Bed wetter. Kayden chuckled. The rhyming of those two words amid the foul deed itself was fittingly amusing, especially when conveyed by so crazed an individual as Bir Vuul. “Piss stinks. The brig of my ship attests to as much annnd I’m not looking to add to it anytime soon…” Slow shrug.

Finally, the show had begun. The fact that Bir had to intervene with the Force was rather unfortunate, however. Could not two beings in the universe accept their fate and do their best to maintain some dignity by stabbing and slashing one another to death?

“This is one shameful kriffing performance!” Kayden shook his head. And then the Ishi Tib sunk the blade into the Bith’s chest repeatedly. Finally! YES! The way that knife moved, so frantically, like a wife murdering her husband for cheating on him with her sister, when really the baby in her belly was put there by one Sith Marauder.

The show was interrupted just then by one Sith Acolyte’s voice. Kayden and Bir were clued in on the new plan and really it was a more exciting and prospective one. Dismissing the survivor of this little Survivor episode, Kayden had half a mind to do his own searching throughout the area. What if his associate found something more promising than droids? We'll see...

“I have a gift for you, my dear,” Kayden smiled at the Ishi Tib. She was a sobbing mess on sunken knees. This next part was a new entry into the script, inspiration taken from one Kel Dor. The Human stole a look his way; he was preoccupied with the crate. Kayden lowered himself to the female and lowered his voice.

“You can avenge your associate’s death by killing the Kel Dor.” Her eyes went wide. “Go on. His back is turned. He won’t notice a thing. Won’t feel a thing…” Kayden’s hands wrapped around the Ishi Tib’s, cradling the knife in their grip. “Just...walk on over...point to the back of the neck...and push.”

There was a moment when she thought about it. It made her helper smile in delight. Then she relaxed her grip on the blade and shook her head while tears streamed on her helper’s hands. “What a shame...” Kayden sighed. The blade found her heart instead. Then her killer was up and about as he made his way over to his partner.

“So, what do we have?”

The human was furiously typing away on the console, Artorigas kept his eyes on him to make sure he was not trying to call for any assistance or even alert the local authorities. He could sense only fear radiating out of him through The Force, no hint of deception or trickery. It was probably the lightsaber humming closer to his ear that kept him on the straight and narrow. After a few minutes a small disk ejected from the console next to the pair. "There the control codes for the droids, you just need a transmitter to broadcast the activation codes, then you can either use verbal commands or the transmitter to control them." The human said as he handed the disk to him.

Hmm, he didn't have a transmitter, that would be a pain if he was going to get them all onboard without heavy lifting gear. "Where are your transmitters?" "In the main security office. Warehouse 13." "Good now cuff yourself." Artorigas said passing him another pair of cuffs, though it was difficult he was able to clip them onto himself. He shuffled over to the corner next to his friend and sat down. "Now I need you to both be very quiet." They both nodded but he didn't believe them, with The Force he gripped their necks slightly causing the pair to pass out.

Artorigas made sure to cuff up the knocked out guard as well before he left, stabbing his saber through the comms system by the wall, he made his way out of the tower looking for warehouse 13.

Bir was entirely oblivious to the actions of Kayden behind him as he located the cargo container that held their prize. Had he known, how would he have reacted? Violently, one would assume. But violence spawned by respect. A Sith didn’t get ahead by blind trust, a fact known only to well to both men in the cargo bay.

The container creaked open to reveal the ten YD series droids awaiting a charged power cell and programming. The lack of dust dictated to the Kel Dor that these particular units were freshly refurbished or even perhaps fresh off the line from some far away factory. Whatever their origins, they were in pristine condition.

“So, what do we have?”

Kayden’s words came over Bir’s shoulder as the Kel Dor admired his find.

”Why, the beginning of our army!” Bir exclaimed as he moved around the container. Locating an outlet in the wall that would feed into each individual droid, the Kel Dor then tracked down a power line that could fit into the container’s plug. His search did not take long and soon, energy was being diverted to the YD’s. The Acolyte then scurried his way over to the terminal that was already connected to the security units and got to work installing their parameters until finally…

”Powercells; 100%. Running Diagnostics…. All units operational. We are ready to serve you, Lord Wessex,” the droids all called out in unison, marching forward from the crate in two rows. Bir couldn’t contain his excitement, clapping rapidly as he bounced on the balls of his feet.

