My inquiry is more so for the ladies on the site.

In the past I have used Tom's of Maine organic deodorant for women. However, recently out of the blue, I started using a male family member’s “masculine” deodorant. It got the job done, but I noticed there wasn’t really anything ‘special’ between the two.

Question: is it just me or is there a difference in men verses women deodorant? The ingredients (organic or not) is the same for both. Honestly, I can’t tell the difference, beyond the fact that the packing is different.

The line between women and men scent products is getting smaller and smaller every day. We claim it's manlier but it really isn't.

I will leave you with this

I think the difference is that lady deodorant smells girly and man deodorant spells manly.

like Emma said, it's pretty much the same....most of our products are actually, yet notice how they always seem to cost more too, this goes for almost everything sadly even clothing that is unicut ( being cut the same way for male or female ) will still be a few bucks more than the males version >.<

The only real difference that I find noticeable when looking at the ingredients is that male deodorant will probably do a better job at preventing wetness and odor since men sweat more than we do, and therefor are more smelly.

So I guess the only difference is the cost. What I don't understand is why females things have to cost so much when clearly they are identical- well save the fancy packaging.
