Sometimes his sheltered upbringing hampered his ability to do his job and he resented his father for it just a little bit. Rangers were supposed to have some street-smarts and Theo? Theo didn’t know what the name of half the drugs on the street were until he’d taken some courses when he became a Ranger. That his accent still made half of them sound outrageously posh was not lost on him and he cursed never having learned how to change his voice.

Meant that he was never going to be accepted as an undercover Ranger but that was fine, right? He didn’t need to go undercover when he was the strong arm of ISC law! Or something like that, he wasn’t sure how to say that without sounding like he was trying to convince himself rather than whoever he spoke to.

Still, as lacking in street smarts and undercover experience as he was, it couldn’t be just him who thought that Tazerface was a dumb name for a criminal, right? Surely?

His partner for the mission was a Ranger of some more experience than himself, someone who had a bit more of a touch of “salt of the earth” than Theo likely ever would. Though the name “Draco” did sound a bit fanciful if that was his background… he honestly hadn’t checked his background though. Some of the books he’d been reading about making friends said that it was probably a bad idea to know more about them than they volunteered.

Bloody self-help books… he needed more of a social life and he knew it. Trouble was that he’d waited twenty five years before he started looking to make one. Hopefully it wouldn’t come up much with Draco – Theo had picked the outside terrace area of a local café as the meeting point. That a place like this even had one was actually quite interesting.

Draco Virtus would be wearing his usual attire, A dark brown tombstone duster reaching down his back like a trench coat and his two oathbringers in their holsters on a belt on his hip along with his usual kit. The cowboy fit in without an issue as the great thing about the galactic universe they lived in, their was species and people from everywhere, of every color and wearing literally anything. Sticking out like a sore thumb was nere non-existant unless you decided to dress as full blown clown and even then most folks would need a second take looking at you to be sure.

He was picked for this misson for its importance but he was paired with..Well a Ranger he frankly never heard of. A lot of times Headquarters would pair newer rangers with experienced ones so the newer ones could get some weight under their belt. Especially amongst other rangers. Draco was shown a picture of the this Ranger Magna in the briefing he recieved from command and was suppose to meet him at a local cafe.

Making his way through the cafe the Lieutenant would spot Ranger Magna sitting at a table and what seemed to be in deep thought or talking to himself..Either way it was interesting as his hazel eyes focusing on him as he approached the table. Without saying a word he would take a seat as his nearly six foot muscular figure hidden beneath the duster would get comfy. He had a bit of a stern look to him but with a bit of relaxed look.

Removing his hat he would lightly toss it on the table before running his hand through his hair as the sun was beaming down on the terrace even with a small umbrella covering them, the humidty was a different story. Species of all kinds sat around them and ordered food, drinks and generally socialized as Draco finally spoke. "Howdy partner." it was a deep gravel like southern twang that seemed rather friendly compared to his posture and demeanor.

… was he wearing a duster?

Oh man he had been paired up with a real old school cowboy type of Outer Rim Ranger? Theo was beginning to feel out of his depth already and this was only his second official mission as a Ranger for the ISC. Hopefully he didn’t have to try and decipher an Outer Rim cowboy accent because Theo, as he had internally established, could not do accents.

He did!

He spoke with an accent and he said howdy – what was even the proper response to someone saying “howdy” anyway? Wait, no, this was probably fine. He just needed to approach this as though the other Ranger had said Hello and go from there. Howdy was close to hello so it should still work, right?

Instead, Theo just blinked a few times before nodding his head and giving Draco a wide grin.

“Draco, right?”

Well he had missed the hello part but that shouldn’t be too bad so long as he introduced himself. He took a drink of his tea from the cup in front of him, almost missing the saucer before carefully placing it down.

“I’m Theo Magna – pleasure to meet you.”
He finished the introductions before smiling again, “New to this whole Ranger thing so please forgive me if I make an ass of myself.”

Draco Virtus would relax as he leaned back in the chair. This guy seemed fresh as a daisy which ended up being a given when he made it frank that he was new to the whole ranger thing. Fortunate enough for Theo that Draco was probably one of the easiest going Rangers considering he just called him Draco and not Lieutenant. Draco overly never cared for that kind of bullshit addressing. He was more of a man who preferred action and those who gave it their all to protect and serve. They were good rangers to have.

