CORUSCANT----IN FLIGHT----2300 HOURS GALACTIC STANDARD TIME
.

Talo sat with the two Sith in the small shuttle as it flew through the Coruscant night, he had been excited when he was given the lead on this operation. The Nagai agent hated drugs and a chance to spearhead the dismantling of a drug ring? Priceless.

What the young Nagai had NOT expected, was that he would be partnered up with two Sith. His betters by the standards of the empire he served, yet he was still in charge of the mission somehow.

Strange.

"M'lord, M'lady." he started, he had met these Sith before. Lord Fleck in a club at a small gathering and Lady Fox on a delivery he was accompanying. Though he did not know much about the two he was relieved at least to have met them prior to the mission, and have a chance for two Sith to see him at work.

Well, one of them anyway. He recalled that Lady Fox was blind. He wished he could know how she got around unaided. But that was for another time.

"Thank you for joining me on this mission, it is a relatively simple task," he paused to activate a small holoprojector that displayed the image of the Zabrak death stick dealer, at least for Percy's benefit, "We are to apprehend this Zabrak and extract information on the drug ring. I imagine your talents will come in handy there. He goes by the name Malakai, and our intel has him dealing out of a little club on the upper level called "The Wild Wampa". Lethal force has been authorized, no one is to be permitted to get in our way. After the information has been extracted we are to turn the dealer over to Coruscanti Police."

Talo nodded to himself, satisfied that he had delivered all the necessary information. He deactivated the holoprojector as the shuttle landed a few blicks from the club. Coruscant being the imperial capital nobody would think twice about the shuttle or it's occupants, not that Talo's armor had any Imperial identifiers on it. An intelligence agent with Imperial insignias all over it was begging to be caught and killed.

The agent checked his gear quickly as he rose from his seat.

"Well, here we are. Shall we go have some fun?" he said chipperly as the boarding ramp lowered.

Percy had never believed in fate. You made your own way in the galaxy. It was the Empire’s good grace that had saved him as a child, not fate. His own dedication and skill that had brought him this far, not fate.

Yet, here he was, sat in a small shuttle compartment with two familiar faces. Both Eriana Fox and Talo Geist had crossed his path in unexpected, innocuous ways in recent times. Now chance, if not fate, had brought them together again.

The young Sith hoped it would prove a happy coincidence. The task was right up his alley; apprehension and interrogation of a drug dealer. He watched the Zabrak’s hologram spin slowly above the projector, cracking his knuckles in anticipation. Persuading such low life to step back into the Imperial fold was his bread and butter. Something told him Eriana wouldn’t be half bad at it either.

Part of him resented Geist’s presence; they could have managed this without him with the right information. But this was an Imperial Intelligence assignment and Percy respected the office of Imperial Agent, if not yet the holder. Besides, he and Geist had an understanding from their meeting on Coruscant. He wouldn’t overstep his remit.

The shuttle set down a little way from the target club. Geist was on his feet, an excitable energy in his voice. Percy merely nodded soberly in reply, lips curling as he concealed a smile.

There is a certain thrill to sweeping up the trash” he said sarcastically, rolling his eyes in Eriana’s direction before he realised she’d miss the gesture. He was going to have to work on that.

Flying was not something Eriana Fox like to do. There weren't many things in life the Acolyte Sith was afraid of, but flying was certainty up there. And it wasn't often that she ever cursed her blindness either. She had no issue seeing the room around her and anyone in it, but flying was just soooooo open. She could if all other means failed, fly a ship herself. The Force would guide her and make sure she didn't crash. But she'd be on edge the entire time as she couldn't see her destination in front of her. So she sat in the back with the others completely at the mercy of whomever was flying them. The anxiety was all over her face, no matter how hard she tried to hide it by covering it with her long black hair.

