The two part mission to take Vrogas Vas was a rousing success, resulting in the system being brought into the folds of the Galactic Alliance. While the success of the mission was pleasing to the General. The reports he had been reading since the mission has been concerning. It appeared that like the new recruit that Tycho had with him down on the planet, Eisa had a new recruit among her ranks. Two recruits that did not have knowledge in what combat meant, what sort of calls they will have to make. Nor knowing how to think things through before acting. Something that resulted the criminal taking a severe injury to his left hip. The cost could have been much higher for the two rebel officers during the mission, as well as in the future if it is not addressed.

So Tycho sent a message to Eisa for the Star Squadron Lieutenant to come to him, also detailing what it is that the General will like to discuss with her. Of course he kept it as vague as possible incase the coded message was intercepted. The man knows that there ranks are growing, but with the new recruits joining their ranks, adjustments need to be made to ensure that the new recruits survive the following missions.

As he waited for the fiery haired woman to come to his office where he is waiting onboard The Valhala currently in orbit around Endor. The bloke took the time to carefully read through the reports in regards to the mission and new ones that are currently coming to him. Looking through the report currently displayed on the screen in front of him, Tycho sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. He really should have been resting due to his injury, but it is not in his nature to rest even when told to do so. Besides there is a lot that still needs to be done.

So here he is carefully reading through reports to decide what needs to be done before the next mission.

Due to him not being force sensitive the man will not be able to pick up on Eisa approaching his office. Nor can he differentiate her footsteps from the countless people that are currently walking the corridors. With the ship currently in orbit around Endor, everyone onboard is pretty much getting as much relaxation as possible before they depart for another mission. So he will simply have to keep an eye on the door for her arrival.

Stepping through the threshold of bulkhead that connected the hanger bay to the winding corridors of the Valhala, the young fiery haired Jedi continued to pace through the corridors, the white hooded cloak of her Jedi robes billowing in the currents of air that fell in the wake of her movements. To the rebel troops that she passed by it was clear that she was moving with a purpose, having received an encrypted message from the Rebel General requesting a meeting regarding the mission. Something that did catch the young Jedi off guard a little, as no sooner that the three fighters from Star Squadron made their return to Endor, and a debriefing conducted, the mission notes filed and submitted to command. Eisa had recieved a summons from the commander, not too long after she had showered and changed out of her flight suit and back into her Jedi robes.

The shuttle had been prepared in advance it seemed and was waiting for her not too long after the message was received, giving clear indication that this was a meeting request that couldn't be left waiting. Not that keeping one of the Rebel council waiting was a good idea to begin with.

Approaching the quarters of the ships commander, the fiery haired knight paused slightly to quickly adjust a few errant strands of hair that had blown out of place. Before knocking on the door, waiting for a moment before waiting for Tycho to grant her permission to enter. Once she could hear the general's voice acknowledging her, the Jedi stepped through the opening doors, pacing a few steps away from his desk and standing fast. Her arms held to the side, as she nodded to the General. "General Draykon" Eisa spoke out, as her emerald hued eyes locked in a direct gaze with the Rebel General's. "I'm assuming you wish to discuss the perfomace of my flight group's efforts during the Vrogas Vas campaign"

The General had no idea of Eisa will be arriving or not. He had sent a shuttle to make sure of it that she got the message that he needed to see her immediately. Well she could still refused but something that the woman may come to regret if she had. Though with the reason being that of Star Squadron that he had sent the message for the Jedi to come see him, she will most likely come to see him and see what the ex criminal had to say.

So as the man proceeded to wait the man continued to read through reports up until he heard someone knock on the door, "Come in!" He yelled loud and clear so that whoever was on the other side will hear him. With the door not being locked Eisa will be able to enter the room without any trouble. As the young woman entered, Tycho made a mental note of which report he is currently reading before turning the screen off. His dark gaze will then settle on the fiery haired woman as she stood before him, "Lieutenant Swan." He will address her then gesture to one of the two chairs that were just in front of the Jedi, "Have a seat. Yes, and this may be a bit of a lengthy discussion in regards to the performance of your flight group." He will tell the woman. Hoping that she is prepared for a long discussion between the two of them in regards to the Squadron's performance during the move to bring Vrogas Vas into the folds of the GA.

Shifting in his seat a bit, the man bit back a pained groan, covering it up by clearing his throat, "Naturally I read your report. While yours and Jaruut Arrlya performances were exceptional and the performance I expected. But.. Vash Tembra I have to admit has me concerned, Eisa." The man began, his gaze remaining fixated on the woman as he began explaining in detail why he had her come to him, "It appears that he was not prepared for the mission. Which was expressed as much in his performance during the mission to take Vrogas Vas.." The man will then pause in regards to what he had to say to the Jedi to allow Eisa to have the chance to respond before he continued.

Taking the offered seat, the Fiery haired Jedi made herself comfortable as the General spoke out, giving an brief over review of what he was planning to discus, the recent performance. Of star squadron during their mission over Vrogas Vas, a discussion as he added would be at great length.

Her gaze narrowed as the man surmised the performance of the fighter group, commending herself and the Jaruut for their efforts before highlighting his concern over the young Echani padawan Vash. A light sigh escaped the Jedis lips as the General opened the discussion for Eisa to state her piece. "I agree General" she responded initially before leaning back against her seat. "But Vash like Jaruut, were underprepared for their engagement. Jaruut, was a late addition to the flight and the squadronfollowing a request for support, it turned out that his fighter was in poor condition. However I have began the requisition process to have him assigned a Malla class fighter" the Jedi continued as she teased a few errant strands of hair away from her face.

"Vash however, he needs time. They all do" Eisa spoke out once she had finished adjusting her bright orange locks of hair. "The Squadron although we have our numbers back to a working compliment. They are sorely lacking in the experience. From what I understand of Vash's personnel file, he had been given basic training prior to joining the Squadron." she Continued before falling silent for a moment with a light sigh. She understood it was difficult for the new recruits, being drafted into the squadron and then be held up to the reputation that it had once held.
"Since Greyboks departure from the Squadron after the attack on Hoth, numbers have suffered, a lot of the original pilots have since left, there is only Master Drast and my self who remain." she elaborated before rubbing a hand against her temple for a moment.

"I'll admit since then the Squadron has been in a state of Limbo" she confessed, with a slight shrug of her shoulders. "Truth be told before this mission was assigned, I had thought that the squadron had been mothballed. There had not been any leadership or commanding presence since Grey's departure." the Knight continued, before leaning forwards, her emerald hued gaze locking firm with the General.

"but despite that, it is clear that the squad is not fully combat ready, and I will be tending to it personally" Eisa spoke out, before a light grin crept upon her lips, after all she had seen for herself the squads capabilities first hand. "I know they don't have the luxury of having a decades worth of experience, but they will learn to hold their own in a dogfight better than their basic training"