”Yes! YES! We must locate the rest of your brethren, droid! Find them!”

But as the machines began to follow through on their orders, an alarm began to ring through-out the facility. In truth, Bir was surprised it had taken this long.

Beginning of our army? Kayden cocked a brow. Bir had some aspiring notions and his present partner could appreciate that. Crazy but perhaps no fool. He just may know more about Artorigas’ intentions than I do. It was as plausible to repurpose these droids for a Sith force as it was a personal one. Though, by all the stars in the universe, what is the difference?

While Bir went to work getting the droids into working order, Kayden commed over to Wessex and the two Sith exchanged status updates. The Marauder left out the part about the dead things bleeding on the floor. It was a moot point. If someone was dead then they were no longer very interesting to talk about, surely?

The YD units led the way and the two Sith followed—as did a blaring alarm. And so it begins. “I’m guessing we have overstayed our welcome and AmanTech’s finest are coming to kick us out. Shall we make haste?” Would the Kel Dor know how rhetorical that was? Kayden hoped not. Bir was a funny fellow and even funnier at all the wrong moments.

There was yet no need to run. Kayden wasn’t really in the mood to run. “Ten YD units are located in QA3.” Confirmed one of the droids. “Units may be activated or deactivated for Quality Assurance testing. QA3 is approximately one hundred meters away.”

“That sounds splendid…” Kayden nodded while maintaining pace, glimpsing every door in the corridor behind his industrial mask. Once they rounded a corner, he stopped moving. “...Though I think six others have just come to us…”

At the other end of the corridor were six YD droids. Activated. Armed. Speaking. “Please halt where you are, organics, or be destroyed. Thank you for your cooperation.”

He had found warehouse thirteen and with it the security office he needed. Two guards lay on the floor next to him, both knocked out with heavy blows to the head. Opening one of the draws he pulled out a transmitter and inserted the chip needed to activate the unused droids within the facility. It flashed red three times before turning green, 'Good they were now his.' Now Bir and Kayden only had to round them up before the cavalry arrived.

The Force ran a shiver up his spine, something was behind him, turning to face the downed guards he expected a blaster but instead it was a comm link. The button on the top flashing green, a stupid smile on t he guards face. Artorigas lost it the purple blade of his lightsaber ignited turning the hole room purple and with a quick slash he removed the guards head. They were now on a time limit he hoped the other two were now hustling.

Bir followed Kayden and the droids through the halls of the warehouse, eager to find the remainder of their prize. The alarm, however, was beginning to eat away at what little sanity the Kel Dor had retained. His saber deactivated in his right hand, he brought his left to try and shield his ‘ears’ from the high pitched squall of the siren. Through squinted eyes, the Kel Dor glanced upwards and located the source of the blasted horn and immediately set about tearing it from it’s brackets.

”Ah!” he exclaimed, a delighted smile now forming across his face. ”Much better!”

“.... Thank you for your co-operation,”

The new arrivals and their declaration of superiority was bewildering to Bir. Not only were they outnumbered two to one, but two of them were Sith. Ah, the vanity of droid programming.

”I never agreed to cooperate!” Bir laughed menacingly as he raised his left hand to dispense a volley of electricity from his fingertips. The voltage arced from one droid to the next, causing each security unit to convulse before collapsing to the floor in a smoldering pile. Turning to Kayden, the Kel Dor beamed.

”Onward!” He declared loudly as he raised a single finger, speed walking through the door that the droid entourage had only just arrived from.

Bir had not been alone in his assessment of their assailants, neither in his dispatching of the droids. Lightning shot from both Sith to converge upon the six YD units. When they fell, a realization rose with Kayden as the lot of them traveled onward.

“Likely QA subjects, those six, and likely not ready for combat,” he concluded as he walked through the door. “Probably a desperate attempt to hold us back.” Hold us back... As if. That, though, meant that only four droids would be left in QA instead of ten.

Reaching the room, QA3 as it was called, the Sith would find no resistance. What they would find were four deactivated droids resting on beds. The YD units looked as solid as the others who were assisting the Sith.

“Raise them up, if you’d please,” Kayden called to Bir before turning to an active droid turned tour guide. “There must be others. Where are they? The closer the better.” Or I’ll flay the next AmanTech employee I come across between here and there.

