The enclave within all shadows is a secret group tasked with conducting operations in the name of the sith. They were formed by the sith acolyte, Maria sloviaena. The enclave gained early members through private meetings. They began planning their first operation: a raid on gizer immediately. This operation is yet began but preparations are completely finished. The enclave secretly operates itself out of a base hidden in the mountains of thila.

Organization:

The enclave within all shadows is currently split into 2 department: enclavia and high command as well as an associate REQWA. Reqwa is the elite forces of the enclave and will something serve as a SWAT team. The enclavia serves as the organization’s miscellaneous operators but will typically be the primary operators of the organization. High command is composed of high ranking officers.
Motivations and Goals:
Long term: To unite the sith through any means necessary under a government

Ranks:

Consul

The Highest ranking members of the group and they lead the. There are typically only two at a time but that is not necessarily always the case.

Legate:
Enclave
officers in charge of a large portion of enclave assets (generals/admirals/directors).

Centurions:

Controls a portion of the assets controlled by a legate. (Lieutenants-majors)

Praetorian:

The most elite of the enclave military become praetorians and serve as guards for enclave and old empire assets/personnel.

Agent:

They are Tasked with investigating internal affairs and maintaining the organization’s secrecy.

Infiltrator:

These are the Members of the enclave used to infiltrate and spy on enemies. They are Also used as assassins and scouts.

Legionnaire:

The Enclave’s General infantry. They hold a slightly lower rank then agents.

Medic:

An enclave member tasked with healing injured and sick operatives.

An enclave member who specializes in heavy weapons

Sniper:

An Enclave member specializing in long range combat and reconnaissance

Who is in charge of this subfaction? Also do you have approval from Narsi to make a subfaction within the Old Empire? Really player characters can't start a faction without being level 2 or putting in big work and lots of threads and actions to make it happen. Do you have the list of threads that show where these back meetings happened?

Shouldn't your faction wait until you secure Gizer? Do you have threads that show you guys getting ready to attack Gizer? This is really barebones as is, and will most likely get declined as is -- to put it truthfully.

I would also cut down the amount of ranks and roles you have in you faction.

Ideally, you should have the threads and plots done beforehand for something like this. After all, without a base and members it cant really be a subfaction can it? And those will need to be gained through the RP. I would also put this off until you or @Gian Greydragon can acquire a higher rank at least if not level. Mere acolytes could hardly be expected to have command and control over other Sith that this faction would require. As of right now, I will not be able to accept this subfaction.

I second TWD's assessment of the ranks as well. There are a lot right now, especially just for a subfaction. For the future when you update this, I would also try to narrow down your actual goal/roles. Right now its got snipers, scouts, infiltrators, explosives specialists, regular infantry, agents (which we already have in the OE), medics. Its pretty broad in what it seems to do/accept. Would an elite force really need general infantry? Finally, you should really flesh out your entire concept as this is pretty barebones right now. Go more in depth about the faction and what it will be doing and the benefits to try and draw interest.