Draco would continue his leaning back on the chair as he took out a cigarra from his side pocket it and plopped it in his mouth as he lit it. Taking a long drag of the cigarra he would exhale through his noise before responding to the newer ranger. "Pleasure, partner." he would nod to the man. "Long as you don't shoot me in the back, we'll do just fine." he chuckled as his southern twang was of something else. A waiter would come over to their table before stopping by Draco and Theo.

"May I get you something?" she spoke to Draco as it seemed Theo was already served prior. "I'm good darlin' thanks." he would wave his hand as she nodded quietly and left the table. He would turn back to Theo as he got straight to work. "Well, command threw his file across our desk earlier this week, we ain't know much about but this fella seems to be pushin' all the work around here for farmin' the salts they use for their painkillers."

He would glance over having a look around as the cafe was still steady pace with customers as he turned back to Ranger Magna. "I was told from a previous gang member of his that went into witness protection, he likes hanging around a VIP room at one of his local watering holes. A Cantina on the back end alleys of the lower end district. It's called "The Drunken Smuggler." Apparently he wasn't to intelligent on givin' it a better name but that's a start for us.". He would kick his feet down from leaning on the chair and sit upright as he waited for Theo's input.

Was... was shooting superior officers in the back such a common thing in the Rangers that Draco seemed to actually find it a neccessary thing to bring up? If that was the case then Theo was beginning to think that he'd made a horrible mistake. No one in the Royal Guards ever got shot in the back by one of their own! Hopefully it was just a joke.

... odd thing to joke about but he'd cling to the hope that it was, indeed, just a joke.

"Y-yeah no worries about that."
he assured the Lieutenant with a slightly shaky grin, "My aim is too good for that."

One of the thug's former gang members?

Theo adopted a thoughtful expression and Draco would see the nerves melt away as the other man fell into the job. When he was focused on the job, Theo wasn't anywhere near as nervous as he was in social situations. Social situations were new to him - high stakes missions were not.

"Depends how we want to approach him."
he mused, thinking aloud at this point more than anything, "Do we have any leverage over the man? If not we can apply some pressure."

The Royal Guards were not above applying the right amount of pressure to remove a problem from the equation after all.

"Security is probably terrible but probably best if we assume it's Ranger-level and be pleasantly surprised."
he tilted his head to one side slightly, "What's your preference Lieutenant?"

Draco Virtus would look at him with a a jovial look. It seemed the Ranger thought he was quite serious from his little stutter and then his response. Draco chuckled and cracked a smile as his pearly whites shown. "Don't take life to seriously pal, or you'll never make it out alive." he smiled as it probably would take the Ranger off the deep end in thought and think Draco was talking in some backword ass riddles.

He would pat him on the shoulder with a firm tap as he reached in his duster and removed a tin of cigarras. Popping one out he would throw it in his mouth and light it with a small lighter as he tucked both of them away and quietly listened to Theo explain from his side of things. The sudden rookie became focused and task oriented at the job at hand. Interesting enough.

Draco took a long drag of his cigarra as he exhaled and shrugged. "Y'see.." He pondered for a second. 'If we go down and go the easy way..HQ is gun' want everything we did, word for word. What we said, how we done it..." he trailed off before shakin' his head. "I ain't in the mood to be writin' out 10 questions we asked em' passively when we can go in hard and write we knocked heads together. A lot less to write on a report."

He smirked as took another drag and stood up at the table. His duster swaying down behind his legs. "We ain't got no leverage other than that informant. I know I'm good to hold m'own and I wreckin' you can hit a target. I say we go in low, have a nice drank n' then give em' hell." He flicked his cigarra on the ground and rubbed it out with his boot.

Draco wasn't much of a quiet by the books type of Ranger. All this show the badge, ask passive/aggressive questions in the pattern they were taught in training seemed useless and full of piss and shit. They were going against criminals who probably had a lot less to loose compared to the Rangers. They lived off of violence and action, not getting cuffed and politely interrogated.

Draco was a lot looser with the regulations than Theo would have expected from an officer but he made a few good points. As much as Draco seemed to think knocking heads together would be best because it meant less paperwork, they both seemed to be on the same page when it came to the subtle application of pants-shitting terror to get what they needed when they had no leverage.

Theo rubbed at the stubble on his chin as he thought about the plan so far – it was a simple plan but that was good. In his experience, complex plans had moving parts and moving parts tended to go wrong. A simple plan that could be adjusted on the fly? That was much better.

