Open to all independent droid PCs, or droid-friendly organic PCs. There has always been a lack of a fun, practical droid-centric group for people to join. We aim to change that. We've got 4+1 on board so far, but the more the merrier! There are many types of droid models, so finding one that will provide a fun style of play shouldn't be difficult at all. Activities may include liberating droids, R&D into droid upgrades, expanding our influence through the Unknown Regions, or any number of things that suit your fancy.
I'll include a brief outline of what we wish to accomplish. It is by no means the only stuff we want to do, but it does give an idea of a main story arc. Once we get big enough I'll see about establishing a reward/influence system like other factions have.
We are in the process of obtaining the ship, that plot has been approved and launched today. The planet we intend to rediscover is Myrhen, it should be nice to see a player-created planet come into use once more.
- F2O2 meets other independent droids and they decide to band together to create a settlement by, for, and of the droid;
- They, through some manner of skullduggery, obtain a ship and an astrogation droid in order to search for an uninhabited planet;
- Through a survey and battling some endemic dangers, we discover the planet has some exploitable resources;
- They liberate a small band of droids from a smaller mining outfit on some moon, including mining droids and a couple security droids;
- They acquire mining, processing, and shipping outfits so they can have a vertical monopoly on the goods they produce;
- They create a droid foundry on the planet along with a droid tech R&D lab; and
- They continue to liberate droids and grow their settlement on the planet economically and defensively;