As always, she was dressed in Sith Marauder Armor customized to fit her frame and give her a more intimidating look. On her hips were two curved-lightsabers that would each protrude red beams of energy. She carried no other armor or grenades though she'd been meaning to buy herself a nice helmet that would protect her from gases. She'd had an unfortunate setback with a training group recently that reminded her she wasn't as all powerful as she thought she was. It was a blow to her ego that she really needed to fix.

When Talo began to speak, it drew her mind off of their predicament. She'd met him on a rather simple mission which involved him delivering a shipment of armor to her prison in which she worked at. Her first impression of the man was that he was clearly oblivious to things and thus a complete fool not worthy of her time. But things....got interesting as the day went on. Her impression of him changed to something much more approving.

Percy was another person she'd met before. Her first impression was a lot more appealing. He'd come into the temple that she liked to pray at. Any Sith who openly walked into the church for council was good in her book. She had such a disdain for her peers who took advantage of the gifts given to them by the living Force. It took some time still for him to open up to her method of praying though. She enjoyed the challenge.

Talo would inform them of their mission. A Zabrak deathstick dealer was their target. Apprehend. Extract information. Her kind of mission. In fact, she'd been waiting on a chance to really pick into someone's head. She'd been praying for this for some time as it were. Now the Force had given to her. They were allowed to use lethal force too. That excited her. She hated having to hold back at times. Not that she was the type to let loose and go on a rampage. She simply liked the idea of not having to mind her tongue as much.

Percy seemed excited to, take out the trash. Eriana scoffed silently. "We may have been given the right to kill by our Empire, but I will not go killing without reason. I hope the both of you do the same."

Talo watched his companions as they landed, and gave a chuckle at Percy's comments about trash. He knew that not long ago the Sith had though him to be little more than trash, imperial trash, but trash none the less. The curse of his nonhuman birth he supposed.

Eriana looked to be deep in thought throughout most of the flight, though he thought he detected just the tinyest hint of relief when the craft landed. He assumed she was not a fan of air travel, a reasonable dislike really. "Agreed, killing is all well and good when necessary but let's try to keep this job quiet. The less attention we draw to Malakai's abduction the easier it will make later phases of this whole operation." He descended the ramp and lightly tapped the nearly invisible comms device in his ear. "Testing." once satisfied with the equipments function he would nod to his allies -a gesture more for Percy's benefit than Eriana's- and began to walk through the crowded streets towards the bar.

Percy followed Geist out of the shuttle and into the open air, pausing for a moment to make sure Eriana disembarked safely. He suspected the other Sith could handle herself, but the street beyond was a river of turmoil, hundreds of people pushing this way and that in the hustle and bustle of the lower levels. He felt a strange need to see her through it.

Don’t worry” he said softly, “I find most people don’t need to be killed to comply. They just need a little encouragement”.

The neon lights of the Wild Wampa glowed in a dull orange in the near distance, making their target unmistakeable. Weaving their way towards the door, the group would find themselves before two burly bouncers, neither inclined to let just anyone in. Especially an armoured Agent and two robed counterparts. They might not be wearing name badges or insignia, but even a half-baked lowlife could suspect they were trouble.

Good evening gents” Percy said confidently, looking each of them in the eye in turn. He needed their full attention. “We hear the Wampa is the best place in town and we’ve quite a bit to toast tonight. Credits to burn you might say”. The Force leapt off his tongue and into their waiting ears, driven by the young Sith’s will. If he couldn’t do this then he was off his game.

Just the kind of people your boss wants inside”.

The two of them glazed over slightly, their weak wills bending. It was not a difficult request. True the armor was a little strange, but maybe the fellow was just back from a tour on the front or something. Happened often enough. The other two didn’t look that strange on a second glance, and how much trouble could they really be.

Yeah...” the lead bouncer grunted, stepping aside. “Best get yourselves in. Allora on the mezzanine does a good deal on shots”.

Perfect” Percy smiled, clapping a hand on the man’s shoulder in thanks and nudging the rest of his doubt from the bouncer’s mind. “I’ll tell her what a great friend you are to her”.

The way inside was clear.