“Alright then LT I think we can work with that plan.”
He agreed, his confidence melting slightly as he tried for a confident grin, “I must say that I’m not much of a drinker so it’s probably best if we order something non-alcoholic for me and pretend it is to fit in.”

Drinking while they pretended to fit in was probably required and Theo had the alcohol tolerance of a small field mouse. He hadn’t ever had a chance to build up a tolerance to the stuff so he remained just as weak to the stuff as he had been as a kid. That it was likely to be important during the investigation was a sticking point and a reminder that he may need to take up drinking in his free time to better fit in on stakeouts and undercover missions.

As he stood from the café table, he paused as he gestured to his armored form.

“They won’t kick up a fuss about a man in armor will they?”

Smugglers and their ilk tended to be at least semi-armored all the time so it made sense to Theo that they wouldn’t be naturally suspicious of a man similarly armored right from the off.

Draco Virtus would be standing up and ready to roll. Rolling his shoulders as they cracked under the tombstone duster as he heard the new Rangers found concerns. "Drink water." he would simply reply if it was that much of an issue for the man to drink a beverage. He could drink anything he wanted for all Draco cared. Drinks of all kinds were in the bars and for anyone that wasn't close to the pair would probably think its some clear alcoholic liquid.

"They might be, or you can just act like them strong silent bounty hunter types that everyone seems to not want to piss off." Draco shrugged as he began to move off and let Theo follow him as he began to head in the right direction of where the club was held. Draco spoke briskly as they walked amongst the crowd with his hands in his pockets. "Anyone gives you issues, punch em' in the face. Sounds like a normal day at the bar to me."

He would reach into his pocket and pull out the metal tray of cigarras and lit another as he plopped it in his mouth and stuck the pack down underneath his armor. As he smoked and walked he would continue as he blew the smoke up into the air. "It would be even better if we caused a bar fight..Could slip in to the back where he's probably hidin." he thought quietly as he laid out their options and had a smile on his face as he knew what he was going to do.

Drink water?

Theo often did that and he would admit that there was nothing more nerve-wracking than walking into a bar full of drunken Huttball supporters and asking for a pint of water. It would be odd for the club too but so long as it didn't tip them off he could work with that. The advice on the armor was probably for the best - Theo wasn't good at the talking part of being undercover but he could stand around looking dangerous.

Some of the more dull assignments that he had been given as a member of the Naboo Royal Guard included standing around looking tough after all.

"Good idea, LT."
he admitted as he made sure his helmet was secure, face entirely hidden behind the metal and technology, "I-I don't think I'll need to punch too many people... what's the worst that could happen, right?"

Wait... that was a bad thing to say.

Kark.

A bar fight? Well, a distraction was usually the best way to ensure the way to a target was secured. A distraction that involved a lot of violence was even better than anything else in his experience as well. Memories of a near-riot on Tatooine came to mind but he pushed them down. Thinking more tactically, he nodded his head in understanding.

"If one of us caused such a commotion out the front, I think they'd probably try and evacuate him out the back - which is a great time to hit them. When they're busy watching their backs."

Draco Virtus would continue walking as they left the cafe area and headed down into some back alleys. It was tight quarters but enough room for people to pass side by side. His eyes fixturing on the path ahead. Hearing Ranger Magna's statement on punching people and what possibly could be the worst thing to happen. Draco smirked a little at the comment as they were getting closer to the cantina.

Draco would slowly come up towards the entrance of the cantina as there seemed to be a bit of line up on the outside. The Neon sign hanging above their heads as the line up seemed fairly busy for earlier in the day. The great thing for gang members, smugglers and any other illegal scum that walked or slithered along the galaxy..It's 5'o'clock somewhere and day drinking was of a norm.

As they got closer Draco would stand in line with Ranger Magna by his side. It seemed it was going to be a bit before they got in. Draco had no time to be waiting as he turned his head to see a side alleyway that probably lead to some sideroom in the establishment. As Draco stood there he would point to the side alleyway making a comment to his ranger partner. "Look's like a good spot to sneak in."

With his partner looking he would reach out with his free hand infront of him and smack a big Zabrak upside the back of his head. "What the?" growled the Zabrak as he turned around and looked at Draco with a furious passion. Draco looked shocked and shook his head before pointing to Theo. With that the Zabrak would shove Draco out of his way and throw a punch towards the other ranger. If Theo had good timing he would turn to see the incoming fist but if not, he's about to feel it in the morning.

