent of the Exchange since. He works to keep the Exchange in the black, and with information. He often acts like he is the Director to protect the identity of the true Director, though secretly because he desires the position as well.
Genuinely caring for Coruscant, and being a big supporter of the planet, its orphans and its law enforcement, Chris began a campaign to serve as Senator of Coruscant. Running on a platform of taking care of the unseen, his campaign has been largely successful. His ties to the underworld has swayed the vote strongly in his favor.
He does truly enjoy how the Republic operates, and enjoys them being at war so that he can get away with more.