Outside air. Freedom! Oh Eriana was never so happy as when she stepped out of an aircraft. The others would all start to walk on, but she stayed at the foot of the ramp for a moment. She needed to do a quick prayer in thanks. It wasn't often she felt the need to do such an act; she usually kept her unusual behavior for her own private life. That was of course unless she went to one of the temples and someone else happened to be there too.

Eriana would only take a moment, and it was possible the others might not have noticed she wasn't right behind them. Then she was on her way and following with her own pace. It was good to see the world again, but she couldn't let them get too far out of sight. Though the Force would guide her in the right direction, she didn't like leaving everything to Fate. She had to be responsible for her own actions every now and then.

It took them almost no time at all to reach the establishment. Eriana could sense several lifeforms in the area. They stunk. Like vermin or other pests and scum that walked the sewers. And that wasn't just the way she felt about them on a personal level. She could sense dishonest souls from the lot of them. Anyone of them willing to cut out their brother's throat for a little gold. It made her sick. While the Sith might kill mercilessly, most of them had a purpose. Eriana always did.

And speaking of dishonesty, Percy would start trying to get into the head of this burly man standing before them. She could feel him influencing his mind. It was her favorite thing to witness. Mental manipulation was her practiced skill and profession. If Percy couldn't get them in, she was overly-confident she could. Today that seemed to not be necessary. Much to her disappointment.

Still, it was nice to see her comrade succeed. With a smirk she couldn't hide she walked past the men after her friends and they would look around. Eriana not so much. Not with her eyes anyways. She didn't need to be inside to already know everything that was going on.

"I can tell that our target is in the SouthEast corner of the building. He's surrounded by five others but they are not all in the room with him. I can tell at least two of them are in the hallway. There might be more mixed throughout. They are unknown to me."

Talo smirked as the trio entered the club, being with force users made a mission so much more simple for him. He listened to Lady Fox's description of the situation, again being thankful for the force users with him. "Shall we split up or stay as a unit then?" he asked through a smile to keep up the pretense that they were there for a good time. He knew that technically he was in charge of this mission, but he wanted the input of his team. And he wanted to take the option best suited to the force abilities of his companions.

He scanned the crowd, noting several drug deals going on in plain sight. Clubs like this disgusted him, the whole thing was just a cover for all the illicit dealings within.

As Talo got a grasp of the situation he would ask the two others if they should split up, or stay together. Eriana would start walking and respond, "We stick together. Watch each other's backs. I don't want to stay here any longer than we have to."

The smell of smoke and drinks in the air was nauseating to the blind Sith who replied on those other two senses far more than either of the boys did. It disoriented her in a way she didn't like. Eriana felt distracted and it pulled her head from the mission. Being that her head wasn't clear, what came next could somewhat be classified as her fault. But she wouldn't admit to it that way. This was the way of the Force. She had no control over it.

Eriana walked with purpose to the back of the establishment, having to move around several parties walking about and conversing with one another. Eriana thought the sight of three trained operatives would elicit some more fear from the people, but it seemed they were too strung out to realize all of their lives were in danger. Such a shame. The group had been given orders to retrieve their target with no concern to civilian life. If Eriana wanted...she could have made this much easier than it needed to be.

Coming around the corner beyond the restrooms would be two guards sitting at a small table just outside a door to the back where their target and three more bodyguards awaited. Seeing the group of them, Eriana in the lead, one of the men would stand. Like the man they were supposed to snatch, this man was also a Dathomirian male. He stood tall and put his hands on his hips where his blaster was in full view. To the boys at least. Eriana would just stare straight at the man with no emotion whatsoever in her eyes.

"Can I help you with something, b-tch?" the sleezeball would speak.

A vein in Eriana's temple would twitch. Her hand nearly grabbed her saber right then and there. But she restrained herself and instead would raise that hand to wave it in front of her. "You can let us see Malakai. We're expected."