With whatever the outcome, Draco slipped out past the pair and into the side alleway as he made his way to the door and let the ruckus out front build up. Maybe if the Lieutenant was lucky he could pick the lock but for now he would check to see if it would open by pure luck in anyway.

Theo didn't know why but he had the worst kind of feeling about how he had jinxed himself. Hopefully it was just something he was blowing out of proportion but he just had the sneaking suspicion that things were going to get explosive. H-hopefully not literally explosive but he had doomed them all by tempting fate so who even knew if that was going to happen?! It could totally happen for all he knew!

Kark this was going to explode and it would be his fault for tempting fate, gods above and below.

The line was... unusual for the middle of the day, right? Or maybe that was normal for people in this line of work and it was only because of the holonet dramas that Theo had the impression that it was more common to be this busy at night? He stood awkwardly in the line beside Draco for a few moments before the Lieutenant pointed out a good spot for stepping out to one side and Theo turned to look.

Because he was busy looking at the alleyway, he basically missed Draco drawing attention to him and when he turned round it was to be greeted by a punch to the jaw. Thankfully he was wearing his helmet so it hurt less than it just sent him sprawling backward. Pinwheeling his arms madly in an effort to stay on his feet, Theo felt his hand impact something furry and soft.

There was a royally pissed off roar and Theo turned to see... that he had accidentally punched a Wookiee in the balls. Even the Zabrak who had punched Theo in the first place looked scared for a moment and Theo felt the blood leave his face quickly.

"Look... it was an accident, alright?"

Theo being hurled through the window of the bar, smashing a table with his landing? That was not an accident and it hurt like hell. Groaning in pain, Theo pushed himself up to his hands and knees groggily before he spotted a very large, furry, leg. Looking up the leg, the angry Wookiee stared down at him.

"... call it even?"

It was not, apparently, even.

Draco Virtus would be in the alleyway and next to the door as he heard a loud roar and not long after a smash of glass. Draco perked an eyebrow as he muttered to himself. "Damn." with that he would hear the doorknob begin to jiggle as someone was coming out the side door. Probably to investigate as Draco tucked to the side and out of the line of sight. Seconds later the door would open as a male Twi'lek stuck his head out to hear the commotion. He had a blaster pistol holstered on his hip.

Letting him reveal his head further, Draco would suddenly bring down his elbow and make contact with the back of the Twi'leks head. The sudden impact and unexpected would drop the gangster out cold as he toppled to the floor and was lifeless. Draco would take his keys and drag him into the alleyway only leaving a shoe to prop open the door as he threw the unconscious body in a dumpster.

Levelling one of his oathbringers he would open the door with it raised to his side and begin to step in. There was bit of a dark hallway that seemed to be leading to the kitchen as voices and shouting could be heard. The smell of food and alcohol was greatly overwhelming as Draco made it to the end of the hallway and peaked through the small crack in the door. There were some gangsters on the far end of the kitchen protecting a door. "Bingo." he said.

With that he would take a deep breath and exhale. "Times up. Lets do this." with this he would kick the door wide open almost nearly taking off the hinges as he screamed the most legendary Rangers name that he knew from Tatooine. "Jeeeeerooooooyyyyyyyy Lennnkkkiinnnnsss" as he started firing bolts towards the gangsters. Taken by shock the Gangsters would dive for cover as blaster bolts started impacting pots, pans. The kitchen staff would duck for cover as soup splattered everywhere.

Alright so Theo had never been thrown through the air by an angry furry creature before today and now? Well the day was still relatively young and he had managed the feat twice today. Thankfully, the second time he was thrown he was bodily thrown into several other patrons and they broke his fall rather nicely. This resulted, however, in an awful lot of people getting very angry and suddenly the entire bar was fighting someone.

Half the time it looked like it didn't even matter that the people they were throwing fists into weren't actually the people who had tried to hurt them in the first place.

Scrambling to his feet, he could see the Wookiee making his way over so Theo desperately searched for something that could even the odds. Sure he had his stun batons and his weapons but he didn't want to be 'that guy' who ended up bringing lethal weapons or cop gear to a bar fight - it was probably a one-way ticket to getting his arse targeted by everyone in the bar.

No, no he needed... yes! Something improvised!

Grabbing a chair that had recently been vacated, Theo roared with the effort of swinging the chair with violently force at his assailant's face. The chair shattered upon impact with the Wookiee's face and the large mass of fur and muscle was sent tumbling to the ground. Some of the people around him even stopped to stare as Theo took down the Wookiee with a single, well-timed, swing of the chair.

