Vinn will open the control panel and use it to see what it does.

OOC: you messed up Kyra's post and put my name there, buddy.

"Alright.." She and her men sat down with their drinks, looking for an easy way out if need be. They were locked in here for the time being, which didn't seem to bad.

Shar simply nodded, agreeing to Etaaks price. The mando would have honestly gone as low as 800 but the slug didn't need to know that. Shar followed Etaak and was happy for his helmet's air filters as they entered the back room. The grime in this room was practically palpable. Seeing the other luxuries, well luxuries for a Hutt at least, led Shar to believe that this was Etaaks private quarters, or at least one of them. He'd continue to follow the Hutt wondering if he had any kind of plan for dealing with the intruder or if he'd just tell Shar to deal with him/her.

The control panel was revealed, it was sleek and shiny despite its rusty cover. A latch popped open and huttese blared out, "Please enter your identification." The latch popped into place and an artificial eye device popped out of the panel a bit muttering in a mechanical language and seeming to change tact. Vinn also notices a small red light flashing in the corner signalling that an alert had been signaled inside the estate. "Minimal Access accepted." The control panel informed randomly already taking Vinn Esper's retinal scan. The main trapdoor opened sending sand and rust cascading into what seemed to be an empty chamber.

Just as they sat down an HK series droid stumbled through various circuits broken and with steam escaping through one of its tubes. It vanished up a tunnel limping mechanically.

The hutt's repulsorsled can to a halt and he slithered onto a padded dais where various aromatic contraptions released grimey vapours. A service droid scuttled out of a corner and began tweaking some instruments at the huttese commands of its master. The hutt stared for a few moments at the enforcer then boomed, "I have let the intruder into a lower service hatch, there you will deal with them, he is identified as Vinn Esper (OOC: @Vinn Esper does your PC go by false identity?) unknown to me. He keeps a low profile so I am not sure who he's working for, if possible you may bring him to me alive. But do not risk him getting away." The hutt then booms huttese at the service droid who scuttles toward its master nervously opening out a holoprojector. It showed a holomap of the entire estate with most of its passages marked. The hutt pointed at a location in a long meandering service tunnel going for hundreds of metres out. "You should have enough time to get here and prepare to ambush before he reaches this point. Do you understand enforcer? Go!" The hutt motions out of the luxury room back the way they came. And the droid threw the holoprojector to Shar.

"Stang," Vinn said to himself as he dropped into the service hatch which had been filled with sand countless times. The Hutt knew he was coming now, if he was inside. He hadn't expected a surprise retinal scan. Still, there had to be a way to delete those records, Vinn thought to himself. The Hutt would tell him, if not, someone else.

Vinn slowly crept forward through the narrow service hatch. His sniper rifle was around his back. He moved in a low crouched position, slowly. His right hand held an inactivated electrosword with his right thumb on the switch to activate it. The right arm was held bent and out in front of his face, with the blade facing out. The left arm was bent behind his back holding a second inactive electrosword.

He moved cautiously and silently, but with purpose, through the sand, and down the tube like hallway, sticking to the inner wall. The assassin had his thermal vison active and the land scape appeared to him as a mixture of orange and red of the insects and rodents scurrying around. The yellow of the warm sand beneath his feet, and the blue and purple of the derelict droids lying forgotten along the walls.

It was eerily silent in the service hatch and Vinn listened close confident he'd be able to hear the clod of anyone coming to oppose him.

Shar caught the holoprojector and eyed the layout. Yes the area Etaak had pointed out would be perfect. It was a section of the tunnel that widened out to about 35m. It would give the enforcer a wide firing arc to work with. He gave the Hutt one final look when Etaak demanded he go. If he wasn't being paid Shar probably would have put a blaster bolt in the pompous slug himself.

He headed down stairs finding the exit to the service hatch and making his way inside drawing his pistol. As the mando made his way deeper he''d prep his dart launcher loading 3 electrodarts. He finally reached designated spot and took up cover in a small crack. He swiveled his rifle around and crouched down keeping his eye on the other side about 50m away easily within sight on anyone walking through. He'd prefer to set up some surprises for his prey but he wasn't sure how much time he had left until Vinn walked through this area, so Shar would have to make due.

As Vinn crept along the inside of the wall, he realized no one was coming. Vinn knew he had caused most of the Hurt forces to be dispatched to the front of the estate. It was impossible to say when or if they'd pick up his trail. Still, Vinn felt some resistance should've remained within. He'd expected at least two or three.

Vinn was uncomfortable with being incorrect. Vinn felt, usually when he was incorrect, it was because some variable in his plan had been miscalculated. He stopped and held his position, listening. There was still no soft clod of thugs trying to run across sand. Vinn replaced his swords and pulled his ACR-4-26 sound wave launcher from the holster on his hip. The walls had now become mostly rock and the heat being contained down here made everything appear a yellowish orange, so Vinn turned off his thermal vision.

Vinn blinked as he did so, and when his eyes opened again he saw the dull brown of the worn trail here and the darker color of the rocks. The soundwave operated weapon would be very effective down here.

Unlike the previous tunnel he had crawled out of to get to his current location, this tunnel had long lights running the full length of the tunnel. Vinn thought this would signify that he had almost reached the main building.

Up ahead, the tunnel curved slightly to the left, connecting to a similar tunnel. Vinn raised his weapon to chest level and advanced towards the next tunnel, and into it still moving close to the wall.

was intending the tunnel to be the tunnel where you were planning your ambush.

The young hutt sits staring out of a viewport in his estate. The rusty flap was open and the arid breeze pressed into his lounge. Pressing a control panel on his dais a field energizes over the window so as not to let the grimy air inside out. His mechanical eye probed the desert where his assassin had probably been moving many minutes previous. Maybe he would die, maybe this 'Vinn Esper' would kill him. Maybe the enforcer he had hired would fail or even run away. As he stared out contemplating his options he wondered who would hire somebody to kill him. Was it one of his business partners or associates. Had one of them been cheated just a bit too severely they would take drastic actions to have their revenge. His only escape was the speeder in the top speeder hatch. It wasn't the fastest and it could be overtaken the bulk of security was waiting at the front of the estate creating a false entry point for Vinn Esper. But they were just droids, really were they any match for a skilled assassin? The security measures he had put in place would only hold for a few minutes if Shar Navak failed. It was the pinnacle of a bad deal; relying on one person. Yet there he sat in silence... waiting.

The Alecto neared a landing pad at the estate, it was then that Kae'Tl observed that the estate's alarm was booming,"Bad timing I suppose." Kae'Tl stated with a heavy Dathomirian accent. As the ship touched down Kae'Tl ordered to her crew,"Watch the ship, no stow away's" "Aye Cap'n" the heavy set Basilisk male named Dax responded quickly hoping to be the first to say it, followed quickly by sounds of compliance from the other crew members as they all picked up their weapons and turned to watch their stations and the ship.
As Kae'Tl exited the ship she was approached by droids demanding she stay where she is and provide identification. "Tin cans telling me what to do." she muttered still advancing on the droids, but also taking out her credentials to provide them. "I'll have an appointment with your owner." she ordered pointing out the fact that the droids were not considered people or equals. Continuing to walk toward the estate while the alarms boomed. Clearly something had gone wrong, but that slug had better still be open for business she thought to herself.