The man would get a glazed look in his eyes and respond, "I will let you pass. You're expected"

However....the seated man was not so easily swayed. He of course knew the tricks of the Sith and since Eriana hadn't directly tried to subvert him too he was wise to her ploy. "Hey!" he'd shout and grab his gun. "What do you think you's doing?"

The jig was up. Eriana wasn't in the mindset to take things slow. While she had an issue killing off random civilians in their way, these two punks had weapons and were therefore armed. With supernatural speed only attributed to Force users Eriana ducked down and grabbed both of her blades and spun in a circle as she ignited them. The red blades whooshed with the classic and well-known sound of the lightsaber. Both bodies were sliced practically six times each as she spun and came around twice with both arms. Their burned bodies fell to the floor. While the spectacle was amazing to watch, everyone knew they were there now.

Once inside, matters did not proceed quite so smoothly.

Percy was still sizing the two men up when Eriana struck, her blades a flurry of crimson death that illuminated the dimly lit hallway. The young Sith had agreed with their strategy to stick together, but such a loud entrance was hardly his style. There was no telling if others back in the club had heard them, but Percy certainly picked up shouts of alarm from the room beyond and the sound of blasters being primed.

Malakai would know they were coming.

Taking his out saber out in one hand, Percy opted for one more deception with the other. Drawing the Force to himself, he breathed it in and opened his throat, mimicking the voice of the second guard Eriana had just felled.

Big fight in the club” he shouted, as if warning the dead man's comrades. “Few idiots had a few too many drinks; could do with a few extra hands up front”.

There were cursewords and annoyed grunts from within, as the other guards made to join them. Percy readied himself.

When they opened that door, they would have them.

Talo was admittedly shocked at Lady Fox's sudden act of violence, not only did it deviate somewhat from the plan of keeping this quiet, it seemed incredibly out of character.

The Nagai agent was thankful for Lord Fleck's quick thinking, it was an impressive trick to make himself sou d like the guard. Talo was unsure whether it was a force trick or just an incredible talent for mimicry. Either way, it was well done.

As the guards were readying themselves Talo took up a position between the two force users with both his pistols drawn and pointed at the door. With Percy's deception they would not be expecting what was coming, and that was good. With the two dead that left three to go, he imagined they were all in the room with Malakai. This however did not seem like it was a room with a back exit, Talo cirsed himself inwardly for not getting the layout of the club. Though in retrospect an establishment such as this would no doubt have rooms not on the plans.

The door opened, revealing two guards. Talo fired his left pistol first and missed completely partially because of not knowing exact placements, partially because the intended target was slightly behind the other guard in the doorway and on a funny angle. Something went wrong in his blaster at the same time, whatever the problem was it caused the weapon to eject the power pack just as the bolt left the barrel. He didn't have time to figure out the issue though, and he holstered the weapon as he turned so his right side was forward, bringing up his second pistol and firing it Into the second guard's face pulping the man's head and in a fortuitous turn of events spraying both of the other guards' faces with gore, effectively blinding them for the moment.

Malakai was in the back corner of the room, brandishing a blaster pistol and a short vibroknife. The third guard stood between him and the door with a blaster rifle and his eyes full of his friend's brains. The last guard in the doorway got the brunt of the headsplosion and was sputtering and wiping his face, completely unable to focus.

Eriana could not believe how furious she was with herself. She'd just killed both of the men for no reason. She'd merely acted on impulse and hadn't thought at all about the consequences. Well she wouldn't go justifying her actions to the boys behind her. What's done was done now. Percy though, had a plan ready to forgive her blunder. Using the Force in a way she had no idea was even possible the Sith would mimic the guards voice he just heard. Trying to bluff, he'd say to the people on the other side of the door that a fight had broke up. Then he asked for some extra hands which would get them to open the door.

The plan was genius really. And if Eriana had the time she might have congratulated the Sith for thinking of it so spontaneously. The door would then open showing the three of them that there were two guards ready for them. Sort of ready for them that is. Though if one were to argue, they all knew they were there. Eriana could feel their presence the moment she walked into the place and if she also had the time for this she could have pointed Talo's gun just a little higher so he wouldn't miss.