"AaaaHA!"
he declared as he dropped the remains of the chair still in his hands, "How do you like those Meilooruns?!"

The Wookiee growled low in his throat, glared up at Theo and spat out a single tooth.

"... I'm sorry..."

Draco Virtus would be ducking behind a counter as blaster bolts would be impacting all around him. Soup flying everywhere and food as Draco growled and levelled one of his oathbringers above his head and began to return fire to the duo guarding the door. This all was absolute batshit crazy but god did Draco love it as the Southern Ranger almost grinned right after the growl as he couldn't help but resist the fun. Luckily enough one of the bolts from his oathbringer hit one of the guards directly in the chest and sent him down to the ground.

Seeing the opportunity, Draco would move around the side of the counter as he watched the last guard firing blindly at his general direction and yelling. Thinking to himself Draco would grab a pot and throw it up in the air as the guard instinctively looked up at the object that was moving in his prereferral vision. With this, Draco would pop up and send a bolt into his chest to let him fall down and join his other companion on the floor.

Draco would slowly raise his head and look around as it seemed there was no more baddies by the door and most of the kitchen staff fleed through exits or doors to rooms and hid. Standing up he would brush himself off and make his way over to the door. Perking a eyebrow as he seen through a hole in the wall where the waiter puts up the orders for the kitchen staff and the bell was sat there, He would quickly peak through it to see how Theo was. Hopefully the Ranger slipped away from it all and would join him in the back.

Luck would have it as soon as Draco stuck his head out to look in the main area from the kitchen he would see Theo smashing a chair off a wookie and send it to the ground in a thud. Looking shocked Draco would call over to him as the backdrop would resume into fighting and madness as glasses were smashing and people yelling. "Magna, C'mon!" he would beckon him over as he turned his head back and made his way to the door and levelled his oathbringer waiting.

Theo had been preparing to evade another attack from the furious Wookiee when Draco called out to him from somewhere behind him. Turning to face the lieutenant, Theo accidentally evaded the diving tackle that the Wookiee attempted, having moved just enough to avoid being taken to the ground by the angry mass of fur.

Instead, the Wookiee actually tackled a Trandoshan to the floor and the instincts of both races kind of just made them forget all about everyone else. The Trandoshan bit down on the Wookiee's wrist and trashed its head around before the Wookiee, roaring in pain and anger, used its superior strength... to start bashing the Trandoshan's head against the floor.

Theo blinked as he watched, having staggered over to Draco as he did so before kind of waving in the general direction.

"That will be fine, right? Trandoshans can heal."

It wasn't a question but he kind of phrased it as a question at the end there because he really wanted to get out of there but he also didn't want to just walk away when someone was committing a murder. Undercover or not, that wasn't the kind of Ranger he wanted to be. If he was just being beaten to unconsciousness? Sure.

Death was too far though.

Draco Virtus would glance over to see Theo staggering over him to and seemed somewhat still dizzy from the first throw into the window from the wookie. Draco looked past him to see the brawl continuing as he turned his head back to Theo and looked at him with a shrug. "Ain't our problem anymore partner." he would take a deep breath and ignore the brawl outside as he stepped back and put his foot to the door and kicked it wide open. instantly bolts would start flying through the door and nipping Draco's shoulder as it seared the flesh but never went through.

Draco immediately pulled back and fired into the room returning fire as blood soaked his shoulder. Growling a little from the sudden rush of pain like someone put hot tongs on his shoulder and clamped it down. Lookin' back to Theo as he brought out another oathbringer. "I'm going to give you coverin' fire and we're pushin' in there. " his eyes almost had a gleam in them as he was going to start stacking bodies if they didn't give up their bullshit firing at the doorway.

Draco would stick a oathbringer out facing the room and firing rounds in their general direction. He would move his face closer and take a quick peak around the corner as he seen three of them and to the far left was looked like to be the ring leader as he was barking orders. He was a human but had a cybernetic arm as he looked grizzly and probably never washed in a week. Poking his head back in as he turned and looked at Magna behind the cover of their wall. "Far left side, Cyber arm. That's our boy."

Theo was happy enough to leave the barfight well enough alone if only because he didn’t want to get thrown around by two large species like that. His trip through the window (and table) had been bad enough that he very much did not want to engage in something like that in the future. A voice in the back of his head did try and tell him that smashing the chair over the Wookiee’s head had been fun as hells but he ignored it for not.