Artorigas was annoyed now, not angry just annoyed. He knew that between the three of them they could easily deal with any resistance that was sent. It would just be an annoying to deal with it all and time consuming at that. Exiting the control room, he watched as a pair of guards rounded the corner, blasters raised. Artorigas still had his lightsaber ignited and easily blocked the first three bolts sent his way, the following shots were deflected back at the oncoming guards. The Acolyte had gotten control of his temper and the bolts went to their extremities dropping the guards to the ground in pain.

One passed out with the pain, the other Artorigas knocked out with a swift kick to the head as he walked past. Out in the open space between the warehouses he reached into his pockets pulling out the comm. "Kayden, do you have an update with the droids. We will have inbound shortly." Looking up he saw a flashing light on top of the tower he had come from, this was going to be annoying.

Bir eagerly acted on Kayden’s order and set about activating the four remaining droids within the chamber. Still, the problem that was the alarm proceeded to linger in the back of his mind. Time was running short and they still had so much ground to cover. How could they locate, activate and congregate the remaining droid units on Artorigas’ designated landing platform for extraction before the security forces swarmed the warehouse?

“Powercells; 100% Running diagnostics.... Four units operational. Six units not responding. We are ready to serve…”

As the droids exited the cargo container and aligned themselves with their brethren, fourteen in total, they were nearing the original goal that Wessex had laid out for them. Bir was not a fan of letting the man down by any means but it seemed that anything beyond their prior aspirations was growing further and further away.

Suddenly, bright lights began to shine in through the upper level windows of the warehouse. The Dressel Security Force had arrived, their speeders hovering above the scene. Not more than a minute after and two massive bay doors slid open to reveal a squad of six armed guards.

“DSF! Get on the ground!” and other similar orders could be heard from the garrison as they piled inside. Two Sith and fourteen YD security droids against a group of six local militia? All too easy…

”Ayyyyy-yi-yi-yi-yi!” Bir screamed from atop a man-operated forklift, pushing his chest outwards with both hands extended at his sides. This was their moment to take him down and as he prepared to slip down into the driver’s seat, take him down they did. One blaster bolt tore through the air before slamming into the thick flesh above his left hip. ”Son of a-” The Kel Dor cringed as he inspected the wound while positioned in the cab. It was bad, it would slow him down, but it would not stop him.

Searching for the key to the forklift as blaster fire rained around the enclosed cabin, the Acolyte came up empty handed. Still, there were always other options. Closing his eyes, Bir hovered his hand over the key port and envisioned the cylinder in his mind. Moving one part after another, careful yet allowing his feelings to dictate his actions, the equipment soon hummed to life.

”Ahahahahaha!” Bir laughed, tilting his head back as he threw the forklift into gear and slammed the accelerator. As the hurdling mass of steel closed in on the guards, the Kel Dor raised the forks to waist height.

“Move! Move!” the guards bellowed, diving out of Bir’s way as he made his way out into the open.

I've wanted to have Bir do this the entire thread 😁

Artorigas watched as the speeders came into view, he stood on the tarmac a black figure, his saber unlit. It was only a matter of time now, what would be quicker, the DSF turnaround or the now slowly powering droids in the sheds around. Some where hooked up to the base power system already and the broadcasting signal would awake them shortly. He just needed to buy sometime.

The speeder hovered close towards him, a loudspeaker from the underside blurted out across the landing pad. "Stop, Identify yourself, oh Shi....." His voice was cut off as Artorigas' lightsaber spun in the direction of the speeders main engine, the ignited beam of plasma ripping through the fans and power converters. The ship careened off too one side dropping from the sky and smashing into the ground just beside warehouse thirteen.

As the flames erupted he spotted metallic figures appearing from behind it. The droids of warehouse thirteen were coming.

As the forklift careened through the empty spaces between warehouses, Bir’s uncontained laughter echoed against the various walls. More and more guards began to appear from the hovering speeders, dropping to the surface by way of zipline. Once their feet touched down, many turned their focus to the runaway equipment and opened fire. Yet Bir was safely encased within the cabin, unharmed short of the blaster wound to his side.

”Now then… What does this do?!” the Kel Dor cackled as he flipped a switch along the visor. As he did, the flood lights that adorned the forward supports of the cabin blazed to life, drowning the guards in a blinding light.

“Agh! I can’t see!” many of the guards complained as the illumination turned on them. Pushing the pedal to the floor, the Acolyte soon began to spear multiple of the DSF with the forks, leaving a trail of blood behind him as he continued to weave through the buildings.