Because that's exactly what happened. His first shot went by the guard's head and then oddly enough the gun's power pack suddenly fell out the bottom. Well, he wouldn't be using that weapon again. He did correct on his mistake however and would bring his second gun up to blast the closest guard in the face. His brain and guts spilled into the other two guards blinding them both, making them easy targets to take out. Eriana rushed forward and would swing at the blinded guard with her saber. The man was stumbling backwards and trying to get away from the door so Eriana's strike just barely struck him. The blade crossed into his chest and he fell backwards into a table behind him. With his dying breath he squeezed the trigger of his gun while falling down and it hit a glass chandelier which was hovering above their heads. The device broke and began to fall forcing Eriana to dodge out of the way.

Sadly, she moved right into the path of the other guard who still couldn't see very well. He somehow got the upper hand despite her extensive training and would hit her over the head with his gun. Eriana fell like a log at his feet; her sabers both deactivating as her thumbs left the ignition switch. She wasn't dead or unconscious, but she'd have a good headache for the next few hours. Either way, one of the other agents would have to kill the guard before he decided to try to kill his first Force user who was now lying prone at his feet.

Talo watched as Eriana charged in, killing one guard and somehow through a horrible but of luck being downed by the final guard. Who very quickly made to shoot her.

That wasn't going to happen.

Talo rushed into the room and shot the final guard in the face, saving Eriana and leaving Malakai without guards. However as the guard fell his nerves must have fired, his dead hand squeezing the trigger on his blaster as it moved towards Talo. The resulting bolt grazed the agent's lower leg and caused him to drop to one knee.

The Zabrak dealer took this as an opportunity to try and bolt past Talo, a foolish move considering the Nagai still held his pistol. Gritting his teeth through the stinging in his injured leg, he raised the weapon once more and shot out Malakai's right knee.

The man screamed and dropped to the ground, it didn't matter at this point. He wouldn't be needing that knee anyway. Talo stood, a little gingerly on the injured leg, and slapped a pair of binders on Malakai's wrists before dragging him back into the room.

"Lady Fox, are you alright?" he asked with concern before putting his finger to his ear and clicking the small communicator twice to open the channel to their shuttle's pilot. "Target has been apprehended, extraction needed immediately." at this point between the lightsabers, blaster fire and screams there was no point in being stealthy. There was a warehouse set up a few blocks away where they would perform their interrogation. All they needed to do was get him there.

Eriana wasn't sure what had happened. Her head was pounding. She managed to get up to one knee but her vision was pretty well knocked out. She groaned and rubbed her temple. The headache would make her sight hazy for a while. She felt around for her sabers, luckily they hadn't rolled away from her or anything while she'd fallen. That was one benefit to having curved sabers, they didn't roll...like at all.

She was vaguely aware that someone was talking to her, but couldn't place who just yet. Then the voice spoke again asking for an extraction. She shook her head in protest, which wasn't a good thing to do. It made her head feel like something was clicking around inside.

"I'm fine. I'm fine," she would say thinking that the Nagai agent had been talking about her.

She'd clip her sabers to her belt and stand up, pushing herself to focus on the area around her. She couldn't afford to be a liability now. Eriana was a Sith warrior. A minor head injury wouldn't be enough to keep her down. Besides, the swelling was already going down. She'd be fine. At least, that's what she told herself.

Sensing the room with a more cleaned up sense, she was able to see Talo escorting the hand cuffed Malakai toward the door. Things made a little more sense now. Doing a rough estimation of what had happened after she went down she noticed that the guard she'd failed to kill was now no longer among the living. One of her teammates must have taken him down. Then somehow they also apprehended Malakai. How long had she been out?

She'd then turn her attention to Talo and with her senses already trying to piece things together she'd see that his leg was burned. She furrowed her brow and tried to judge the wound from here. It was obvious to her he was in pain, but the way he was dealing with it told her that it wasn't too serious of an injury. Still, she wanted to be sure.

