Dazed and Confused [OPEN]

.:.Mhenlan walked the streets of Brentaal, the premier banking planet in the galaxy. The Jedi Master was looking for one of his favorite bars - it had been too long since he had been out and seen the outside world. He tried to forget how long he was imprisoned by Darth Calamity, it wasn't any fun. He could feel the buzz of action through the force - it almost equaled that of Nar Shadda - Brentaal hummed with life from all the trade coming in and out of the planet.

Mhenlan smirked; he found the bar he was looking for: The Dazed Banker. It was a rather nice bar and it was a great place to relax. He put down the hood of his brown cloak and entered. The night was still a bit young, so the crowd wasn't that rowdy. Soon enough he expected some fights though, he hoped they wouldn't get too out of hand. The Jedi Master made his way towards the bar, grabbing himself a seat. Mhenlan ordered his usual, an Ice Blaster.:.

 

[Captain Kara]

Rina was already in the bar sitting at a table near the exit. She had, as always just finished a job. Not anyway, she had just won a case. Some idiot suing another idiot for some reason. She knocked back her dark liquor and stretched out. She had no clients not yet at least. But she knew there was always someone wanting something done.

.:.The waitress handed lance his Ice Blaster - he gave her a generous tip and thanked her for the drink. The Jedi Council Master took a few sips from the beverage and looked towards the exit - he saw a stunningly beautiful woman there - he pondered if she was the woman he was supposed to meet. He hoped so, anyway. Mhenlan finished up his drink, and set it aside. Then he got off the stool and headed towards the woman. Mhenlan sat down in the booth. He made this appointment for a very important task that he was too busy to fulfill - it had been on his mind ever since he had gotten off of Arkania. Mhenlan decided to start the deal off casually - both meant business.:.

"May I buy you a drink, miss?"

.:.Mhenlan looked into the woman's eyes with a steady gaze.:.

 

[Johnnysaurus Rex]

Grekovich lumbered into the bar. His right hand twitching madly. He was humming loudly to himself and many looked to see the oddman dressed in a all black with a gasmask and some wierd hat that looked like an army officers. He took a seat at the bar his hand still dancing madly to the tune, the bartender was cautious to approach him but the strange man waved him away with his left not skipping a note or a movement.

 

[Captain Kara]

She rolled her eyes, "No...no I don't think you can. Before you get to friendly...what do you want?" She said shifting in her seat, taking another drink from her glass and pulling out a datapad, "This is my price list both my attorney list and my other job. If that is not what you want you have the wrong person." She finished off her drink and ordered another.

.:.The Jedi Master sighed.:.

"Credits will not be the problem, ma'am."

.:.Mhenlan reached into one of the pouches on his belt and brought out a piece of paper. He slid the paper across the table. It contained the following information:

He waited for the woman to take in the information. A waitress came around with another Ice Blaster for him. Mhenlan leaned back in the booth looking at Rina. The Kiffar spoke in a low voice.:.

"I am looking to find that man. Do not kill him, I merely want his EXACT location of residency. I will provide any equipment you need - name your price."

 

[Johnnysaurus Rex]

Grekovich's head cocked at this and his wrist movements ceased. This would get interesting. A little shady dsealing gong on would surely give him something to do and by the small warm feeling in his brain he could feel that Maryha already like where this was going.

 

[Captain Kara]

Rina looked to the man who had walked in. No...no it couldn't be. She smirked maybe he'd like to help me if he is in his right mind. She turned to the man who had slipped her...paper...when was he from 10,000 years ago. She looked over the paper and rolled her eyes.

"How much do you think you should pay me?" Rina questioned.

"15,000 credits. Please do not hurt the man, I merely want pictures of his location and coordinates."

.:.The Jedi Master whispered flatly. He didn't know how he would acquire the money, but in some manner he would. Mhenlan Vos sat back in his chair and took a sip of his Ice Blaster beverage.:.

[Captain Kara]

"I want half now and half later." She said putting down her glass, "That's to make sure I don't get cheated out of my money. So either come up with half the money in three days and give it to me or don't either bother coming. Here's my address, it's here on Brentaal. I have multiple residences." She stood and begun to walk out.

 

[Johnnysaurus Rex]

Grekovich had been listening to the whole conversation and as soon as the girl stood, he stood. Preoccupying himself with buttoning up his coat to let her past and pretending to fumble witha watch he didn't have. Once she was to the door the black mass followed her. It wasn't long before his long, quick strides started to cathc up to hers.

BUMP
