Location: Dune Sea, Tatooine.

For years, Nor'baal had operated on Tatooine. A distant planet, forgotten by vast swathes of the galaxies population, it rested in the confines of the Consortium these days, and yet the criminal underworld still operated. Finally, with the Hutt Clans now somewhat more compliant under his rule, Nor'baal had decided to invest a little of his time and resources into the desert planet, bringing it up to speed with how he had envisaged it to operate. Now, standing before a 44-T train, a grin plastered across his face in the sweltering Sun, his sail barge in the background, Nor'baal was beginning to see his plans set into motion.

He had hired in some help for today, a Mandalorian and a mercenary, neither of whom named he cared to remember.

<Wa kaa see dauag doth tee ua?> Nor'baal gestured toward the train. It was a key component of his plan for the world, a network of such transports moving spice, and other such products, across the sands. However, that was only part of the plan. One of the major exports of Tatooine was Silicax Oxalate, skimmed from the sands of the world, deep in the dune see. Nor'baal sought to take a huge portion of the market for himself, bringing in mining vehicles to assist with the program.

However, the Tuskens had a different idea.

For some absurd reason that was lost to the Hutt, they believed the nearby desert region to be 'sacred'. As such, they tended to shoot anyone who tried to mine the crystals, which formed over night, and rested on the sand by sunrise. <Jee dotmay uba nan bahe?> he asked. After all, they would need their weapons when they headed to meet Nor'baals new found enemies, the sand people.