”Get out of my way, sleemo!” Bir laughed loudly as he slammed on the brakes, the momentum forcing the corpses to slide off the metal extensions and falling to the ground before putting the vehicle in reverse. As the Kel Dor cleared the space he had previously occupied, a DSF speeder soon came falling out the sky in a fiery blaze and impacting the pile of corpses. ”That was lucky!” Bir stated, his laughter only amplifying as the doors of the warehouse slid open to reveal a garrison of YD droids. It seemed that Wessex had been a busy lad as more of the security units began to fill the open spaces between the storage buildings.

”Wonderful! How wonderful! Arty, my friend, you’ve out done yourself!” Bir clapped in the forklift, leaning back as the droid army began to swarm the approaching DSF forces.

Artorigas watched as the carnage inducing wrecking ball that was his his ally erupted from another of the warehouses. He shook is head at the sight, he had explicitly said that living casualites should be kept to a minimum, thought it appears that asking a rather deranged looking Kel Dor to be sensible was a stupid mistake.

From behind the Kel Dor came the fourteen droids Bir and Kayden had already activated, added to the dozen from warehouse Thirteen they were on good stead. An explosion came from the other side of the landing pad signalled that more of his new minions were approaching. Pulling the comm from his pouch Artorigas flicked to Cydric's channel. "Time to come over. Its a little warm though." He heard his servant/co-pilot begin to complain down the comms link before he switched it off.

Turning to the mad alien Artorigas shouted to be heard over the raging fire and sirens. "We need to keep them away for ten minutes whilst we load up. And try and restrain yourself." He finished before turning to the droids closest to him. "Stun shots only." "Roger Roger."

Bir could hear Wessex as he shouted from above and he did not like what was said. Scowling in the cabin of the forklift he had so skillfully turned into a weapon of mayhem and murder, the Kel Dor crossed his arms in a huff.

”Leave it to that scrawny punk to deprive me of my pleasure!” Bir pouted as the droid armada continued to converge on the Dressel Security Forces. Alas, it seemed that they had managed to accomplish what they had set out to do, though how much of this success Bir was responsible for was up to question. Pushing the cabin door open and limping out into the cold night air, the Kel Dor placed his organic hand tightly against his wound to stem any further bleeding. The sounds of battle rang around him and while he was disappointed it was coming to a close, the Acolyte could not deny that he had had one hell of a time. Making a mental note to somehow acquire a forklift like this one to transform into his own personal battle tank, he stepped to the ground and began to follow the waves of droids.

”Orders are to subdue and incapacitate any threats to our Lord Wessex’ escape,” one of the droids relayed to Bir, further deepening his already furrowed brow.

”Yes, yes! No blood and bile! How droll…” he complained as a new arrival tore through the main gate of the compound. A crew transport carrying an additional twelve soldiers sped through the pathways, coming to a halt between Bir and the droids and the turbolift that would ascend them to the platform they would need to reach for their extraction.

I should have kept my ride…” Bir groaned, igniting his lightsaber as he allowed the pain of his injury to fuel his strength.

Artorigas stood near the front of his assembled troops, purple blade in hand as the secuirty forces began to approach, as the hail of fire from the droids behind him began, most jumped for cover. They had been told of three assailants not an army and they were quickly outmatched by the forces arrayed against them. Many shot blindly from cover in the direction of the two Acolyte's and the droids, Artorigas blocked the shots aimed his way, pushing them into the ground around him. He was not concerned with dealing harm back to their enemies he was just waiting, his eyes glued on the horizon.

The whole procession moved forward slowly, half the guards had gone down by bolts from the droids leaving the rest to the Sith. Artorigas reached out, The Force pooling within his body before a wave shot out into the cover a pair of men where hidden behind, the large metal boxes shot back pinning the men against a nearby wall. They were in a lot of pain, but nothing a shot of bacta couldn't heal.

“Lay your weapons down and surrender!”

“It’s over, Sith! Get on the ground!”

Similar orders were barked by the advancing dozen of men, rifles and repeaters trained on Bir and his mechanized cohort. Behind his goggles, his eyes would twist into a deranged stare of anger and rage. They were all that stood between him and his escape. They would not be his downfall.

