Conn is a young, athletic Morellian male yet to reach his physical prime, with a heavily tanned skin tone; he is generally ectomorphic in body-shape, tall and lean, with broad shoulders and long powerful limbs. He is rather handsome looking, with a slight ruggedness to him. His most striking feature however is his bright blue eyes. He also has a small scar under his left eye, from a sparring accident when he was younger he is proud of the fact that his nose has never been broken. He is embarrassed of the missing tip of his ear lobe.


From a family of distinguished warriors, Conn’s attire tends to lean towards a more Military dress or fatigues.

Well read and highly analytic, another key aspect to Conn’s personality would be his logical approach in life. His ability to remain calm and assess situations thoroughly allows him to keep a cool head at all times, even in stressful, high pressure situations; his patience and calculating mind defines him in many ways, influencing even his way of fighting. He is more than accustomed to violence so that his response is unnerving to some. He also has quite the thirst for knowledge, seeking it out wherever possible’ it isn't unusual to find him in the archives arguing minute points with the librarians, or even searching out experts in fields that he has for some reason decided to pursue. This thirst does not stop at pursuits of the mind. His first love, after all, was the way of the Blade. Despite what many would consider prodigious prowess in swordplay, Conn believes he is not even close to truly mastering his weapon of choice. His connection to the martial arts is significant. He is often raring to test his skills, always looking for opponents from whom he can glean new insight. Because of this, he can most often be found training, be it alone or with others. Every day he will practice each form looking for any insight any overlooked move any thing that will make his own form even more effective. While he can find his way around a cockpit he does not own a ship so does not practice piloting more than irregularly.

Fiercely loyal to those that he considers family, those who do not repay him in kind are sure to incur Conn’s wrath. Conn suffers no traitors. This sense of Honor is strong and the brand of justice that he chooses to deliver is often harsh and decisive.


As is the nature of most Morellian Law Bringers His father’s life and therefore his family’s life was very Nomadic. His father was a force user as well as two of his older brothers and also younger sister. He lived with a blade from the time he was able to hold onto it and was given slug thrower pistols by the age of seven. His ability to use both hands equally well allowed him to quickly outpace his brothers with the sword. His speed with a pistol developed as he aged getting faster and faster. There came a day he learned to augment his natural physical abilities with the Force and his speed leapt yet again.

His father did not stint on training his children 5 to 6 hours a day was spent on learning and martial training. Conn would spend hours more every day improving his abilities, and would put into practical application the things he learned in books and archived data. He would on occasion go on jobs with his father. On one of those missions he saw his first man die. There came a day when a disagreement with one of his brothers left a scar below his left eye. The resulting argument with his father wound up with the Statement “Do you want me to leave you on the next planet we come to,” Taking it to heart the next planet they reached he left with the only thing he had that was truly his, a salvaged medical droid. At age 50 he was on his own for the first time.

It was the droid that got him his first job on an outbound freighter they were going to a harsh planet where injuries were expected his payment was a used blaster pistol and a 36 inch vibro blade. They were collecting crystal for a Holo net and data Storage Company. When they were jumped by pirates attempting to steal their cargo Conn’s skills became evident.one had a blade through his throat and three others had taken blaster bolts to the head before the threat had been completely delivered. His share from the sale of the pirate ship and their equipment got Conn a paid lifetime access to the Data Storage Companies archives and a small house with a large garage on the edge of town. Jobs came easily after that as Conn built a name for himself in the outer rim. Viewing and analyzing duels with light sabers became his focus. Three years later he found a lightsaber in a used goods store. The crystal was broken and the power pack dead but that was curable. He had it working in a few days the Kyber crystal took multiple attempts before he managed find one that was right for both him and saber having only the vaguest idea of how to attune the crystal.

The lack of weight surprised him and cost him the very tip of his left ear and some hair. He then began looking for teachers to show and instruct him in the different forms. After becoming competent with each form he moved to the next and would search out his next instructor.

Conn’s own Blade style is highly control based, spending a good majority of the battle manipulating the movements of his opponent, analyzing, and adapting to their style. He works deliberately and meticulously, taking care to identify and exploit any opening that presents itself. Efficiency is the key, not making any unnecessary movements whilst ensuring that any retaliations are as final as possible. He tends not to use acrobatics, during battle, only really using them to disengage. He can quite easily make an abrupt switch however, suddenly unleashing blistering attacks should the opponent leave themselves open to it. Conn has learned initially from holo vids then from masters of each of the classic forms of lightsaber combat. However, because of this, he has never specialized, and is not a master over one form or another. This is mainly due to the fact that he simply incorporates what he needs into his own style, believing that it doesn't make sense to master only one or two and end up with glaring weaknesses, that competent swordsmen could exploit. The greatest of all styles in his opinion is no style at all.

Conn will use the force to cause others to jerk their weapons thereby missing him and on occasion hit others, but his own sense of honor will only allow him to do this if facing multiple opponents at once.

Conn is able to use both hands at almost the same level of dexterity. This allows him to "dual-wield" or switch hands/stances effectively in a duel

Conn has always trained himself hard since he was a boy and his put his skills to the test versus a highly diverse range of opponents, mostly during his time assisting his father as a law-bringer then as a guard. This has given him a great deal of strong combat experience. His eyes are highly attuned to combat movements and he is able to analyze his situation and plan accordingly on the fly, if his muscle-memory doesn't provide him with an answer.

Conn has trained in the usage of the sword from the moment he could hold one. His light-saber skills are incredible and he could be easily one of the best but he never duels, he fights. His opponents are always left dead at his feet. The moment he realizes that his skill has become greater than his teacher he leaves to search out a new one.

Conn’s use of energy manipulation is primarily the ability to deflect energy with his hands up to and even catching a light saber in his bare hands. He does not absorb the energy nor is he able to generate any type of external manifestation of his own, but his ability to deflect and re-direct energy is significant.