“… as you say Lieutenant.”

They had a job to do after all and he would obey the orders of the senior officer on site and see that it got done. Of course when they opened the door there was a lot of blaster fire and Theo just took a second to take a breath before drawing both of his stun batons. Although he activated them, he didn’t actually plan to use the stun-ends quite so much.

When Draco started to lay down covering fire, Theo charged into the fray. In his experience, people used to blaster fights never really expected someone to charge them. So when he reached the first guy, he was just kind of staring at Theo like he thought he was fake – as though no one would be dumb enough to charge forward with batons. Smacking the man’s blaster away with one of the stun batons, he backhanded the man in the mouth with the base of the second baton.

Didn’t need to bother stunning someone when they were busying trying to count their teeth on the floor.

The next closest opened fire and Theo ducked behind cover for a second until one of Draco’s shots forced the scum to duck down himself. Spinning out of cover, he leaped over the cover the scum was using to literally tackle him to the ground. Deactivating both batons, he grabbed one by both the base and the tip – and pressed it up against the man’s throat from behind in an assisted choke.

“Get the boss, Lieutenant! I’ll take care of these small-timers.”

Draco Virtus would watch as Theo ran in like a bat out of hell. It worked as they were caught entirely off guard and Theo managed to rush them while Draco laid down covering fire on the group and sent them all ducking. As Theo managed to knock out the others, Draco would push himself off towards the boss as he seemed to be behind the cover in the corner and was fiddling with something. Draco would lay down heavy fire to keep the bosses head down and close the distance as he rushed towards his position. As he moved closer the boss would stand up and have a grenade in his cybernetic hand. Clenched tight on it with his robotic finger on the pin.

Draco never had time to react as he fired a bolt from his oathbringer and clipped the bosses arm. Making contact with the shoulder joint he would completely separate the robotic arm from the socket and causing it to fall to the floor. Draco would hop over the piece of cover he was hiding behind and give him a firm head butt to his nose causing it to break and sending him backwards and down to the floor making him immobile and disoriented. Draco would look at him and was about to approach before accidentally kicking the dislocated robotic arm down by his feet.

His toe would hit one of the nerve circuit wires in the arm and cause the finger to release off the pin. His eyes would widen as he quickly reached down to grab the arm and give it a underhand toss behind him and outwards towards the kitchen door him as he ran over and tackled Theo and his prisoner as they hit the deck behind the flipped over tables and the grenade went off just outside in the kitchen area. Shrapnel would impact mostly in the kitchen but a few shards would pepper the table and overhead in line with the open door as they stuck in the wall.

Lifting his head, Draco would brush himself off and walk over to the boss like nothing just happened and the grenade didn't go off at all. Picking him up by the scruff he would set him up straight on his feet. "You're coming with us partner, Magna, cuff these guys and radio in to HQ. We got what we came for. Lets take them back."

There was a saying from somewhere he didn’t quite remember. The saying he remembered but he wasn’t entirely sure where he had heard it but the saying? Oh it became an unofficial motto of the Naboo Guard; if violence became necessary, visit it upon your adversaries with such ferocity and dedication that they will forever remember it.

Wrestling with someone with a metal bar choking their airway was memorable to them and their friends – this guy would remember the time a Ranger literally bull-rushed him just to force him to choke out and submit. Theo didn’t leave it there though because he wasn’t above fighting dirty when it came to these kinds of fights. With both hands occupied, he started laying in knee-strikes to the scum’s kidneys.

The man would be passing blood for weeks but Theo didn’t care much.

Just as the criminal was reaching the right level of limp, Draco bowled them both over and there was an almighty explosion at the other end of the room. Groaning ever so slightly, Theo removed his baton from the thug’s throat and checked his pulse. Looked like he would live so there was that. Grabbing his cuffs, he cuffed the man suddenly missing several teeth first.

The man he’d choked out he didn’t have cuffs for so instead he used a set of cable-ties to restrain him.

“Yessir.”
He reported in a clipped tone as he pulled off his com unit, “Dispatch this is Magna. Requesting a wagon to my location for extraction of a trio of danger individuals. Code Alpha Three Endor Seven.”

He waited for his code to be accepted before ending the call and turning back to Draco with a slightly sheepish smile as the tension left his body and he was suddenly more nervous.

“Remind me not to go for drinks with you again sir…”
