Count Nergal hails from House Nergal of the noble court operating in the Anoat sector. With House Nergal having a home in Bespin. With metal and gas mining operations both within the Bespin system and outside it along with dabbling in a few choice industries outside their main source of income coming from their mining corporations. The homestead of House Nergal serving as a testament to the dabbling nature of the little known house of eccentrics.
Laisvas's father had been an avid dabbler into the history of the force users of the galaxy and decided in a period of madness to create his own force to be reckoned with. By using his own Firrerro genes to impregnate a bought Anzat embryo along with Miralukan genetics in the artificial womb. His hope of an incredibly sturdy near eternal force user to rival the likes of Vader, Kenobi, Yoda and Palpatine if only to reference the recent greats. Instead he died before Laisvas reached the age of ten only knowing his son for the blind frail looking boy he was at the time. As if to spite his fathers maddened vision of Laisvas he had been born blind with the only vision granted to him from his Miralukan heritage while looking more akin to a ghost. His appearance making the already introverted Laisvas quite a recluse leaving few to know of his true appearance. His use of a custom made mask to prevent his appearance to unnerve others granting him a bit of the confidence he requires to leave the Nergal homestead as rare as it is.
While growing up there wasn't anything skimped out on as it came to Laisvas's education and he grew to peruse engineering both technological as well as biological alongside general knowledge he'd need to be regarded as sufficiently educated for the noble court. Though blind he had inherited the Miralukan ability of force sight at birth which has granted him superb spatial awareness of his surroundings. This prompted him to be taught a few very basic force techniques by the courts force sensitive group of Advisers. All of this on the surface while also training in ways of self defence along with what of the philosophy and history of the force users of the galaxy his father had managed to get his hands on and programmed into a personal training droid for Laisvas. Ironically named 'Malice' due to its serial number being M4L-1C3, serving as not only educator and instructor but also as trusted major-domo capable of managing the assets of the house completely after belonging to several generations of the eccentric house.
Now a grown man Laisvas has decided to fully take on his fascination with the force inherited from his father as he takes the first steps into the wider galaxy to join the sith. His arrival at Serreno's academy without much trouble sent him into a spiral of study and training. Using every chance he got to spend time in the libraries to pour over the texts and other material he could access as an acolyte. Events at the academy pushed him to develop a healthy appreciation of paranoia and the simple act of keeping his cards close to his chest. This environment also forced him into a situation were he could only think he had to excel while keeping his opponent as oblivious of his process or die to a cruel sadist.

Laisvas's manner of sight has left him with the peculiar habit of not moving his head as if to show he was giving someone his attention while accurately pointing any bodily gesture towards those he's conversing with. With his deep baritone voice that sounds slightly dry or raspy grants a slight unfelt aspect to an otherwise rather pleasant sounding voice makes him often come off as peculiar. Coupled with his rather adamant stance of being addressed simply as Count Nergal only adds to this sense of peculiarity. Showing to how unused to social interaction the introverted count is in truth, though the sense of slightly growing excitement whenever points of interest of his are discussed shows he can be drawn out. Yet its easy to see that the count has little empathy for others unless having proven themselves to him in some way. The attitude likely from knowing his origin as he was born in an artificial womb as his father though ending up as a good one had been just as introverted as Laisvas is, from knowing life is so easy to create it has taken its usually applied sanctity from it in his metaphorical eyes.
Laisvas is naturally calm and moves most often like someone with nothing but time on his hands leaving him to be unhurried and almost languid in his movements and body language. The gift of sight inherited only from the Miralukan part of him left him without the gifts of the others in more than one way. He is without the Anzat's instinctual grasp of telepathy likely either incapable or needing to learn it like others do. Though he has little interest in schemes and is rather straight forward and honest despite his intelligence owing to his inexperience of the galaxy at large.
PHYSICAL APPERANCE AND TRAITS
Laisvas stands tall and slightly thin, with the body of an athletic swimmer. Yet his face stands gaunt and skeletal with a well groomed white hair and beard along his dull reflective grey blind eyes gives him a ghostly cast to his features. Though his habit of using a mask over his face whenever he leaves the Nergal homestead to cover his face leaves those that have seen him without it barely countable on one hand. However of the physical traits he's inherited from his untoward birth are varied. From his fathers species of Firrerreo, he gained the nictitating membranes over his eyes as useless as they are for him alongside pronounced canines and heightened hearing. His increased regenerative rate is thought to be both from Firrerreo and Anzat ancestry along with better physical abilities over a human and the pale pallor of his skin is suspected to come from the latter. The Anzat's abilities of feeding is thought not to have been inherited due to Laisvas not having the Anzat's titular feeding tentacles.
Miralukan traits have been clear in their manifestation of hair colour and their ability of force sight has left him clearly force sensitive. On the other hand the higher caloric intake that mostly is required to fuel his regenerative abilities.
