Current stance on Sithspawn, non-canon

As the title states, what's the current stance towards 'Sithspawn' characters and the like?

I've seen them around plenty to say that I don't think anyone has a problem with them. As with everything the forum and staff is there to help. ;)

Coming from someone that's had to RP against them though, please don't use it as an excuse to turn your character into a god. Use it as a tool to give your character unique quirks or abilities, which must be compensated by downsides as well.

For instance, if your character has eight 20 foot arms, each arm should not be stronger than normal human arms. And maybe the arms on each side all make roughly the same motion, or something.

My personal opinion on the matter, but I have no official say.