"You going to be able to walk with that leg?" she'd ask him.

Basically right after Eriana recovered more fully the shuttle pilot indicated that he had the ship outside of the club, Talo hauled Malakai up to his feet and looked back at Eriana. "I'll manage, bit of bacta and a day of rest and I'll be fine. After you have your way with this guy's head of course." he chuckled as he limped along and pushed Malakai out the door.

The Nagai agent stopped as he passed thdough, an idea had popped into his head. "Lord Fleck, it would be beneficial for us if you stayed here and used your powers of persuasion to convince the patrons that nothing out of the ordinary has happened here tonight. Though I doubt many have even noticed thanks to how high they all are. Feel free to join us at the interrogation site after, or go about whatever else you have to do." it felt strange to give orders to a Sith, but Talo had to remind himself that he was in charge of the operation.

Talo would make sure that Eriana was behind him and head out to the shuttle, marching Malakai along with the muzzle of his blaster pistol pressed into the man's back. Not a spot where it would be a lethal shot, but it would be painful, and more permanently crippling than the destroyed knee.

Once they were on board the shuttle would take off and head straight to a small warehouse in a less populated district, taking off as soon as the two Imperials and their guest had entered the warehouse.

Inside there was a durasteel chair, complete with cuffs and chains. Beside the chair a rolling tray of various unpleasant tools meant to encourage cooperation, Talo disliked the term torture. He limp-marched the Zabrak over to the chair and locked shackles in place, binding the dealer's wrists and ankles. He finished by locking a ring around Malakai's neck that was chained to the back of the chair. An unnecessary measure meant to ilicit fear in the subject. "Comfortable?" Talo asked in a lower, more threatening tone. "No? Good."

With that he walked over to Eriana. "He's all yours."

Thankfully her partner explained he'd be fine with some rest and a good bacta bath. Eriana never liked those things. Too.....fishy. Because that's what she felt like. Or imagined she'd feel like. She'd never been in one before but she imagined the feeling would be very much like a fish trapped in a tiny aquarium. Then again, lower life forms like that wouldn't put up much of an argument since they didn't understand that their world wasn't bigger than it actually was. There was a lot behind those words, but she wouldn't go into philosophical line of thoughts.

They were then about to leave when Talo would stop them and kindly instruct that Percy stay behind. Not that Talo had any real authority over either of the Sith, but it was his mission and they were merely the bodyguards to that endeavor. If Talo wished for them to handle things a certain way, it would only be disrespectful not to listen. She was just glad it was he who was asked to stay behind and not her. Talo must have known how excited she was to get into Malakai's head.

And with that they left the smokey establishment and onto the shuttle awaiting them. It was nice having an escort service and not having to walk back to any hanger. She hoped she could do more missions like this. Total authority and dominion over their claim. Staying back and handling things with care was always such a burden. Screw the red tape. Eriana was absolutely one to get things done without anyone questioning her motives.

The flight over wasn't nearly as grueling as the longer haul from when they came in, but Eriana still felt the need to buckle herself into the chair. It was thankfully a short journey and not enough time for her nerves to get all worked up like they usually got when flying around. She seemed less hurried to get off the shuttle this time as a result. She'd follow after Talo and his guest making sure to scan the surrounding area for any threats. It seemed the Imperial Republica troops had the place pretty much surrounded so no one would come to bother her. Good.

The man was placed into the restraint chair with his wrists and ankles secured to each point. Talo -or some other agent- had even taken the time to fasten a neck restraint so the man couldn't try to lean over and bite one of them, or gnaw at his hand to get lose. She'd heard a captured animal will do anything to escape. She wondered what Malakai would try to do if given the chance. Too bad she would never give him that opportunity.

Once the man was securely fastened and trussed to the chair Talo would return to her side and offer him to the woman. Eriana smiled and would slow walk the distance between them, around the tray of torture implements. Her hand brushed across each one making it seem like she was going to pick which one might be best suited to get information out of him. Malaki wouldn't know it though, but Eriana didn't plan on raising a single one of them against his skin. She had far more effective ways of getting what she needed to know. She would get a confession out of him yet.

