CRIMINAL RECORD: 100+ Homicide by Negligence and/or murder due to over operation on patients, 13 physically and/or mentally incapacitations/disabling, 150+ illegal procuderes, resisting arrest, murdered eleven Republic officers and is responsible for the death of other three.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE: Subject is unlike most Echani out there; he doesn't like fighting much. However, he carries alot of the Echani heritage on his bag, and his fighting skills are not to be messed around with. Known for his sadistic trends, Dr. Vash Deimos has been a wanted man in Republic Space for only two years. In only these two years, he has been able to elude Republic Forces by moving base with enough frequence to keep himself one step ahead of us. Every base of his we met stank with the stench of rotting bodies and fresh blood; the man is a pure sociopath. He was finally captured on his home world of Mettelos, after visiting his parent's house during his father's birthday. Upon entering, three Republican officers were downed immediatly just by the airborne poison he had filled the house with, and another five were sent into the hospital in grave condition, later succumbing into the poison. He was just sitting there, apparently immine to the effects of the poison, which lead us to believe he made it on his own, tested on himself and found means to make himself imune to it. This also lead us to theorize he may be imune to a wide array of poisons.
He doesn't mind operating on people for a small fee, fixing them up before going ape shit on them. Worked both ways for him; he got credits and he got his sadistic fun. Through unknown means, the subject is nearly completely immune to all forms of pain. Current theories speculate this to be attributed to the client's sado-masochistic nature, actually enjoying pain enough to ignore and power through it. Other theories speculate that the client's pain receptors have been dulled as a side effect of testing his own drugs.

When he isn't cutting some living being open, he doesn't fill fulfilled. Dr. Vash started killing and dissecting small animals at the early age of 6, and from there to real life humans it was a matter of opportunity and guts; he got his fist kill when he was 16.
Discretion is advised when target is sighted. Do not attempt to engage without backup; when he was transferred to Mettelos Strata, the subject single handedly killed nine of our officers, most of them trained security guards, before letting himself be captured. Mainly a personal joke of his own, who knows?

SKILL/INVENTORY: Aside from extensive medicinal, psychological and anatomic knowledge, this small time genius also possesses knowledge in varied fields such as physics, chemestry and self defense body combat, being the latter the only thing he brought back from his Echani heritage. In over ten years of MedSchool he honed his knowledge, and in five years he extensively put them into practice on inocent victims.

Subject has been known to carry several items with him, including bacta gel, scalpels, adrenaline shots, and a few other items related to his area of expertise.
Handcannon: Concealead by the coat lab, on his left side and under his arm, Vash has a holster with a hand cannon of pneumatic action. It automatically refills air pressure and uses it to shoot darts sillently; these darts can be filled by whatever formula he fills them with, since he does that himself. He keeps a few rounds on himself, on his right side belt.
Vibro-Bonesaw: We have never been able to tell when he got this, because frankly he might as well have gotten it since he was a kid. All we know is that he has it, and makes quite the use of it; combining his Echani fighting skills with the use of the Vibro-Bonesaw, he has become quite the meatcleaver. The blows are meant to leave large wounds rather than clean cuts, again, part of his sadistic ways to make his victims suffer before perishing. He wears this on a special holster on the back of his belt.
Syringe: A syringe he seems to have used even before he got captured. He uses this for all kinds of intra-venous injections he may require to apply that simply can't be done with his hand cannon, mainly due to the fact that he uses it on himself and allies. Adrenaline shots, painkillers, things that can turn the tides of battle.
"One, two, three... Ugh... I don't think we brought enough body bags..."
