Hi guys. Wondering if all four of you intend to fight me or what the deal is. I don't wanna swarm you guys but I don't wanna get swarmed either.

With five people, we are now turning it into ASK and locking in our posting order. I can't change the main thread to ask, but you get the idea. Me @Soup @Stryker @Vinn Esper @Caramon is the order, and it seems to be getting exciting now! Will post soon.

I'm disagree with you there. 1v4 isn't very fair especially considering you waited to add an additional participant on your team before moving to change the thread to ask. I don't need four people but I do request being able to have one additional Sith enter the thread.

Ra'taak's was to get information and get out.

But I do have a concern. I don't want to hijack this thread from paradox and I'm wracking my brain trying to move Ra'taak's actions in a way that puts the spotlight back on paradox's character. Maybe I'm overthinking this too much but I feel it's his thread so it should be, in the end, about him?

I literally just made the OOC for the thread XD go post there. But Vex isn't, I don't know about the others. But! My thread -IS- death disabled.

You can, but honestly I planned on more of a social thread. By bringing a Sith into a thread already containing a Jedi, you opened up the venue for no-death combat. And I will allow another Sith to join if you like, but five is already quite large.

it is not my intention to get into combat at all with your sith. Maybe we can spin this in another direction with no combat. if you have any ideas i can work with that.

I believe death disabled threads now require admin approval. Though I could be wrong. I will check with Phoenix and arclight. Also for future reference, if you want a social thread you should make it ask from the beginning. I also do not see anywhere in your opening post where you state the thread is death disabled. If you did not state that in the opening thread, you can't state it now that I've joined. Not trying to be a jerk, but those are the rules. That being said TBH I was just looking for stuff to do with my Sith. I don't necessarily need to kill anyone and I also have a Jedi that may decide to come rescue you if you get captured.

I just recently noticed that except for paradox you are all new players. I also found out that death disabled threads do not require admin approval. So, I am willing to agree to a death disabled fight and I also don't need help from another Sith.

And I've rp'd all over, the open tag used to be basically 'hey, join up and let's talk etc.' Open threads also help bring in the newer roleplayers who might otherwise be nervous to ask or bug someone for approval, but that's my opinion on the matter. Typically when I do a social thread, it is an open invite for people to interact and make connections rather than fight or such.

That may be how things work on other sites, however on this site, if you post an open thread that means that the thread is open to literally anyone for any purpose unless you specify who that thread is open to and for what purpose in the original post.

TBH if I had realized how new you guys were before I posted, I would have left you alone. I really don't like discouraging new and returning players by fighting them. If it makes you feel better I have had two characters die and yet to win a pvp fight. Normally I wouldn't even agree to death disabled combat. I personally don't like it. I am agreeing to it however because I can not back out of the thread once I joined and because you are all new.

I have no problem with the thread being death disabled considering new players are involved.

Good. And like I mentioned Vex will fade away if/when a fight starts. Probably with the bounty hunter into our own thread for the weapons stealing but. He has no interest in the Jedi or Sith.

Although I am just gonna remind you that for threads like the one you're trying to do you should pre plan them and make them ask threads. Some people on this site won't care if you're new.