By now, her headache was a thing of the past. A normal person might dwell on it for hours on end. Her natural Force-healing abilities nearly rid of her of that minor annoyance. As she came around to the back of the chair her hands would come up on either side of Malakai's head; her nails touching his scalp teasingly. He tried to squirm away from her and she let him for now, but she kept bringing her nails to follow him wherever he tried to move. It was like an adorable little game of cat and mouse, only she wasn't a cat...but a snake. Waiting to strike.

"Malakai, do you know who I am?" she would ask him. Her nails would come down to his neck and start rubbing against them in a taunting manner. "My name is Eriana Fox. I specialize in breaking down a person's mind and tearing information from them-"

Malakai would shout out, interrupting her, "I'm not telling you anything!"

Eriana was tempted to smack him, or run her nail into his vein right there on the side of his neck. A pressure point was a perfect place to make someone squirm. Instead, she only smiled and would stand back up. She continued her slow walk in a clockwise direction to come around front. Her hands moved to her back, pushing aside her cloak and showing the man her sabers. Not that he hadn't already known she was carrying them.

"Oh don't worry. You won't have to say anything. You see, your brain is merely a safe in which I intend to crack and all of your secrets will spill before me. The longer you resist, the harder it will be on you. You may even die in the process. But don't worry..." Eriana leaned in so she could stare at Malakai with her cold and gray eyes. He squirmed again to lean further back into the chair. Her eyes were so...unnatural. "My associates won't let you die. You're too valuable to me."

Pulling back she would stand upright again and make her way back around his chair in the same pattern of movement. This time she said nothing. Malakai was already beginning to freak out from her words. Whether it was the combined effort of having his body restrained and the torture implements waiting just beside him, it wouldn't take much to break any information she had from him. As such, she'd come around back and bring her hands up to his head again. This time, she used the flat parts of her fingers -and not the tips of her nails- to press against his temples and below, her thumbs the lowest part on his head to hold him back.

"Rejoice, you will be a gracious host for the Dark side. Accept its love and embrace the truth of your simple life."

Letting the Force flow through her and into him she bore into his mind. Everyone's mind was merely a puzzle to be unlocked. A labyrinth of walls and dead ends that would hold certain memories within them. Eriana just had to find the right one. Malakai's body would go limp as the overwhelming spiritual power took hold on his thoughts. Eriana at first seemed totally in control, but then after only a moment her face would start to squint like she was concentrating too hard. The look was of pain. But her body was arched in such a way that she wasn't looking anywhere else but up. Talo would have to look directly at her to notice the subtle changes of pain shooting through her. It seemed her headache wasn't as minor as she thought.

Eriana cried out and with a sudden jolt stepped back from Malakai as if he'd shocked her or something. In the same result, the grey Zabrak would fall forward as much as he could and drool into his lap. Eriana had knocked him out cold. She stumbled twice and reached up to her face. When she lowered her hand a moment later her fingers were wet. Was she sweating? Was her nose running? But Talo would understand as he saw the blood. Eriana was far from alright. She'd clearly overcompensated and overdid what she was capable of.

Talo watched with a smug grin as Eriana brought their guest to a panic, he was enjoying watching her work.

Then her nose began bleeding and he fought back the urge to panic, showing weakness right now would undermine everything they were attempting.

So, at least for the sake of letting Eriana recover, Talo stepped in. Dragging a chair over in front of Malakai, with the back facing the chained Zabrak, and sitfing on it so he leaned on the back of the chair. "Mr. Malakai, we're not done with you." Talo said firmly before backhanding the man back into full conciousness. The dealer sat up with a start, still a little hazy from Eriana's meddlings. "Look, buddy. We can do this the easy way," he let the words hang in the air as he reached to the tray beside him and picked up a razor sharp blade, "Or the hard way."

