Connor drank in their kiss. He tasted the sea salt on her lips. Felt the heat of her body pressed to his chest. He drank in this moment not because it was the prelude to anything else. But because it was with her, it was with Nash.
The world around Connor shrank until the only thing that existed was him and Nash. He felt her fingers unfastening the buttons of his shirt. He let it fall away into the sand. His hands worked to take off her top. Breaking their passionate kiss for a moment and then returning once it was free.
