Oh my god, did she just—? Malou put a hand to her mouth to stifle a laugh as her other one moved to grab ahold of Heidi's. She turned to bring the kid along with her as Ashla turned to run, and the two of them quickly followed the Togruta.
"Go left!" The girl shot a finger in the direction, and Malou made the turn that way without hesitation. She had no reason not to trust the directions of the girl. This was her home territory, after all. The turn took them down another alley, but this one was thin enough that all three of them couldn't run down sideways. Heidi took the lead, and Malou followed behind her.
Though she trusted the kid, Malou still let her Sight flood out in front of them to make sure they weren't getting too far from the ship or about to run into an ambush of sorts. It appeared they were headed straight for a busy market. We'll be able to disappear into the crowd, good.
"Alright, we gotta go this way," Malou announced to the two of them as she took a left into the market. The officers were rounding the corner just as she was, and they would let out a distant shout just as the three of them disappeared around the corner. "If we get into the crowd we can blend away," she added, pulling Heidi with her towards the crowd. She would also make sure Ashla didn't get too far behind.