This Made the man panic even further, his pulse and breathing rapidly accelerating as Talo hovered the tip of the blade over Malakai's right thigh. "Where do the people above you operate?"

Malakai looked like he was about to pass out for a moment, then finally spoke. "A...a bar...Vigos.." he choked out. Then, of course, the kriffing idiot twitched in fear and Talo wasn't quite fast enough pulling the blade back. The tip buried into Malakai's leg. It began to bleed very slowly, Talo decided to leave the blade in to keep the bleeding slow. He knew it wouldn't happen quickly, but if Malakai lost too much blood they would have a problem.

They had a location at the very least, a success by all accounts. But if they could get more out of the Zabrak it would be beneficial.

Assuming the dealer even knew anything more.

Ooc: one more post from Eriana and then Talo will call in the police to pick up Malakai.

While Talo approached the prisoner Eriana began to realize something was wrong. She wiped her nose three times with her sleeve before she realized it wasn't stopping. How was it they had a perfectly good prisoner and yet she was the first one to bleed? She didn't exactly have a way to stop it or mop it up because she really didn't think she'd get to that point. Who cared if the prisoner drew blood? Balling up the end of her trench coat she held it under her nose while pinching the bridge of her nostrils with her other hand.

After a brief moment of frustration she managed to clog the bleeding and pull her jacket back enough to stay stable. Tossing it aside so Malakai wouldn't see it behind him, she returned to his chair. Her arms came back up to his shoulders, tempting and instilling fear of what was to come if he didn't give in to their line of questioning.

"What is the name of your contact?" she would add in an annoyed tone.

The man would try to lie to her to protect his own safety, "I've never met him! I just drop off the credits!"

Eriana didn't need to be tapped into the man's head to know he was lying. She could tell his heartbeat was fluttering and the change in his voice. Her hands came up around his throat and began to choke him out. He gagged and squirmed in the chair. His fingers wormed against the metal trying to find something to grab onto, as did his legs and feet. Eriana could have very easily done this task with just the Force -as so many Force users likely to do- but she preferred to squeeze the life out of her prey with her own hands. She liked to feel their breath fail them and their bodies squirm in between her finger tips.

When she finally pulled back Malakai would gasp loudly from his stolen breath. The blood on her hands had made a slight line down his skin. Eriana would ask the question again only this time Malakai refused to answer. He'd shake his head and squint his eyes knowing more pain was coming to him. All he had to do was drop a name. Yet, something was clearly more important to him than his life and revealing that would jeopardize everything. Eriana sighed. Not out of sadness, but out of anger and defeat. She knew this man would not break easily. It would need time and patience. Something she had plenty of.

Raising the hand that had blood on it Eriana would place it upon the top of Malakai's head and use the Force once more to use a simple persuasion trick meant to make him fall asleep. Malakai's head would droop down once again and the rest of his body would relax. Eriana sighed once more and put both of her arms behind her back.

"There's nothing more we can learn from him tonight. We shall have the authorities take him. And once he's in prison I'll have much more control over his fate. I'll be able to start my new procedure I've been working on that should bear better results."

And with that, Eriana would collect her dirtied coat and head to the exit of the warehouse, leaving Malakai to his fate: justice. She didn't like leaving an interrogation so empty handed, but they'd gotten the location of where the supply was coming from. They were one step closer to putting the Deathstick dealers to death. Eriana only hoped she could have some more fun with Malakai behind closed doors....

Talo remained in his seat as Eriana tried to wring more information from the Zabrak, it seemed like it was about to work but then he managed to keep from spilling the proverbial beans.

The ring must have had something more precious to him than his worthless life.

"Now that is something I would like to see." he responded to the Sith before she walked out of the warehouse.

He rose from his chair and activated his comlink again, connecting to the team of Coruscanti police waiting behind the warehouse. "We're done with him. Take him to prison."

Talo waited to oversee the man's removal from the warehouse before leaving himself, satisfied with the information they had gotten. And with Eriana's expectations of getting more.