”Kayden? Kayden, where are you, my friend?” Bir whispered harshly into his communicator but received no response. The Kel Dor could only assume the worst. Alas, they could not wait for him. It was time to go.

Using the Force to enhance his movements as the squad opened fire, Bir began to reflect the blaster bolts back at their source while the droids simultaneously opened fire. Blue and red bolts of energy exchanged through the night sky, neither side of the engagement seeming to have the upper hand. Multiple droids began to fall, as did the enemy troops, but with superior firepower it would not be long before the droid squad was cut down.

Pulling his left hand from his wounded hip, Bir coiled the Force around the forklift he had recently commandeered and lifted it into the air before sending it in a collision path with the transport that the enemy had arrived on. The sounds of twisting metal rang out as they collided, the Dressel Security Force dispersing to avoid being impacted by the hurled equipment.

”Move, my companions of circuitry and steel! Get to the turbolift!”

Men were coming from behind them now as the small party made it to the turbolift which would take them up to his ship. Deflecting blaster bolts with his right hand he reached out with his left, The Force gripping around one of the large transport crates to one side. With a tug he pulled it free landing in between himself and the advancing troops. Though the crate did not squash or cripple any of the advancing troops what it did do was block half of them from clearing seeing his retreating forces.

Artorigas backed onto the turbolift the last of the droids a second later as the 'Wyvern' swung into view overhead. "Bir get the droids inside and get on the turret just encase." He shouted as he continued to flick blaster bolts back in the direction of their oncoming assailants. Artorigas knew the crazed Kel Dor would probably enjoy his time on the laser turret, Artorigas problem would be getting him off of it after.

As the door to the turbolift opened to reveal Wessex’ freighter and the purple blade he brandished, Bir quickly began to hobble his way towards the cargo ramp with the droid entourage he had collected along the way. Blaster fire continued to rain around the Acolyte, forcing him to duck under a few well-aimed shots as they raced for his head. The chaos around him was refreshing, almost like a cold drink of water on a hot day. The Kel Dor was upset it had to come to an end but as he made his way into the Wyvern’s cargo bay, Artorigas’ command from the ground registered in his ears.

“Bir, get the droids inside and get on the turret, just in case!”

The Acolyte turned to face Wessex, a childish grin forming across his face. It had been ages since he crammed himself into a turret seat and while claustrophobic for many, Bir found them to be incredibly enjoyable, if only for the destruction he could cause.

”Yes! Yes! As you command!” Bir elated as he rushed through the Lantillian transport until finding the short ladder that would take him to his seat.

Looking through the computer screen as it displayed the targets advancing on Wessex while the remaining droids began to file on board, Bir went to take aim at the ground at the troops feet. He knew he was ordered to keep his actions in check and while that did not sit well with the Kel Dor, he had every intention to abide his employer’s request. That is, of course, until three more DSF aerial troop deployment craft began to hover around the landing platform.

”Well this simply will not do!” Bir laughed as he spun the turret to face the highest elevated craft and opened fire. The turret tore through the armor plating, sending the vehicle descending into the walkway a few dozen feet ahead of Wessex. ”Time to go, my regal friend!” Bir laughed as the craft he had shot down was soon being traversed by the troops on the other side that had not been crushed by it’s hull.

Artorigas knew that the crazed Kel Dor would cause some kind of chaos once in the target, he just hoped he could contain it long enough for them to escape without to many casualties mounting up. Artorigas continued backing up towards the ship, the droids retreating behind him as he helped cover the machines load themselves onto the transport. Some filled up the landing ramp into the ship proper whilst the majority of them shifted inside the holding bay beneath.

They had loaded around fifty or sixty of them but their time was running short. It was echoed by the sight of the exploding transport above them. Pointing at the remaining ten or so droids that were trying to shuffle onto the ship. "Defend our retreat, die well." And with that Artorigas moved up onto the loading ramp. "Fly Cydric." He shouted through the comm, the ship beginning to lift off as the landing ramp closed behind him. "Get us out of here, Kayden can find his own way." Artorigas called as he made his way through the throng of droids crammed into the plush interior of the 'Wyvern'. Reaching the bottom of the ladder he called up to the Kel Dor. "Bir keep them off us until we hit hyperspace then we will drop you off on Dromund Kaas. Pack yourselves away." He said to the assembled droids who began moving into a neat order in the corner of the room before collapsing down to their smallest state. "I guess that could have gone worse."
